Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Parkstone)

My son has been at Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Parkstone) since 2018 as a baby and he loves it. The staff in every room he has been in have been fantastic and especially more recently, with the restrictions and the pandemic, I cannot fault them. Despite the situation they always greet the children with a smile and I feel very happy leaving him in their care. I'm grateful for them right now more than ever and grateful that he has a little bit of normality to go to. In the last year in particular, they have helped him grow and become independent and his confidence levels have shot up. He's gone from not letting go of me at the door, to running in and not looking back! Every member of staff, even the office staff, have always been helpful and quick to respond to any concerns or requests.

Overall though I don't feel this nursery is well equipped or adequately trained to cater for SEN children..the SENCO is the most amazing lady I know and there are 2 or 3 members of staff that are superb but unless all staff are properly trained then they should not be allowed to be in charge of vulnerable children.

I was really nervous about my baby daughter starting nursery 6 months ago and leaving her each week but Cuddles Day Nursery have been great. My daughter is happy every time I pick her up. The staff are always friendly and listen to anything I need to let them know at drop off and feed back well at pick up. They were also great to me and my daughter when we had a fall outside nursery and I hurt myself.

After looking at loads of nurseries, the second I went into Cuddles Day Nursery, I was very happy. I am very picky about where my child goes and this is perfect. Myself and my daughter have developed great communication with all the staff, they really do go above and beyond to make sure child and parent is happy. Will really miss these guys when it’s big school time.

Lovely nursery, rooms and outdoor space are great, clean and spacious with lots for them to do. Staff are all lovely and they do lots of different activities. My little girl loves it, she always sleeps really well and adores her key worker.

Fantastic as always, my son is always entertained and has lots to do. He loves the outdoors area and enjoys the company of his friends and play leaders. They are so kind and helpful and as crazy as us.

Lovely and friendly staff, my daughter settled in within days and doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day! Shows me she loves it there and has made some lovely friends x

Cuddles Day Nursery has been extremely supportive and they have been flexible were possible. My daughter has been going to cuddles since she was 7 months old. She has settled in easily and has always seemed happy when I pick her up.

The staff at Cuddles in Parkstone are all very friendly and professional. Most importantly, my daughter loves them. She comes home and talks about the staff more than she does about the other children.

I will be eternally grateful for the care and dedication they give at all times.

I am very happy with Cuddles Day Nursery the staff are excellent the nursery itself has everything the little ones need and would want! My daughter and now my son comes to Cuddles and they both love it!

Really lovely nursery I have recently increased my 2-year-old to have an extra day here as he gets so much out of nursery. Only thing I would like more of is more pictures and days out but overall we are happy and staff in the little hoots room have been amazing. I really love how they always make an effort to say how my son enjoyed his day, as a working parent it really means a lot.

Lovely resources with great activities, in the holiday's staff go above and beyond to ensure your child has a great day.

My son attends the Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Parkstone) and has done now for just over 1 year and within that time has thrived. Each day they do something different and all the activities are always engaging with fun and education at the forefront. I feel he is very well looked after and anything you need the nursery are on hand to help with, the outdoor area is spectacular and I know my son loves playing in the garden. Always updated with my son's learning and things he does on nursery days which is great to see.

Absolutely brilliant. My daughter loves all of her friends, all of her teachers and loves playing in the garden. She always enjoys her hot lunches and always comes home very happy.

Have used this nursery since my oldest was 4 years old he is now 18. I have 2 other children attend and they have enjoyed their time at the nursery and my youngest still attends after school and holiday club. Loads for them to take part in and the staff are all very approachable and friendly.

We are really impressed with Cuddles and our son loves it. The staff are really friendly, caring and happy. They are professional but it feels like a family. We love that they learn all about the different festivals and cultures, whilst making it fun. It's great that they get outside and play too, the outside space is brilliant. Whenever we have had a query there has always been someone around to help. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cuddles - you help make the transition back to work a lot more settling for the whole family!

Generally, I am very happy that my daughter attends this nursery. Beginnings were quite difficult for me as her mum and her, she was crying when I had to leave her at the nursery for pretty long period of time. I was really worried. But now she is extremely happy and can’t wait to go there. Cuddles have really good facilities, learning equipment, great big garden. The nursery provides really good program of activities and entertainments, children can enjoy being creative, improve their communication skills, they stay close to the nature, go to the woods, to the gym, recently they also visited care home, what I think is beneficial for both children and elderly people (parental consent required). My daughter really loves activities like cooking, baking, drawing, painting and brings ideas from nursery to home. The staff is professional and very kind. Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Parkstone) has great management, always very helpful. We are very happy to be with them.

My little girl has attended Cuddles since October 2018 and I can’t fault it. She took a little while to settle but the staff were very supportive towards me and her and now she asks every morning if it is a ‘nursery day’ and I get an “ohhhhh why not!” If it’s not which I think speaks volumes on how much fun she clearly has there!

It's been nearly 3 years since my little boy started going to after school club at Cuddles. He loves going there. The staff are all excellent at their jobs and very friendly. My boy also loves it during school holidays as he gets to do lots of fun stuff and have some awesome days out.
