I have found the settling in stage very nice. My son is looked after by lovely, caring staff who support him in all areas. He has a great variety of different activities to choose from each week, and he is really enjoying exploring new things.

I am very happy with everything that my child doing and having here. The staff is very friendly and also kind. My experience was very easy and nice, my child was hard to settle in the first place. The staff help us and they are open for advice every time.

Staff at the nursery clearly care very much for our son. He has progressed massively since attending. We also love the updates on famly app.

My daughter has settled into the nursery so smoothly. The nursery has a homely environment, which has enabled her to settle. The staff, Shauna and Bilal, have ensured Kaiann settles, and she is always happy. I walked into the nursery and felt it was perfect; the staff, the environment was the perfect fit for my daughter. I also like the app, which I think is amazingly easy to use; everything has helped for myself and Kiann to adjust to the new routine. Now she doesn't want to leave the nursery.

My grandson, has been at Springthorpe since he was 10 months old, and the progress he's made is truly remarkable. Now he is approaching 2 years, he's thriving, especially since moving to the toddler room during August 2025. He's more confident, social, and loves interacting with the older children. My grandson's development is well beyond his age, with the curiosity, speech, and understanding of a 3-4 year old. The staff have been fantastic, nurturing his growth every step of the way, I'm so grateful for the care and support they've given my grandson, - proud grandmother!

We are incredibly happy with our daughter's experience at the nursery. The staff are warm, caring and always attentive to her needs. The learning environment is safe and filled with fun activities that keep her engaged and curious. Highly recommend to other parents.

Our son has progressed so well since joining the nursery. The staff are very devoted, nice and kind, helpful and provide us with regular feedback and advice, which we value very much. Our little one went from crawling to walking with their help and he is always happy when we leave him in the morning. I like that they have a lot of activities and get every child involved. Their communication skills are very good and they are open to help us whenever needed.

My second child who has attended Springthorpe and I can't thank all the staff enough for the care, knowledge and independence they have offered my children. I highly recommend Springthorpe Nursery and the team are an asset to the company.

I am very happy with this nursery when my son started nursery he didn't talk, walk or eat, but he learned all of this on nursey. The staff helped me a lot with many advices just to help him to eat more. I can see that my baby is very happy on nursery and that keeps me calm at work, and on the app from nursery I know what he's doing daily. Thank you all for taking such great care of my baby.

Springthorpe Day Nursery and Pre-school is an excellent nursery. The staff are highly professional, they care about each individual child. They have helped me with my child's development, the safe-guarding has been excellent in relation to his needs. They provide excellent opportunity for learning and have great facilities - in and out door. Excellent management. I feel very lucky to have such a nice nursery.

My son has been attending Springthorpe Day Nursery & Pre-school since September 2023 and I can honestly say that it’s the best decision we have ever made for him. His confidence has improved immensely, his speech and cognitive skills improve every day and he has made some amazing friends in both the staff and other children in his group. The staff take such amazing care and put so much love into their work. I am put at ease knowing that my son is so well loved and taken care of. We are especially impressed with our son's key worker who is honestly an angel in disguise (every member of staff) our son adores her! I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

My child has grown in confidence since joining the nursery. She really enjoys coming and has a great relationship with the staff. They know her really well and what her next steps are.

At first, we had a few teething problems and were a little concerned this wasn't the right nursery for our daughter as she had trouble settling in however they worked extremely hard with us and worked with our child and now she is happier than ever. The staff there are all extremely caring and professional. We haven't had any problems at all since the beginning and I genuinely think the staff there are outstanding. We receive pictures throughout the day and regular updates via the app which is great. Thank you!

My daughter loves all the staff and her friends. The support from the staff is excellent. Skills have definitely been acquired.

My son was going there up until July. We decided not to send any of my other children because we feel it went downhill and not because of the staff I would say the manager. A very high staff turnover which I was told was because they are trying to get the right staff and let go of old staff that don’t fit what Tommies are trying to uphold. I was told this by the area manager. Which is fair enough but they only started letting me know who was looking after my son after I spoke to her. Previous to that, there were people there with no uniform. My husband and I were not happy with the manager and her attitude towards my husband for a “misunderstanding” which wasn’t a misunderstanding at all, the manager lied. Along with other things that happened where I wasn’t listened to or just ignored. The area manager was professional when she contacted me and obviously, she tried to sort the situation but I feel it’s my responsibility to tell other parents my situation.

Fantastic nursery and great staff. My child has come along really well since attending. Great communication and an app where you can see how your child is doing. They teach your child skills, ready for starting school.

The girls are happy, and my daughter's speech has improved. Staff are lovely, especially who work in their room. Management is great.
