Jabberwocky Childrens Nursery Ltd

My grandchildren go to this nursery and have done since they were babies. They love going to school, to see their friends and the staff. The staff are very friendly, and knowledgeable. The children are very well cared for with plenty of things to do, from forest school, trips out in the minibus or going to the park, as well as activities within the setting such as baking, painting and sensory play. Highly recommend this nursery.

Great, healthy food choices that alternate often for the children to enjoy.

Jabberwocky has been amazing for our son's learning and development. He has been there for 8 months and is thriving. He absolutely loves Forest School plus Boogie Beats is a favourite too. The staff are all awesome, always smiling!

He has developed so much while at nursery, like learning actions to songs and sign language and spends lots of time outdoors and messy play, which he loves. We are so pleased we chose Jabberwocky and have nothing bad to say about it.

My two little girls aged 3 and 1 attend Jabberwocky Childrens Nursery three times a week, since they’ve started I have noticed a huge improvement in every aspect of their development. I cannot recommend Jabberwocky enough - to anyone looking for the very best childcare, Jabberwocky is it! I know that in years to come I will be very grateful my children have attended such a great setting, giving them the best start to their early education.

I cannot recommend Jabberwocky Nursery enough. My daughter has thrived since joining in January 2023. She literally runs in every day. The staff are all so incredibly lovely and genuinely care for the children. My daughter’s key worker in the baby room, who we call her second mum, has been faultless. My daughter asks for her daily. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better keyworker and I couldn’t trust her more. They do so much extra than other nurseries I know.

My grandson has recently started at the nursery and has been thriving in the short time he has been attending. He is always happy to go and always welcomed on arrival by the staff. The nursery has also been very supportive of my daughter in accommodating my grandson, for which we are very thankful.

My son has been attending Jabberwockys for 16 months and he adores it there. He gets to do way more than I can do for him at home. Singing and dancing classes, a football coach, water play, painting, exploring and so much more. They go out on day trips to their fantastic forest school, down to the market to buy things they need for their projects and on longer trips out in the minibus. The staff are kind, caring and just so fantastic with the kids. If I could pay one of them to live with me I would! I think I'm going to be quite upset when the time comes for him to go to school but my baby will be heading there soon without a doubt.

This is my 2nd child attending here and I wouldn’t look elsewhere to send her. The entrance and rooms are really well set out and inviting. We have a warm welcome from staff every session. The activities that are offered are very age appropriate and the forest school area is beautiful and inviting. My child always comes home happy.

Due to work changes, we are now quite a drive away from nursery but have decided to keep our daughter at the site given the care and love that she receives.

Over the past 4 years, we have had two children attend Jabberwocky from the ages of 1 to 4. The care our children received from the staff at Jabberwocky was second to none. It is a wonderful setting to be part of and their forest school is a huge part of this. Both of our children love being outdoors and hands-on, and as parents, it was wonderful to know that Jabberwocky embraced the great outdoors in all weather. Our children were always happy to go and came out with big grins, we couldn’t have asked for more from a nursery and this is down to the wonderful staff who make it feel like a family.

My niece loves coming to nursery she is very happy and smiley when it comes to going in. She enjoys the garden and going for walks. And loves to eat the meal. Which means a lot as she can be fussy with food.

My littlest is currently in the baby room, soon to move up to Banders (2 years old). She started at 1 year old. She had a very different start, as she was very attached to mummy. She took extra settling-in sessions to get used to nursery. Which now, you would never tell, as she absolutely loves it there and is excited to go every day.

Will be sending my 2 year old there until she starts school.

My children thrive at Jabberwocky Childrens Nursery, thanks to the wonderful staff and fantastic management and their genuine enthusiasm and care for the children they look after. The facilities and offsite activities are an added bonus and provide the children with days filled with fun and learning.

Jabberwocky has become the heart to our family, the way our child has been able to transition in the most delicate way and to be cared and nurtured for like no other. The commitment and dedication from the staff for not only our child but for us as a family, we truly have fallen at our feet with the nursery. The activities they provide everyday is outstanding, my child comes home with such a huge smile and we couldn't ask for anything more.

We joined in January this year and the settling-in process was flawless. My daughter settled brilliantly and the staff made us feel very welcome. Jabberwocky Childrens Nursery offers lots for the children to experience while in their care, boogie beat, forest school, they took the children in the minibus to an animal farm the other week, we love it.

Forest school is definitely a firm favourite of theirs and they love to tell us all about it when they come home. They thoroughly enjoy the mud kitchen at forest school and looking for bugs with the magnifying glass. I can’t thank the staff enough they are all so friendly and welcoming and I would 100% recommend Jabberwocky to anyone looking for a placement for their child.

My grandson loves attending his sessions at the nursery. The staff are always welcoming when dropping him off and updates us on things he’s done when he’s picked up. He loves attending forest school as he’s definitely an outdoor boy! Definitely would recommend the nursery.

The facilities are wonderful and the range of activities and the thought that goes into them is fantastic.
