Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Parkstone)

Amazing nursery, amazing staff, so glad my daughter gets to attend this wonderful nursery. My daughter has attended Cuddles Day Nursery from the age of 1 and I've never trusted anyone more to look after her than the staff at Rossmore. She comes home beaming every day and has learnt so much since she has been enrolled.

Cuddles Day Nursery have supported both my boys with holiday club and nursery sessions and both my boys love attending. Cuddles are very informative and the staff are very understanding, helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. A very happy environment.

My daughter came for half term and absolutely loved it. Lots of variety to keep them busy and she loved the day trips out. We will be back for the summer. Thank you to all the workers for making her feel so welcome.

Cuddles Day Nursery is an amazing place for children. The staff are so caring and really friendly. They take time to get to know the children and nurture them to their potential. My daughter loved it so much at nursery she wanted to go back for after school club when she started the reception. I want to thank the staff for all the care they have given. My daughter only left Cuddles due to my change in hours. She continues to speak highly of the setting. I would definitely recommend Cuddles to parents.

My son loves Cuddles Day Nursery, he was really shy to start, never really went to anyone but has settled in really well, staff are really friendly, lots of activities, really enjoys going, definitely recommend Cuddles Parkstone.

My daughter loved this nursery - we used Cuddles Day Nursery from babyhood (11 months old) to pre-school (4 years) and have never had a problem. The staff were always lovely, the activities and rooms were always fun. You know when you have chosen right when you don't have tantrums taking your child in! We appreciate the quality of care so much, we use Cuddles for the holiday clubs during school holidays now.

Staff are very friendly and professional. They do so many lovely activities with the children and attend to their individual needs very well. My son loves it there! The nursery always looks spotlessly clean as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My child enjoys a range of activities at the nursery. Very approachable staff. There are varied indoor and outdoor activities. It is a clean and spacious place for the children to learn and play. Very easy to contact if you need to. Administration issues are always on time and easy to reply to.

My son is in the baby room three mornings a week and loves it, he always comes home with a big smile and I can tell he’s been very well looked after. The staff are all lovely and have a great rapport with the kids. He does lots of different activities and brings home arts and crafts at Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day etc. The facilities are great, all the rooms have their own gardens and then there is a big communal play area. The Covid measures have been excellent (especially compared to some of my friends’ nurseries). I get updates on his activities through the app, which is very reassuring. There is ample parking so pickups and drop-offs are stress-free. On occasion when we have asked to swap a day or make a change they have been totally accommodating. I drive across town to bring my child to Cuddles Day Nursery as they are far superior to my local nurseries, couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Fantastic staff that have continued to look after the children throughout recent events. The children are always happy and playing and thoroughly enjoy their time at Cuddles Day Nursery, amazing outdoor play areas and a wide range of activities.

They do so much with the children, activities are wonderful and my little one is 100% more confident and chatty.

My son started in September 2020, he settled in straight away. He has grown more confident and learnt many new things. Every day is different and many activities on offer. The staff are brilliant, happy and friendly, just what we like.

A lovely nursery. My little one enjoys going and she brings home some lovely stories about her day. The only slight niggle is that there isn’t a lot of communication back to parents. I would love photos etc. of my child playing. She hasn’t once been included in the event photos posted on Facebook so I miss out on seeing those.

My son is attending Cuddles Day Nursery for almost a year now. I’m very happy with that nursery. He is learning so much every time he goes there. Hot meals served there are also very healthy and tasty. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. There is also possibility to attend flexible days/hours which was the main reason for me to choose this nursery. I would definitely recommend it!

My daughter has been at Cuddles Day Nursery since she was 7 months old. She is now in her final weeks before leaving to start school in September. Every room she has been in has been wonderful and I have got to know the staff really well. My daughter has thrived at Cuddles. The care given is excellent as are the facilities (and staff!). We will be very sad to leave this part of our journey and wish everyone at Cuddles the very best for the future.

All my children have had a positive experience at Cuddles Day Nursery Parkstone and this is no different with my latest. He enjoys nursery and the staff are always very good. They always make time at the end of the day to discuss what he has done. He does multiple different activities each day and loves the outdoor area.

Ofstead may have gone up but duty of care has gone down.

My girls aged eight and five have twice come to Cuddles for holiday camp and they have absolutely loved it. The carers are lovely and the girls can't wait to come back next holiday. Everyone has been friendly and accommodating.

My little boy attends the baby room and enjoys every minute. Three staff members keep me updated on my sons development and are always so friendly and helpful. The nursery always has a lovely atmosphere and all the staff are lovely. Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Parkstone) is a fantastic nursery and I would highly recommend to all.

Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Parkstone) has been amazing for my little boy. Since starting the nursery back in October, his development has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are amazing with him and have such a lovely relationship with my son, he really looks forward to coming in everyday. I highly recommend this nursery, not only for the fantastic staff but it’s a really lovely place where you feel your child is in safe hands.
