Tops Day Nurseries - Muscliff, Bournemouth offers happy, nurturing care for the hours needed. They offer very flexible hours, and parents can book to the nearest 15 minutes, so that parents only pay for the hours that are required. The nursery also runs their Mini Beasts Club over the school holidays for children aged five to eleven.

The nursery recognises that every 15 minutes is important and offers parents flexible childcare so they only pay for the time they need. Tops Muscliff can offer 15 hours free funding which is available for two, three and four-year-olds.

This nursery is part of a group that provides the most eco-sustainable childcare and education in the UK, being respectful of the environment and acting to reduce, re-use and recycle resources is an important part of the culture and routine for the children and staff.

While each child is at Tops Muscliff, families are more than welcome to call as often as they like to talk to a member of staff about their child and their day at nursery.

Staff record important information to share with families about children during their time at the setting, such as sleep times, nappy changes and information about their milk and food intake. This information is added to a daily report which is submitted onto EYLOG.

Tops Day Nurseries has introduced a no-added sugar menu to all nurseries, ensuring children start their time at nursery with a nutritional, healthy diet.

My twins have really enjoyed their time here and have learned lots. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. We will definitely miss Tops Nursery.

My son has attended this nursery for the last 2 years and from the moment he started I've felt confident that he is safe and happy in their care. The staff are simply amazing, friendly and competent and make this nursery what it is. My son is always happy to go in and I know they do a variety of activities
and kept up to date with his learning journey and photos via the app. I will be sad for him to leave this amazing team and his friends when he has to go to school next year. Thank you Tops Charminster team for making the start of his education a brilliant one.

My son who is 2 and a half has been going to Tops Charminster Nursery since February 2020. It is a lovely nursery who have been brilliant throughout these difficult times.
My son loves going to nursery and is making friends. The staff are lovely and the flexibility of the centre is a bonus for us.
The
outside space is limited however my son still loves it and pre-covid they had forest clubs and more frequent outings which I know he would love too.
They have helped with potty training and I love that they play with recycled items and use their imagination in play.

I was initially apprehensive in enrolling my daughter at Tops Charminster but now I'm so we did!
She has attended since Nov 18, progressing through investigators into preschool and absolutely loves it! She is becoming a confident, chatty and quick-witted little girl, in no small part owing to the fantastic
staff at Tops Charminster!
She is constantly stimulated and takes part in many of the additional activities that Tops offer.
The online learning journal provides a great insight into weekly life at nursery and is updated frequently, showing her progress.
Overall, a lovely setting with lovely staff, couldn't be happier!

My daughter started at Tops Charminster in September 2019. She was used to a more intimate childcare setting, having been going to a childminder prior to Tops, so I was concerned about how the transition would go. I cannot praise Tops highly enough! My daughter loves going there four days per week and
the number of skills she has picked up is amazing. At home, my daughter is often singing new songs she has learnt at Tops and impressing us with new vocabulary.
I love everything about Tops approach to natural play and learning plus their ethos on educating children about our environment and sustainability. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming, and as a shift worker, their approach to accommodating flexible childcare is second to none.

My child moved from another Tops Nursery and it took a while to adjust, during which time the staff at Charminster did their very best to support the transition. My only hope is that Tops Charminster would be able to update the outside area of the nursery to ensure all ages are stimulated with more
varied activities. I have since changed jobs but wouldn't dare move my child to a different tops nursery, even if it would allow for an easier morning commute. I am especially pleased to learn of the new sling method that Tops has adopted, as an African parent this would really support my parenting style and increase the likelihood of enrolling our next child before their first year birthday.

We are very happy with Tops nursery. The lovely staff have helped my son to settle quickly. He has gained a lot of confidence and knowledge and also made some friends. Additional activities like cooking and forest school are great. Ladies are always helpful and friendly. The hamster is a nice addition
too! I would recommend Tops Charminster nursery to anyone.
