When my little one first started, she was shy and quiet and was made to feel welcome. She has since then come out of her shell and is very chatty.
The staff are extremely friendly and always smiling and happy to see everyone.

Our little boy absolutely loves cuddles! We did consider moving to another nursery that’s more convenient with its location, however, it couldn’t hold a candle to cuddles. Amazing staff, facilities and activities. Couldn’t ask for a better start to our little man’s education!

My daughter absolutely loves Cuddles Day Nursery and so do I. She has been attending since the age of 1 and is nearly 4. Throughout this time I could not fault any of the staff and the care they have given my daughter. She loves the trips to the woods, the outdoor play, and all the little friends she
has made along the way. I will not hesitate to send my son to Cuddles in the future.

Cuddles Day Nursery really is an outstanding nursery in all aspects, I’ve had/have three children go here from age 2 up to school age.
We absolutely love Cuddles. All the staff go above and beyond for both the children and parents, the setting is such a welcoming place for again both children and
parents. I have no worries or concerns when it comes to my children being left in the care of Cuddles staff. The building is so safe and extremely clean. Admin staff are super helpful and so understanding. We love Cuddles.

My son first attended Cuddles Day Nursery in Parkstone and so we had no objections sending our daughter here too.
The staff are very friendly, polite and always seem to have a smile on their faces. My daughter wasn’t the most confident child when she first started nursery, but was soon eager to go
and see her favourite teachers in no time at all.
It’s a massive relief to know that my daughter is happy and safe in her nursery environment.
It doesn’t take long to get through to your child’s class via telephone and the admin team are fantastic.
We’ve had no issues with bullying and our daughter always comes home full of happy stories to tell.
Cuddles Parkstone has exceeded our expectations and has made the nursery process a fun and comforting experience.

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Cuddles Day Nursery. Our baby girl joined in January 2022 at the age of 7-months. We were very worried at first but since joining she has settled so well, this is all to the great work that happens at Cuddles every day.
Every time she attends
she is always so happy walking through the door and getting very excited. Every day she is involved in different learning activities, even at 7-months-old which is great. Also, she is trying new foods all the time when she is there too. All staff are so friendly and reassuring. We are so glad we have found such a lovely nursery.

My son started in September 2021. He loves Cuddles Day Nursery and so do I. My son has allergies and skin issues. All the staff are aware and accommodate this very well. When I collect him after his sessions I am always updated with how his day went, what he’s been doing and what he had for lunch. All
the staff here are friendly and helpful. Cuddles has an amazing outside play area for the children which is there to go in rain or shine. I wish I sent my older children here! Cuddles is an outstanding nursery.

Very happy with this nursery, only one thing I didn't like - food could be better, more healthy. No cheap cakes and vegetables from bags. Staff always very helpful and nice. Very good outside playground. Recommend.

Amazing nursery, amazing staff, so glad my daughter gets to attend this wonderful nursery. My daughter has attended Cuddles Day Nursery from the age of 1 and I've never trusted anyone more to look after her than the staff at Rossmore. Cuddles Day Nursery is an amazing place for children. The staff are so caring and really friendly. They take time to get to know the children and nurture them to their potential. My daughter loved it so much at nursery she wanted to go back for after school club when she started the reception. I want
to thank the staff for all the care they have given. My daughter only left Cuddles due to my change in hours. She continues to speak highly of the setting. I would definitely recommend Cuddles to parents.

My daughter loved this nursery - we used Cuddles Day Nursery from babyhood (11 months old) to pre-school (4 years) and have never had a problem. The staff were always lovely, the activities and rooms were always fun. You know when you have chosen right when you don't have tantrums taking your child
in! We appreciate the quality of care so much, we use Cuddles for the holiday clubs during school holidays now.
