Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Taunton

The ladies in greengage room are so supportive of my daughter, she had a bumpy start and after some work, there was one lady who particularly just clicked with my little girl and made it such a wonderful experience for her. They’ve assisted with her potty training, she’s so much more confident personally and academically.

I would highly recommend Kiddi Caru in Taunton. The staff are always happy to help and have been brilliant with my little girl, she absolutely loves attending the nursery. The communication with Kiddi Caru is brilliant and I would be very happy to recommend them.

Even with the masks, I can see everyone smiling and that’s just the sort of place I’m happy to take my daughter too. Thank you, team Taunton.

Staff are very friendly, they are welcoming and understanding towards the children. They helped my son settle in really quickly and have understood all his eczema issues and dietary needs. My son has settled really quickly and loves going to nursery.

My daughter has been registered with Kiddi Caru since she was 8 months old and has always loved it. Despite a 6 month break throughout the pandemic and a bit of a bumpy start back, she is well into the swing of things again and loving being at nursery with her friends and her carers. Even transitioning classes without settling in sessions, the way these things would normally work has been great and she has been welcomed and settled in so well. The support the nursery has offered over the last 8 months has also been amazing. Changing and adapting with the rules, sending guidance and reassuring parents that their children are safe appear to have been a top priority, and in particular, the flexibility we have seen with our previously agreed arrangements has been so appreciated. My daughter has been attending Kiddi Caru Taunton since March 2020. They have been incredibly adaptable throughout the COVID-19 to ensure that children, parents and staff are all kept safe. My daughter (aged 19 months) talks about her key workers and room staff whenever we mention nursery, which shows me that the staff are caring and present enough to leave a lasting impression on my daughter. Talking of staff, I cannot fault anyone that I’ve encountered, they’re all friendly and caring. The facilities are great, the planned activities are engaging and the meals are varied. Overall this is a great nursery, which I highly recommend.

From our show round, my little boy showed us this was his new nursery, he didn’t want to go home. He formed a lovely relationship with the manager and Deputy manager having to say Hi every morning when he passes the office. His first day he walked in like he had been there forever. As a parent, having your child wave goodbye with confidence made me a happy mummy that I could go to work and know he was being cared for and loved. We are very pleased with Kiddi Caru Taunton and the staff and management are extremely professional and very friendly. Communication is excellent and our son loves going there. We will definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

Our daughter started with Kiddi Caru in Taunton 6 months ago, just before she turned one and we have had an extremely positive experience. During the tour (outside normal hours due to Covid) we were very impressed with the manager's enthusiasm and the overall ethos of the nursery and willingness to use cloth nappies and offer a vegan menu. The staff have been extremely supportive of all our needs and requirements, including dietary and potty training. The food is amazing. Staff in her room and her key worker in particular are all fantastic, you feel like they really get to know the child as an individual and are as enthusiastic about her development as we are. At 17 months, she has now completed potty training, and staff there have been a huge part of making this possible so deserve a huge thank you for that. She now attends three days a week and is always excited to go, grabbing her bag and waiting by the door while we get ready.

At every stage, the nursery staff and management have been a fantastic support to both my son and myself. We have used the nursery from the age of 7 months until now (preschool). I can't praise the place enough.

We have found the staff at Kiddi Caru to be exceptional with helping to settle our little boy. Given the current circumstances, he has not been cared for by anyone else, so struggled with being left at the nursery to begin with. Kiddi Caru have gone above and beyond to accommodate us and help us feel at ease in leaving our son. We receive good communication throughout the day and at the end of the day when we collect him. The staff are all very friendly and child-centred. We would highly recommend this nursery, based on our experience.

My son spent 3 years at this nursery until he started school recently and my daughter still attends. I would recommend it to any parent/carer. Great staff, food, entertainment and facilities and the staff have been fantastic throughout the Covid pandemic.

My daughter has been attending Kiddi Caru since she was 1-year-old, she is now 3 and in pre school. From day one, she has been settled and happy. She goes in happily every morning and comes home happy, chatting away about her day. The staff have always been very supportive and go above and beyond to give any help and advice when needed. I couldn't be happier with the level of care my daughter receives at Kiddi Caru.

My older son attended Kiddi Caru Taunton from 12 months until school age and my younger son is currently in pre-school there. It is a fantastic nursery and I would recommend it to anybody without hesitation. The staff are warm and friendly, greeting all the children by name as they start the day. The activities they get up to are varied and fun for the children. There is a brilliant outdoor space which is used daily (weather permitting). The nursery is incredibly well managed; they have adapted to the current situation very well indeed and I feel that the nursery is a safe and secure environment at all times. I almost forgot the food is great too! I’m quite jealous when I find out what he’s had for lunch!

During the Covi-19 1st lockdown, I was in desperate need of a nursery space, being a key worker. The manager and the gang at Taunton were absolutely amazing. We didn’t know when my partner would be going back to work, so they were really flexible with the dates and squeezed us in when we were given very little notice. Since then, the staff have worked tirelessly and round the clock to make sure everyone is safe. The staff are friendly and approachable, and nothing too big of an ask! Highly highly recommended - keep going guys, you're all doing a fab job!

Staff are always friendly and welcoming, and ensure the children are happy and have lots of fun. My child is always happy to go to the staff, and his development has come on a lot since being at Kiddi Caru.

My son started at Kiddi Caru last September and absolutely loves going. It took him a little while to get used to starting nursery and the staff were very patient during the initial period with him and with all my phone calls! It also works for us as a nursery because the hours are long but also flexible. I would definitely recommend Kiddi Caru to other parents, all the kids there seem really happy and other parents I have spoken to are very pleased their children attend.

My son has been going to Kiddi Caru for the last 6 months, he absolutely loves it and settled in really well. The nursery staff are brilliant, very attentive to the children's individual needs and have really helped him develop his independence and confidence. It's really good to get an update from the staff at the end of each day about what my son has been up to and eaten (he always seems to have seconds at lunch!). After the lockdown I was keen to start him back at childcare as he needed some stimulation and other children to play with, he seems to have made lots of friends in this class, which is great. I would definitely recommend Kiddi Caru.

I must say that Kiddi Caru has been amazing throughout everything going on. I have felt safe in the knowledge that my girls are cared for and having fun whilst I am at work. They have settled back in nursery extremely well after lockdown and that has to be a testament to the team in Taunton. My girls are buzzing from their day’s activities and have always enjoyed the food provided. Both children gain so much from being there. Thank you Kiddi Caru Taunton.
