Partou Westfields Day Nursery & Pre-school has a long-established reputation as the leading provider of childcare in Cheltenham, offering outstanding care to children aged 3 months to 5 years and are open from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday - Friday, for 51 weeks of the year (closed during Christmas week).

There are separate rooms for babies, toddlers, 2-3 year olds, and Pre-School children, furnished with 'age-appropriate' toys and resources, ensuring they provide the best standard of care, development and education.

Westfields Day Nursery operates a Key Person policy, ensuring that your child is cared for by a member of staff who gets to know you and your child supporting them with their learning and development.

This month, my daughter has really settled into her class and this is largely due to the wonderful staff caring for her. Her primary carers have really bonded with her which has enabled her to feel safe and happy in her environment with them and other children. Her recent positive behaviour and development
has been very noticeable and her love of the staff and enjoyment of wanting to attend nursery even on her days off show that she is incredibly cared for and this is a credit to the lovely staff who spend their time encouraging a happy and positive nursery experience for her. Thank you :)

Westfields Day Nursery has a real family feel, which makes it very special. My little boy has been attending since he was a baby and has been well-cared for and nurtured during that time. I feel that the staff at Westfields Day Nursery have an open door strategy with parents in that they listen to any
parental concerns and address them appropriately. My little boy has developed some great relationships here with staff and children alike. Would definitely recommend!

The smile on his face says it all when we step through the front door in the morning - looking forward to a fun day with all his friends and staff in the room. We couldn't be any happier or prouder of how our boy has developed into a confident, cheeky toddler with the support from the Westfields team.

My son has been at Westfields for four years and during that time I feel he has really developed socially and I know Westfields has played a big part in that. I feel the staff are friendly and genuinely care for him. Westfields have helped to expand the range of food he eats and has helped when we have
asked for help to focus on certain development such as his writing. The management team are helpful and responsive. I'd recommend Westfields to other parents too.

Our child has really enjoyed playing at this nursery. She has made use of all the play areas available (role plays, reading books, mark making and outdoors) and really enjoys the French songs and rhymes, they regularly sing (thanks to the visiting French teacher). She has always been looked after well.

We have been extremely happy with Westfields Day Nursery. The staff are extremely competent and caring. Our children are always happy to be left and form close bonds with their key workers and staff in general. The facilities especially the gardens are fantastic.

I have been happy with the care both my children received at this nursery. My daughter is still here and enjoys going every time. She has a positive relationship with many of the staff and the other children and quite simply seems to have a great time every day.

Well what can I say. From the moment we came to look around, I was blown away by the nursery and staff. When I first moved to the area, my son started at another nursery and was so unhappy, but Westfields changed all that. He has gone back to being a happy little boy who loves going to nursery. All
the staff are amazing and I am always kept up to date with what is going on with him. I cannot thank everyone enough for making his time here so special and would recommend anyone who is looking for a nursery to come here first.

It is very hard to find the words to describe how delighted we are with Westfields Nursery. The care and attention the staff give to my daughter is outstanding. My daughter is so happy here and I can't praise the nursery and staff enough. I would highly recommend to anyone to send their child here,

Our little daughter joined Westfields' "Under 2"- group for almost a year until we left the UK. She was 10 months old when she started. Before she was born, we had already met the general manager and the staff in charge of the little ones and due to their personalities and the state of the facilities,
we decided to take her there. The nursery is located in a beautiful, older Leckhampton building which is renovated to a certain extent.


It took her only days to stay in the group confidently for a few hours and in the weeks that followed she stayed without any hesitation until the late afternoon hours if necessary. She felt absolutely comfortable and safe there, and this is all that mattered to us. We owe her well-being and the progress that she made to the trustworthy carers around her, who empathically responded to her individual needs in terms of eating and sleeping habits, as well as to her personal fields of interest. We were absolutely delighted to have her at Westfields!

This has been an excellent learning environment for my child. The outside space is a particularly positive aspect of the nursery. There is a real encouragement for outdoor learning which is wonderful. The staff are friendly, caring and approachable and my child loves her time there.

My daughter has not long been at the nursery but so far is settling reasonably well. Staff have responded swiftly when she has been unwell. Basic care is excellent and I have no worries about her whilst she is at nursery.

My daughter is here for 2 full days and she comes home so happy and full of wonderful stories, (mainly about the food she's eaten). The staff are extremely friendly and affectionate. I always get a thorough handover at the end of the day which I feel is important.

My son is very happy in the toddler room at Westfields. They have a wide range of activities to keep the children entertained and learning.
