Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Taunton

Really great nursery. The staff are always happy, polite and helpful. I felt the transition into a new age group room went smoothly and was well planned, and the new communication app helps us to feel informed about my little one throughout the day.

Kiddi Caru has been amazing for us as a family. From the day our daughter joined, we were filled with confidence and having seen the teams grow bonds with her and teach her right from wrong; I know we made the right decision in picking for her to come here.

My daughter loves her time at nursery and always throws herself into the arms of staff in the mornings. They offer a range of exciting things for her to do throughout the day; in particular, she loves the sensory room. They helped her transition onto a bottle and always keep me up to date with how she's eating/drinking. We are very happy with her at Kiddi Caru.

My children are better people because they go to this nursery.

Our little one is very happy at Kiddi Caru; she goes in smiling and comes out smiling! Staff are approachable and caring, ensuring that our daughter's needs are met. Great facilities and varied day-to-day experience.

Their sensory room and outdoor space are fab and I love that they have animals for the children to engage with too.

The nursery is really great and my child enjoys attending. He enjoys the food and gets on well with the staff who provide good feedback. They do fun activities and he loves his time there. Would recommend.

My little one absolutely loves going to Kiddi Caru Nursery. At home time, he always comes out with a big smile and has participated in a variety of different activities throughout the day. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and happy to answer any questions I have. There is a wide variety of food available to the children and they cater really well to any/all allergies.

It’s definitely been worth every money paid.

My son has only attended for a few months and after a wobbly first few drop offs, he has settled into Kiddi Caru so well! The staff are amazing and the bond he has made with them is lovely to see! His learning, development and skills have improved so much in the short time he has attended. The updates on the app are very reassuring throughout the day! Very highly recommended!

Kiddi Caru is such a happy, welcoming place. Kiddi Caru has everything a child needs in nursery and the staff are all brilliant. My little boy loves going to nursery and seeing his key worker and all his friends. The staff are amazing.

I've been part of the Kiddi Caru Taunton family since 2017 where they have looked after my two daughters. I can't speak more highly about the entire nursery - everything from the staff to the environment to the food is fantastic. The staff in particular are excellent, extremely professional and caring - both of my daughters flourished in their care. The variety of food offered is excellent and the activities and learning opportunities provided for all children are just brilliant. Highly recommend to any parents. Absolutely fantastic nursery, we have been here for over a year now and cannot fault them. Our daughter is excited every day to go and has built up such a lovely relationship with all the staff. The staff know the parents by name and provides a wide range of activities for the children. Our daughter eats and sleeps well, we couldn’t ask for anymore!

The staff are incredibly friendly and the facilities are great! Lovely outdoor space and indoor sensory room. The food is varied and nutritious. My child enjoys going to nursery and he has continued to develop during his time at nursery

The nursery have been great. Our son comes home trying new things and developing so well. The nursery always listen when we had to change his diet for a few weeks or change his schedule when he dropped naps etc. They really have made him and us as parents feel comfortable.

The final year was more problematic hence the review. On several occasions of collecting child early due to a lack of staff, which we oblige but were never recompensed for, an incident where the nursery closed but never recompensed for, and numerous occasions of our child coming home with an injury, where no one had seen it or it had been logged but not always logged. Sometimes our child told us she had incidents, always other children assaulting ours. An incident where our property was damaged by another child and we had to replace this at a cost to us. The final year just felt there was no control. The final straw involved ruining my child's birthday by not distributing her invites and allowing another child to destroy them, which meant that no children were coming to her party. If she hadn't been going to school we would have moved her.

When my son started he was a bit wobbly but soon found he got on well with the staff and this carried on throughout his 3 years with Kiddi Caru. The staff have always been encouraging and keen to share progress in the early stages. The transitioning between rooms was never a concern and I've always felt in the know when anything needed to change regarding routines. The staff are fabulous. Food has always been highly rated by my son who often had seconds. My son loved his time at nursery and I am so grateful!
