Busy Bees Trowbridge, Paxcroft Mead

My daughter has additional needs and the nursery is extremely accommodating for her needs and have continued with teaching of sign language that her specialist nursery (and me and her dad) are teaching her.

The management and staff are all fantastic without exception, making me comfortable and happy that he's in their care.

My little girl loves this nursery. She has a big smile on her face every time we drop her off. She needed a bit of time to settle in but the staff always made sure that she is happy and looked after. The food is freshly made, which was one of the reasons we choose this nursery. The toddler room has loads to offer, there is a big outside area as well, so they can run outside if the weather is good.

The staff are fantastic and care for my children as if they were there own. They are always available to speak to at drop off and collection and make sure that I'm kept informed about what has been happening during the day, or making sure I know if they've had a bump!

My son has come on huge amounts since being at this nursery. The staff are brilliant, always friendly and professional. The outside play area is great for my energetic toddler and the extended opening hrs work well with my job. The food is also excellent.

My daughter is well cared for and happy at preschool. She is sometimes not happy going in but I am assured that she settles very quickly each day. I have had only few issues over the last few years and all have been addressed very promptly and well. Friendly and approachable staff. Lovely setting.

Both my children have attended Busy Bees at Trowbridge, Paxcroft Mead. They have both extremely enjoyed their time there. They were both only 6 months old when they started so needless to say I was nervous, but the ladies in the baby room instantly put me at ease. They were very professional, attentive, caring, friendly and was very clear they had a lot of experience. Once they were old enough they moved up to the toddler room which again they loved, the ladies in here were equally amazing. Both children have flourished from their nursery experience here and I would highly recommend Busy Bees.

So happy I have put my son into this nursery. He has progressed so much and becoming so much more confident with other people and his speech.

He always comes home really happy. When I pick him up, I always get told what he has been up to what he's slept, eaten and what nappies he's had.

Could really ask for more from the nursery.

My little girl is very well looked after by kind and loving staff who provide her with varied stimulation, activities and development each time she attends. Always happy to help with additional days where possible, they are flexible, efficient and well organised. I would highly recommend Busy Bees.

I have been using this nursery since 2014 and both of my children love it. The staff are friendly and always willing to accommodate ours and our children's needs. In the last 3 year's there has been a change in management and this transition has taken place smoothly with no effect on the children. I believe that both of my children are well looked after and are stimulated and encouraged at all times. My eldest is in pre-school and every day he surprises me with new things he has learnt, whether this has been maths, English, science, make believe, new songs or a new game, he has made up with his friends.

I have recommended this nursery (our nursery) to 3 friends, all of whom have enrolled their children.

As a parent, I feel included in her learning and I feel that I can discuss any issue with all staff surrounding my daughter. I would pass on my positive experience to my friends and family.

Our little girl has attended Busy Bees since last November and I can not recommend them highly enough. The manager and staff could not do any more to make it such a fun and educational experience. Every member of staff knows each child individually and we have no doubts about the care that she receives. The Parents Zone App is just great and allows us to see what she had been doing that day.

Our kids love Busy Bees! They love the staff, their friends and all of the different activities they get up to. The progression throughout the 3 years our son has attended Busy Bees, has been amazing. He really does love being in the nursery/group environment and it has really brought on his maths and English skills.

My baby boy has been going to the nursery for almost a year now and has learnt so much since then. He loves all the activities they play. The staff are always very friendly and approachable. I would recommend this nursery to everyone.

My child is 2 years old and at the end of the day when he comes home you see the difference a day can make with his speech and mannerisms. The Busy Bees team are developing him well from his strong liking to creative playing and much much more.

When we moved to Trowbridge we looked at a number of nurseries but none had the same facilities or enthusiasm for child's care as Busy Bees. The preschool environment has three rooms and a lovely outdoor space with play equipment. We were concerned she wouldn't settle in a new environment but the staff made me and my daughter feel reassured and she very quickly made new friends and relationships with the staff. She would come home from nursery with so many stories about the things she had done at school. I feel confident when leaving my daughter that she is well looked after and the staff go above and beyond to make sure my daughter and the other children get individual activities suited to their abilities as well as group activities. The nursery is an excellent foundation to prepare children for school and I feel my daughter's abilities have improved since starting at Busy Bees.

Busy Bees is an excellent nursery. The food is mostly excellent (I wouldn't brave soup with a toddler!) and the days are filled with fun and educational activities.

My child loves the place and the staff. I think the best indication is when I pick her up she quite often wants to stay!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Busybees Trowbridge! It saved us when I was starting to lose faith in other local nurseries! The members of staff are warm and welcoming the moment you walk through the door. I know they genuinely care about my little boy and go 'above and beyond' every day to make sure all the children in their care feel happy, safe and nurtured. I had such concerns when going back to work and leaving my son in childcare all day but the wonderful staff at Busybees supported him (and me!) beautifully. He started nursery as a fussy eater with limited vocabulary, which made me nervous, but thanks to his year in the toddler room, he now has a voracious appetite for new foods and a wealth of new vocabulary. He has flourished in their care and continues to do so now in the preschool room, who are also amazingly supportive and have helped us battle new challenges like potty training! I've discovered not all nurseries are the same and this one is a gem!
