Circus Day Nursery & Pre-school

We have 2 children at Circus Day Nursery and they have been fantastic throughout, I cannot understate how great they have been for us and our family. From the children's perspective, they love going there, always have a great time, eat well and have made great friends with other children and teachers. The rooms are set up well, with lots of variety and toys to play with. They are always well staffed and they put on fun activities for the kids every day. From a parent perspective, they are always friendly and helpful and you never feel like you are taking up there time when you want ask to something. Every-time we have needed support or extra sessions, they have been amazing and it always feels like they are working with you to help as much as they possibly can. It feels like a place that genuinely cares about you and your children and not just a business focused on making money. I really cant rate them highly enough, Circus is Ace.

Both my children were breastfed and totally attached and I know without a doubt that the team there made my children feel as comfortable there as they possibly could. Not once has my child cried going into nursery. And after a few short sessions of being overtired when I pick them up, they turn into excited to be their children who are so so happy to see me when I pick them up. It's a testament to the staff that they aren't sobbing their eyes out, wishing that I'd been there all day, they really takes the guilt away from being a working parent.

We now have a wonderful collection of preschool art.

The staff were all very kind and we were impressed that they knew all the names of the children in the nursery. If we had any concerns or worries, the staff were very good at alleviating our concerns. Nothing was too much bother and they were welcoming and supportive. Great outdoor space and the team are always improving/updating facilities. Great nursery - would highly recommend!

I can see why Circus has won so many awards! The team is absolutely lovely and made my daughter's settling incredibly smooth. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, attentive, and clearly genuinely care about the children they are looking after. My daughter took to them straight away, which as a parent is the biggest relief you can ask for. The environment is very welcoming, and thoughtfully set up. I'd recommend Circus to any parent without hesitation.

Both my sons attended Circus Day Nursery and really enjoyed their time at the nursery. The staff are wonderful and do a brilliant job of looking after the children, making them happy and relaxed. As a parent, the communication has always been excellent, giving me complete peace of mind every single day. The outdoor space in the nursery is fantastic too and has so much space for the children to explore and enjoy lots of fun. It truly feels like an extension of our family, and I couldn't ask for more for my little boy.

Circus Day Nursery is a fantastic nursery with amazing facilities. They took our little one under their wing and she flourish during her time on jugglers. She was always rather anxious to attend a nursery setting and struggled with transitions but they found a way to make her comfortable, connect with her on her emotional level and eased her into her day. We will forever be grateful to the staff who helped set her up for the endeavour of going to school.

We have now had two children at Circus and couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery. It is a second home for our family and we have always felt that our sons have received the best of care as well as fun experiences and positive interactions with staff. Both our children started in the baby suite before they were six months old, which initially was an anxiety for us but they thrived straight away and I noted how quickly all staff across the four floors of the nursery seemed to learn their names which was nice! Any queries or concerns I have ever had have been dealt with promptly and professionally and we have always felt well informed about our children's days in the evening handover. I cannot recommend the setting highly enough.

Both of my daughters attended Circus from a year old all the way until primary school. They both still have fond memories of their time there and still ask frequently to visit. The garden space is beautiful, the provisions are excellent, the staff are warm annd nurturing and both of them truly thrived at Circus!

Circus is a superb nursery. They give excellent support to our daughter and ensure she is doing loads of fun and educational activities. Every time she moves up a room she takes a massive leap in her development. The room leader of her current room is particularly exceptional. We're looking forward to sending our son there

After an amazing journey at Circus from baby suite to preschool with our eldest child, we had no hesitation returning with our second and wouldn't have gone anywhere else. The care and genuine love for the children is amazing, our daughter goes in happy, leaves happy and talks non stop about nursery at home. We're especially touched by the continuity of key workers, keeping the same key worker with our family and seeing both siblings through. We'd be lost without you and not sure what we'll do when there's no more children to send! Can they look after me? Amazing work.

We are so glad we chose Circus Day for our daughter. She is having a wonderful time, making friends, enjoying the outdoors and joining into all the different activities. The staff is always there to help and the daily handover guarantees that we are aware of everything that happened each day. The monthly newsletters are a great way to learn about what's going on and upcoming events. All the staff we interact with have been lovely, from the staff meeting you at the door to people answering the phone and the immediate carers on her floor. We are glad that all food is prepared on site allowing for a nutritious diet and ensuring any dietary requirements are met.

Our little boy has been at Circus Day nursery since he was 10 months old, and our experience over the last 15 months has been amazing. The staff have all been wonderful, really getting to know our boy, what he likes and doesn't like, particularly when he first started and was a very fussy sleeper. The activities are so varied, engaging and helpful always has a lot of fun, and they spend so much time outdoors, even if the weather isn't brilliant they try to get the kids outside. The food menu is amazing and caters to all his needs. I like the fact that the staff have taken the time to get to know the kids when they move to a new room, and letting them form bonds with the staff before allocating a key worker.
