I am extremely impressed with the quality of learning and care shown by all members of staff. A wonderful, nurturing environment where my grandaughter feels happy and safe. Well-planned activities to stimulate young minds.

The communication between the nursery and us has also been incredible and we are involved in everything she is learning.

As a mum, I think it can be pretty daunting when choosing a nursery for your child but upon my first visit to Cuddles, I was amazed at the attentiveness and outstanding care they provide for the children there! My son started at the nursery in early 2023 and was about 1 and a half when he joined. He was a very reserved and a quiet boy but after just a few months, he’s very outgoing and a chatterbox. He’s gone from only saying basic words to singing songs, knowing lots of different animals and generally being really confident in lots of things. And I can only thank Cuddles for helping him grow, learn and to become a bubbly toddler. He’s an only child so I was worried about how he may be around other children but going to nursery has taught him to be confident around adults and children, and how to share and take turns. He is always so eager for the day when we arrive at nursery as he adores the whole team in his room. They are all very lovely, caring and absolutely excellent at what they do!

I’ve had absolutely no problems with the nursery since October when my daughter first joined. The staff are brilliant with her and the other children. My daughter has a wonderful time there. Always tells me how she’s “had fun at school today”. Her speaking and listening have come on so well since she’s been here. Every day is different activities and she loves it.

I could not be more happy with this nursery.

Cuddles have been fantastic with our 2 boys. The staff are amazing, super friendly and approachable with excellent knowledge of what support our boys needed. Our oldest has been there for over 2 years and is now ready for school. The staff in his room have made sure he is confident, happy and ready to move up to reception class. They've helped over the years with special educational needs, toilet training and behaviour problems which we couldn't thank them enough for. Would highly recommend Cuddles to anyone who wants childcare for their children in a comfortable setting with staff who treat your children like their own.

The staff are extremely friendly and always smiling and happy to see everyone.

Our little boy absolutely loves cuddles! We did consider moving to another nursery that’s more convenient with its location, however, it couldn’t hold a candle to cuddles. Amazing staff, facilities and activities. Couldn’t ask for a better start to our little man’s education!

My daughter absolutely loves Cuddles Day Nursery and so do I. She has been attending since the age of 1 and is nearly 4. Throughout this time I could not fault any of the staff and the care they have given my daughter. She loves the trips to the woods, the outdoor play, and all the little friends she has made along the way. I will not hesitate to send my son to Cuddles in the future.

We absolutely love Cuddles. All the staff go above and beyond for both the children and parents, the setting is such a welcoming place for again both children and parents. I have no worries or concerns when it comes to my children being left in the care of Cuddles staff. The building is so safe and extremely clean. Admin staff are super helpful and so understanding. We love Cuddles.

Cuddles Parkstone has exceeded our expectations and has made the nursery process a fun and comforting experience.

Son absolutely loves it here. He has come on leaps and bounds. Outdoor space is absolutely amazing and the staff are so loving and passionate. So glad I picked this nursery would recommend to anyone wanting to find a nursery place.

Every time she attends she is always so happy walking through the door and getting very excited. Every day she is involved in different learning activities, even at 7-months-old which is great. Also, she is trying new foods all the time when she is there too. All staff are so friendly and reassuring. We are so glad we have found such a lovely nursery.

My son started in September 2021. He loves Cuddles Day Nursery and so do I. My son has allergies and skin issues. All the staff are aware and accommodate this very well. When I collect him after his sessions I am always updated with how his day went, what he’s been doing and what he had for lunch. All the staff here are friendly and helpful. Cuddles has an amazing outside play area for the children which is there to go in rain or shine. I wish I sent my older children here! Cuddles is an outstanding nursery.

All the staff are amazing! My son's in little hoots and he has come along leaps since joining, he has learnt so much and loves being there to the point he asks every day am I going nursery today! I can’t fault any of the staff at Cuddles Day Nursery (Parkstone), I feel my son is safe and happy and all my needs and that of my son's are met and all concerns sorted and addressed!

Management is good as well. Overall my experience is good. I will also recommend this to my friends. My son seems very happy.

Very happy with this nursery, only one thing I didn't like - food could be better, more healthy. No cheap cakes and vegetables from bags. Staff always very helpful and nice. Very good outside playground. Recommend.

I feel confident that she is in safe hands.

Great nursery, excellent staff and it was such a shame my daughter had to leave, as we moved quite far from Cuddles Day Nursery, it’s proven quite hard to find somewhere with the same standards. Have no complaints!

My daughter currently comes here, she's growing lots and gaining confidence, she loves coming, the people who work in her room are always friendly and welcoming. Nothing is ever too much hassle for them.
