My little boy has only just started and we have found the settling in process to be great. They listen to you and take your anxieties about leaving your child into account and offer as many settling in’s and you see fit.
My son seems very happy here and the staff and learning environment is excellent. I looked around many nurseries and this by far was better than any nursery I saw. I knew instantly that my boy was going to be happy here.
Excellent key persons and feedback. Preferred paper feedback compared to online although pictures are lovely!
Excellent nursery. Our child has attended since 7 months old and is now 22 months. Excellent staff.
We are so pleased with the attention and care our daughter receives on her three days at this nursery. I would totally recommend them. The staff are so good and I feel confident that my daughter is well cared for there. My eldest daughter went here too so we have used the nursery since 2013.
Overall, very satisfied with the nursery. Also, our daughter loves to go there. Staff very caring and friendly.
Both my children have attended the Swindon Hospital Nursery. From day one, I’ve felt at ease with how they will be looked after. They have a range of activities, variety of food and the staff are fantastic.
My daughter has been at the nursery for 16 months and always comes out with a smile and talks excitedly about going to visit. The staff have been lovely and we get regular updates on her progress.
The nursery has been brilliant welcoming my little boy. Everyone is very friendly and my little boy loves it.
Cooperative Nurseries of Marlborough road, Swindon, is excellent. The staff are very warm, welcoming and friendly. Both my children have attended this nursery and both have experienced excellent care. Although children are appointed a key worker, each member of staff still takes time to get to know your child.
The nursery is excellent. My son always enjoys his time there. All staff are friendly and approachable.
We have been so happy with this nursery. I am so glad I decided to enrol my daughter here because I genuinely do not believe there is another nursery anywhere that is as amazing as this one. My daughter is so happy here, she cries when it’s time to go home! I’m sad that my daughter is due to start primary school in September because she and I are going to be sad that we won’t get to come and see everyone at the nursery anymore! Staff are fantastic and it is like leaving her with trusted friends, as they really take the time and effort to get to know the family. Thanks Co-op. We love you!
What a fantastic nursery! Every single member of staff has made our children feel welcome, safe and secure which is all we can ask as parents. Staff build wonderfully strong, lasting relationships and offer a stimulating, varied and challenging environment for the children. Our daughter comes out full of the experiences she has had and the friendships she has built, both children and staff. Staff report back to parents clearly with relevant information. I thought the recent Pre School information evening/parents evening was a very important part of our daughter's transition into the next stage of nursery. All staff do everything they can to help with any queries. We can not recommend this nursery highly enough, their team do an amazing job!
The Co-operative Childcare Swindon Hospital Nursery have always gone the extra mile to help accommodate and I can honestly recommend to anyone!!
Such a lovely nursery! Being an anxious mum, I am put at ease from the minute I step into the nursery, the whole team are lovely and always smiling. My son has come on leaps and bounds in his socialising skills and much more. It is clear that the children are the upmost important to all the carers involved and I'm so glad and grateful for all they do. I couldn't have asked for a better nursery. He has loved it from the start (9months now 3) and plus it's only over the road from my work so can be there in an instant if ever needed.
The downside was the disorganisation of admin matters where I had to ask three times for a particular payment plan, which were ignored and things were forgotten quickly. Emails got lost. In the end, I couldn't be sure that things would get done unless I did them myself.
Overall though I felt happy leaving my little girl there and knew she was happy.
It's a great nursery. The car park can be slow to enter if you don't have a hospital pass, but care and learning for the children are the most important things and this nursery does that extremely well. I highly recommend this nursery to friends and family.
The staff are always friendly and give you feedback on what your child has done during the day. The Facebook updates are really appreciated. They teach with patience and respect and has made my son grow in confidence.
Overall a really good creche. Staff are always welcoming and friendly and happy to answer any questions. She's always happy when I pick her up at the end of the day and is always excited to go so clearly has fun and is always well fed. They have loads of toys and activities for the children to do so are always well stimulated.
My son has been at the nursery since he was 9 months old and he will be going to school this September. We are very happy with the nursery. You can feel a personal touch as all girls from the nursery know a lot about my son and it helps a lot with his learning development. I would recommend this nursery 100%.
My child is now in the pre-school room and has gone through all the rooms. My child has developed well in all areas of development and I feel this is down to the staff in the nursery.
There is a welcoming vibe from the entrance of the nursery right through to the kitchen. Everyone is always happy and shows an interest in my child. I feel these girls at the nursery are another part of our family as they have been a massive part in my families lives.
I could not thank them enough for the memories they have created!

Meet the Team (2)
I have worked at the nursery since the day it opened in 2003 and have loved developing it into the amazing place it is today! I have over 30 years of experience in childcare and use my knowledge and experience to build the team and the nursery to be the best.
As a mum of 2, I know what things are important to families and cascade these thoughts and feelings to the team so they get a true understanding and empathy towards our families.
I was first introduced to the Little Pioneers nursery when I completed a placement here as part of my college training back in 2012. I thoroughly enjoyed my time, so much so that I applied for a position and became a colleague as soon as I completed my training! I have worked my way up from Nursery Nurse to Room Manager, Third in charge and most recently I have taken on the role of the Deputy Manger. I worked in the 2-3s and under 2 ages mainly. I am the nursery SENCO and enjoy supporting families that need a little bit more support for their child. I work full time so you will get to see me every day, I'm always happy to stop for a chat and if you need to pick my brains about something then I'm here for you!
