Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Parkstone)

It is fabulous. All the staff greet us when we are in the site, they know my son's name and he is always excited to go in. He only attends 2 days a week but I cannot fault the staff, the services they provide and the overall sense of well-being that both my son and I have knowing he is there. A truly wonderful nursery, I would recommend it to anyone.

Really happy with the nursery, amazing staff, plenty of activities and most importantly, my daughter is always happy to go back and enjoys her time there.

I have 2 children at Cuddles Day Nursery, my eldest had been attending for just over 3 years. I cannot speak more highly of them.

All the staff are extremely caring and always smiling and laughing. My boys are so well cared for and I can see how happy they are.

When I had an issue with my eldest being unsettled when I went back to work, the manager met with me to see how they could help him adjust which was so reassuring; this quickly resolved.

I highly recommend Parkstone Cuddles Nursery! My son has attended since he turned two when he had lack of speech and was very shy. Within a few months, I saw a huge improvement with him. He was learning so much and his speech came on so well. He absolutely loves being at Cuddles, he has made many friends along the way and enjoys being around the company of all the staff. My son is now in his last year at Cuddles but throughout his journey has learnt so many things. I’m sure he will be sad to leave, but I have already arranged for my Daughter to start next year and I’m sure she will do just as well as my son did. Massive thank you to all the staff at Cuddles, you really do an amazing job.

Overall am happy with the nursery. Have had a few occasions where there hasn't been clear communication.

My son started there just after a year old. Cuddles Day Nursery have always been fantastic with him and it was like his second home. He was later assessed as have SEN and all the staff at Cuddles went out of their way to help him achieve goals and make progress. He still goes there now for holiday club because he loves it so much! It makes a huge difference as a mum to find a nursery that is not only caring but wants the best for your child.

Both my daughter and son attended Cuddles Day Nursery and they both thrived and learnt massive amounts of new skills and tools to help them when they started school. The staff are so brilliant and are always on hand to help in any situation, they are so great with the children. I am so glad my children had to chance to attend such an amazing nursery, and they both miss going so much but because of Cuddles amazing work, they are both doing brilliantly at school!

My daughter has been going to Cuddles Day Nursery since she was 9 months old and the staff have always been great with her. She settled straight in and has made really great friends. Always recommend this nursery it's amazing.

I could not of picked a better nursery for my daughter. This nursery genuinely care about the children that attend and you can see this through there actions. I love everything about this nursery and can not fault it at all

My son really enjoyed his time at Cuddles Day Nursery. They have excellent facilities and great staff, both male and female which I feel give the children greater opportunities developing interpersonal skills. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Cuddles Day Nursery to other parents of preschoolers or out of term children's club.

One of the best nurseries. Everyone so friendly. Very helpful. My son enjoys so much every time he goes there. He learned so much since he started last year. He made a lot of friends in the nursery. Every time we need help the nursery always try their best to help us and kids. Every teacher there is very friendly and caring. They're doing an excellent job there.

We have been very impressed with Cuddles and the support our 2-year-old has received. The staff are extremely caring and nurturing and the environment seems structured but allows for fun. They provide a range of activities including a number of external trips.

My little girl has been at Cuddles for nearly a year now and has loved every minute! I can't thank the staff enough, they are simply amazing and go above and beyond to make sure the children are happy and settled whilst in their care. The experiences and opportunities that my daughter has at Cuddles are excellent and have helped her development in leaps and bounds. I have recommended Cuddles to all of my mummy friends because knowing your child is safe and well cared for whilst in child care is THE most important thing and I know that this nursery provides this and more!

All the staff are fantastic, my son thoroughly enjoyed himself there and often asks when he is going back. From 'little boots' to 'wilys' he always had teachers and staff he liked. I even became a bit attached myself. Lovely friendly staff well-done Cuddles xx

Cuddles Day Nursery is absolutely amazing, I am so happy I found it as my daughter has settled in so lovely and this is due to the caring and wonderful staff. All the children there are so happy and the nursery has positive vibes and a relaxed environment. I honestly couldn't be happier and would 100% recommend to any parent :)

This was my son's first experience of cuddles when he joined for summer club! He enjoyed his time and said the staff were nice and looked after him well. He had fun on the days out he participated in but felt the activities at cuddles sounded more exciting in the booking form than they actually were. From my perspective, I knew he would be safe and well cared for and got to try out some new experiences and make some new friends. He was happy to go each time and was always engrossed in an activity when I picked him up. My only negative comment would be, that as a 'newbie', I wasn't aware that they didn't stay at Parkstone but went off to Candford Heath each day which meant they often did come back until 5/5.30 and I was left sitting in the car for an hour or more, however, this club enabled me to go to work during the long school holidays, so thank you Cuddles and we will hopefully see you again soon.

I was a little anxious at first about using breakfast club, mainly because my daughter had not long started school and this was another new thing to get used to. I was soon confident that this was a fantastic experience for both my children. The staff are always happy and welcoming and made them feel welcome from day one. I could rest assured that they would both be dropped off at school on time and they were always excited about going in the next morning. The big selling point was that I could drop them off at 7.45am and have plenty of time to do my commute to work. A positive experience for everyone. Thank you Cuddles Parkstone.
