Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Parkstone)

We have been very impressed with Cuddles and the support our 2-year-old has received. The staff are extremely caring and nurturing and the environment seems structured but allows for fun. They provide a range of activities including a number of external trips.

My little girl has been at Cuddles for nearly a year now and has loved every minute! I can't thank the staff enough, they are simply amazing and go above and beyond to make sure the children are happy and settled whilst in their care. The experiences and opportunities that my daughter has at Cuddles are excellent and have helped her development in leaps and bounds. I have recommended Cuddles to all of my mummy friends because knowing your child is safe and well cared for whilst in child care is THE most important thing and I know that this nursery provides this and more!

All the staff are fantastic, my son thoroughly enjoyed himself there and often asks when he is going back. From 'little boots' to 'wilys' he always had teachers and staff he liked. I even became a bit attached myself. Lovely friendly staff well-done Cuddles xx

Cuddles Day Nursery is absolutely amazing, I am so happy I found it as my daughter has settled in so lovely and this is due to the caring and wonderful staff. All the children there are so happy and the nursery has positive vibes and a relaxed environment. I honestly couldn't be happier and would 100% recommend to any parent :)

This was my son's first experience of cuddles when he joined for summer club! He enjoyed his time and said the staff were nice and looked after him well. He had fun on the days out he participated in but felt the activities at cuddles sounded more exciting in the booking form than they actually were. From my perspective, I knew he would be safe and well cared for and got to try out some new experiences and make some new friends. He was happy to go each time and was always engrossed in an activity when I picked him up. My only negative comment would be, that as a 'newbie', I wasn't aware that they didn't stay at Parkstone but went off to Candford Heath each day which meant they often did come back until 5/5.30 and I was left sitting in the car for an hour or more, however, this club enabled me to go to work during the long school holidays, so thank you Cuddles and we will hopefully see you again soon.

I was a little anxious at first about using breakfast club, mainly because my daughter had not long started school and this was another new thing to get used to. I was soon confident that this was a fantastic experience for both my children. The staff are always happy and welcoming and made them feel welcome from day one. I could rest assured that they would both be dropped off at school on time and they were always excited about going in the next morning. The big selling point was that I could drop them off at 7.45am and have plenty of time to do my commute to work. A positive experience for everyone. Thank you Cuddles Parkstone.

Staff are all friendly and approachable and my children love it there. Fantastic facilities and and just generally a great nursery. Cannot recommend enough.

Had our first child at Cuddles some years back and were extremely happy with the care and great staff that we now have our second child there while our now older first child also goes to breakfast and after school clubs there. Cuddles is friendly, clean and knowledgeable of your child's requirements and needs and our kids love it there.

My daughter has been going to Cuddles Day Nursery Parkstone since she was 14 months old, she is now nearing two and by the smile on her face at the end of each day there, I can tell she has thoroughly enjoyed herself. She is always so happy to see the staff, they are friendly, helpful and extremely welcoming, which gives you that reassurance you need when your leaving your precious little one for the day.

The end of term reports are really impressive, they contain all of your child's learning achievements, goals to be worked towards and plenty of pictures to show what they've been up to, so lovely!

Every day is filled with activities indoor and outdoor, including watching the ducks hatch and grow up, trips to parks, crafts and painting to name a few! It's nice that you get to hear at the end of the day what they have been up to, eating, sleeping etc.

I could not fault Cuddles, everyone involved does a fantastic job!

Both of my sons have attended Cuddles, it is exceptionally good. Both boys enjoyed their time at Cuddles. The staff have been great and very friendly. I always go off knowing that my son is safe and is having fun whilst learning too.

The only issue we've ever had is the occasional mis-communication between staff and ourselves over timings but this has always been resolved promptly. Overall, it's a weight off our minds knowing she is being cared for properly and having fun at the same time.

They provide a fun, nurturing environment. My child looks forward to attending the holiday club and always has a good time.

We use the holiday club at Cuddles and both my children aged 7 and 8 really enjoyed the days they went there over the summer. Friendly and fun staff and a good mix of activities and trips to keep them entertained. I would highly recommend the holiday club to others.

I have had a daughter attend Cuddles who is now at school and have a son who currently attends Cuddles and I really do recommend other mothers and fathers, if in doubt, to place your children here. On the children's first days of being at Cuddles, I had great worries as it was the first time I had left them. The staff here were amazing and worked with us to get them settled and when settled, they enjoyed every day and every relationship they grew whilst there. My daughter is now at school and achieving above and beyond and using the tools she learned from Cuddles to grow. She has become more confident in herself with the help of the staff at Cuddles. My son still attends and looks forward to every day that he goes.

We just started in April so my review will be based on that. Not really much to say about it, my son settled in well, the staff helped him integrate :) The fact that he was able to have a toy with him makes him excited to go to the nursery. The interior is a bit poor, I would say it needs a bit of modernisation (the furniture, computers, books etc.) Overall I'm pleased and hopefully my son will enjoy going to the nursery every day!

Fabulous setting, lovely staff and care.

My girls began nursery at 11 months old and I felt very comfortable with leaving them in the care of the staff in the under 2's room. They were patient, professional and caring. Many varied activities are provided for the girls which cater for physical activity, arts and crafts and plenty of learning opportunities. The staff also follow the routine the girls have at home. I would highly recommend the nursery to other parents.
