Staff are very friendly and professional. They do so many lovely activities with the children and attend to their individual needs very well. My son loves it there! The nursery always looks spotlessly clean as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My child enjoys a range of activities at the nursery. Very approachable staff. There are varied indoor and outdoor activities. It is a clean and spacious place for the children to learn and play. Very easy to contact if you need to. Administration issues are always on

My son is in the baby room three mornings a week and loves it, he always comes home with a big smile and I can tell he’s been very well looked after. The staff are all lovely and have a great rapport with the kids. He does lots of different activities and brings home arts and crafts at Christmas, Easter,
Mother’s Day etc. The facilities are great, all the rooms have their own gardens and then there is a big communal play area. The Covid measures have been excellent (especially compared to some of my friends’ nurseries). I get updates on his activities through the app, which is very reassuring. There is ample parking so pickups and drop-offs are stress-free. On occasion when we have asked to swap a day or make a change they have been totally accommodating. I drive across town to bring my child to Cuddles Day Nursery as they are far superior to my local nurseries, couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Fantastic staff that have continued to look after the children throughout recent events. The children are always happy and playing and thoroughly enjoy their time at Cuddles Day Nursery, amazing outdoor play areas and a wide range of activities.

My son started in September 2020, he settled in straight away. He has grown more confident and learnt many new things. Every day is different and many activities on offer. The staff are brilliant, happy and friendly, just what we like.

Very friendly staff, really easy to chat with too.
Good at helping with home life, toilet training, behaviour etc.
They do so much with the children, activities are wonderful and my little one is 100% more confident and chatty.

A lovely nursery. My little one enjoys going and she brings home some lovely stories about her day. The only slight niggle is that there isn’t a lot of communication back to parents. I would love photos etc. of my child playing. She hasn’t once been included in the event photos posted on Facebook so
I miss out on seeing those.

My son is attending Cuddles Day Nursery for almost a year now. I’m very happy with that nursery. He is learning so much every time he goes there. Hot meals served there are also very healthy and tasty. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. There is also possibility to attend flexible days/hours
which was the main reason for me to choose this nursery. I would definitely recommend it!

My daughter has been at Cuddles Day Nursery since she was 7 months old. She is now in her final weeks before leaving to start school in September. Every room she has been in has been wonderful and I have got to know the staff really well. My daughter has thrived at Cuddles. The care given is excellent
as are the facilities (and staff!). We will be very sad to leave this part of our journey and wish everyone at Cuddles the very best for the future.

All my children have had a positive experience at Cuddles Day Nursery Parkstone and this is no different with my latest. He enjoys nursery and the staff are always very good. They always make time at the end of the day to discuss what he has done. He does multiple different activities each day and loves

My son was very unhappy. I've used the playschool continuously since 2013. I was very impressed when my older two children were there. The classroom was smaller and they had a higher number of practitioners.
In 2018 I was concerned for my son's speech development, I asked the nursery for a referral
which I filled in as requested, returned to the nursery as requested but was never sent off. They missed signs of hearing loss, speech impairment and ADHD. When a child is old enough to be signed off from the health visitor, it is impossible to get any of this treated without backing from the preschool as the doctors need evidence.
I withdrew my youngest son in September 2020, the practitioners had no clue what he had done during the day, one told me he had hot lunches and ate all of it when he was sent with a lunch box. The amount of children in one group was dramatically increased but still had the same amount of practitioners.
Ofstead may have gone up but duty of care has gone down.

My girls aged eight and five have twice come to Cuddles for holiday camp and they have absolutely loved it. The carers are lovely and the girls can't wait to come back next holiday. Everyone has been friendly and accommodating.

Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Parkstone) has been amazing for my little boy. Since starting the nursery back in October, his development has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are amazing with him and have such a lovely relationship with my son, he really looks forward to coming in everyday. I highly recommend
this nursery, not only for the fantastic staff but it’s a really lovely place where you feel your child is in safe hands.

My son has been at Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Parkstone) since 2018 as a baby and he loves it. The staff in every room he has been in have been fantastic and especially more recently, with the restrictions and the pandemic, I cannot fault them. Despite the situation they always greet the children with
a smile and I feel very happy leaving him in their care. I'm grateful for them right now more than ever and grateful that he has a little bit of normality to go to. In the last year in particular, they have helped him grow and become independent and his confidence levels have shot up. He's gone from not letting go of me at the door, to running in and not looking back! Every member of staff, even the office staff, have always been helpful and quick to respond to any concerns or requests.

All members of staff should be adequately trained as some don't have a clue what they're doing and deem it appropriate to leave children alone that are supposed to be supervised at all times due to having SEN to the point where there are only 2 people I'm happy to leave my child with, the 2 in question
are absolutely superb and I only wish I could take them with me when my child transitions to school.
Overall though I don't feel this nursery is well equipped or adequately trained to cater for SEN children..the SENCO is the most amazing lady I know and there are 2 or 3 members of staff that are superb but unless all staff are properly trained then they should not be allowed to be in charge of vulnerable children.

I was really nervous about my baby daughter starting nursery 6 months ago and leaving her each week but Cuddles Day Nursery have been great. My daughter is happy every time I pick her up. The staff are always friendly and listen to anything I need to let them know at drop off and feed back well at pick
up. They were also great to me and my daughter when we had a fall outside nursery and I hurt myself.

After looking at loads of nurseries, the second I went into Cuddles Day Nursery, I was very happy. I am very picky about where my child goes and this is perfect.
