Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Taunton is a well-established, purpose-built nursery rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted (February 2022). Located in Blackbrook Business Park with excellent transport links, they provide year-round care for children aged 0–5.

The nursery features eight spacious playrooms, three large gardens, a sensory room, and a calm, home-from-home environment. Their highly qualified team includes a dedicated SENCO and Forest School leader, supporting a wide range of enriching experiences.

Very happy with how my daughter has progressed during her time at Kiddi Caru. She has gone in happily since day one, which is nearly a year ago. A massive shout out to the ladies in the blackberry room and to management. My daughter knows everyone’s names, even the chefs who provide great, hot meals.
Thank you to all the staff, my daughter is very happy and so am I. Everyone I come across is very friendly and supportive of my daughter Thank you.

Both my children are at Kiddi Caru. One in pre-school and one in 1-2 room. The nursery is such a happy place and one of the things I think it is really great at is development throughout the years to prepare your child for school. The activities they do are great and the parent app is updated regularly
so we get lots of photo updates which we love.

An outstanding nursery, with wonderful staff, very caring, precise and complete handovers, great space, well organised, lots of knowledge displayed. My 2 kids are attending and are making daily progress on both academic and social skills. Very grateful to have found this place.

Very happy with the service provided. The long hours are great for working families. The range of activities are good and keep the kids entertained. The development updates via the app are good and keep you informed on your child’s education. Would recommend them.

My son has only been at Kiddi Caru for 4-months, but it feels like it’s been his nursery forever! His bond with the staff and comfort in the nursery environment is a credit to the team there. Having moved from another nursery, we were a little worried that he would have a bumpy start, but the team in
the cherry room have gone out of their way to make sure that he’s been welcomed and he now actively looks forward to seeing them and his new friends each day. The facilities and activities are brilliant (especially the garden) and he is clearly being stretched and challenged as his development is coming on leaps and bounds. Highly recommended!

My son loves going to Kiddy Caru Taunton and loves his key workers. I always feel well informed about what he’s been up to and always so impressed with the food the kitchen team produced.

Overall, we are very happy with Kiddi Caru. Our child has been going since he was about 10 months and transitions to each room have been smooth.
They support him in learning new skills and developing his curiosity about new topics.
My only criticism would be that sometimes the handovers can be a little
chaotic when a few people arrive at once.

Our daughter loves it, she has fun, learns new skills, eats loads and comes home exhausted but happy. The staff are very good, we get progress reports and photos uploaded and pick up and drop off is very easy.

I think professionalism is all I can say. The whole team shows involvement, dedication and love for children. It is a team of grade 10 and I recommend with all confidence. All the results appear after a very short time. I say this because my little girl of only 3 years old had a very big jump after
only 2 weeks of nursery. I am very happy with the choice made.

The staff have really helped my nephew settle in. His speech is coming on so well since attending. He also plays well with other children. He always seems to have a great day and eats really well. I know he will continue to develop well.

Both my children have attended Kiddi Caru, my youngest still goes. It’s a brilliant nursery, can’t fault it. I’m happy with everything they do/have done for my two.

The ladies in greengage room are so supportive of my daughter, she had a bumpy start and after some work, there was one lady who particularly just clicked with my little girl and made it such a wonderful experience for her. They’ve assisted with her potty training, she’s so much more confident personally

Everyone at Kidi Curu are wonderful and have gone out of their way to make my daughters time there fun and memorable.
They have not had enough recognition in my eyes. They have worked tirelessly through a pandemic. They should be all very proud to be part of a fabulous team.

the manager and all of them in Plum room for being caring, considerate, helpful, never patronising and always friendly.
Even with the masks, I can see everyone smiling and that’s just the sort of place I’m happy to take my daughter too. Thank you, team Taunton.

Staff are very friendly, they are welcoming and understanding towards the children. They helped my son settle in really quickly and have understood all his eczema issues and dietary needs. My son has settled really quickly and loves going to nursery.

My daughter has been registered with Kiddi Caru since she was 8 months old and has always loved it. Despite a 6 month break throughout the pandemic and a bit of a bumpy start back, she is well into the swing of things again and loving being at nursery with her friends and her carers. Even transitioning
classes without settling in sessions, the way these things would normally work has been great and she has been welcomed and settled in so well. The support the nursery has offered over the last 8 months has also been amazing. Changing and adapting with the rules, sending guidance and reassuring parents that their children are safe appear to have been a top priority, and in particular, the flexibility we have seen with our previously agreed arrangements has been so appreciated. Thank you.
