Tops Day Nurseries: Muscliff Nursery

We are very happy with Tops nursery. The lovely staff have helped my son to settle quickly. He has gained a lot of confidence and knowledge and also made some friends. Additional activities like cooking and forest school are great. Ladies are always helpful and friendly. The hamster is a nice addition too! I would recommend Tops Charminster nursery to anyone.

I'm so pleased that I chose Tops. My son has absolutely loved attending and always looked forward to going, even got upset on weekends when it was closed. He has made good friends. All the staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you for all you've done whilst looking after him.

I'm so happy my daughter gets to experience everything they do, which helps her learn more about the world. I would recommend you visit and see it through your child's eyes.

Very friendly staff, happy environment. Plenty of toys available, many activities, good variety, outdoor activities are great.

The only negative thing I was advised that parents still have to pay minimum 6 hours a week regardless if government funding some (after 3 years of age) which will be the only factor of changing it.

Wish I sent all my children here gutted I didn't know about this school sooner. Highly recommended.

I entered my daughter into the Mini Beasts Club over the Easter half term; she thoroughly enjoyed the learning activities they did and the staff were very professional and caring. The rooms were spacious and the security at the nursery was excellent.

My eldest has attended Tops Day Nursery - Charminster for over a year and loves going. The staff are so friendly and she feels comfortable going to any of them. Her younger sister has recently joined too and although in separate rooms they are close by. I really have never had any doubts about not sending my girls to the right place.

My son highly enjoys coming to nursery and loves the outside activities and trips. He starts school in September and I feel confident that he is more than ready for the transition due to the support and care he is receiving at Tops.

My daughter has been attending for approximately 1 month and he has loved his time there which for first-time parents is a big relief. The staff are attentive and engaging ensuring they know what he likes and his speech has come on well already since starting. The staff are also very friendly and helpful and communication is excellent when we have questions. This nursery is a good place for parents who work shifts with 15-minutes start/end times.

My little girl is excited every morning before nursery. She talks about each staff member by name and what she has been doing that day. I am always warmly welcomed as I walk in and am told how my daughter has been that day and what she has been up to. I get along with all the staff who are always happy to listen and answer any questions. Highly recommend this nursery.

I occasionally use 'The Minibeasts' club for my daughter, aged 7. She always has lots of fun, with many different activities on. The staff look after her well and make sure she is settled in well. She will often not want to come home!

My daughter can be headstrong but the staff deal perfectly with this and I truly feel she is safe and cared for in their hands.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone.

To everyone I couldn't be more proud of him and it's all thanks to the staff who make him feel happy and safe that he can do anything and all the activities help his independence and growth and with great communication with staff to parents you don't miss a thing, they have everything logged so u can grow with your child. It's friendly, clean and very flexible, it's a great place to go, the kids learn great at pre school and make good friends and bonds. I will always recommend this nursery, the food is great freshly cooked everyday and my son eats it all, even asks for seconds and their snacks are great and gives the children the chance to pick and make their own so they enjoy it more.

Tops Charminster have been fantastic since day one with our little boy who started with them in the summer. After problems arising with other childcare, we felt that a nursery setting suited our situation and being able to book hours that you need to the nearest 15 minutes, it fitted with my work schedule perfectly. All of the staff were brilliant with helping him settle in as he struggled with separation when he initially started. However the staff reassured me every day that once I had gone he was happily playing, which when I collected him I could see for myself as well. Using their online resources we are able to see his progress and the wide range of activities they do on a daily basis with photos videos and observations, as well as termly progress reports which are also communicated through his own key worker at open evenings. For us as parents these opportunities to review his progress are a fantastic way to make sure we are working along side the nursery to give our son the best learning experience we can. Our little boy has eczema and requires medicated cream to manage the condition, which has to be applied numerous times daily and the staff are really on top of this. As a parent I couldn't be happier with the care given at Tops and having seen the progress our little one has made in so many areas I look forward every day to hearing about what they have been up to.
