Excellent. Very happy with Tops Day Nurseries.

When my daughter started she was very unsettled to the point I was going to take her out. She is now very settled in nursy and has come on so well and her development has improved. She is always happy to come into nursery.

Great for our situation ability to customise hours. The biggest plus though are wonderful staff who are attentive and caring.

My son has settled in so well - the staff are kind and creative. His behaviour seems to have improved since his last nursery!

Have been very pleased with my son's journey with Tops Day Nurseries. He accesses a range of activities and a balanced diet. Staff are approachable and supportive.

We chose this nursery because our daughter who’s now 10 years old was here. She loved being here and learnt a lot. Also, the location for us was convenient and flexible booking system. Despite staff member's changes since then, they are still very good at their job, dedicated, patient, caring, supportive and friendly. Our son is very happy here, learns a lot, makes friends, his speech develops, he’s a braver eater and tries healthier food. The nursery staff helped a lot with potty training which was a bit difficult for me. We enjoyed an event - lights in the garden, bonfire and marshmallows, it was a lovely occasion to meet all the staff, children and their parents.

Excellent nursery, inclusive and have always been fantastic with my child's allergies. My child loves attending here and looks forward to going, he appears very secure with his keyworker and all other staff. I am very pleased with the approach here on child development and learning. A wonderful child-led nursery.

This is an amazing place with great people, the current manager is a very organised person, from the day she is there, everything is spot on, from this year they have new equipment which kids love. My son loves this place, he is always very happy when he goes to nursery and cheerful when I collect him.

We have had a good experience in this nursery so far. My daughter enjoys coming here, she always comes out happy. We receive updates and photos via the app which seem to go through phases of being frequent and then not any for a while. It would be nice if these could be daily where possible, but I do understand the staff are busy. They seem to do good activities and recently more outings e.g. to the park or library. They have limited outdoor space but they make good use of what they have and go outside to play often. The menu is good, healthy and varied and I think she mostly eats it! The nursery responded to feedback and as a result, are now open for longer hours, which is really helpful as a working parent.

My daughter has been at this nursery for 2 years and has loved every minute of it. She is really confident and has grown so much since being at this setting. The staff have been brilliant from the start and even with the recent staff changes, this hasn't changed. The only letdown is the admin team but the setting and what Tops do is brilliant!

My daughter absolutely loved going to Tops Day Nurseries, Charminster. The staff are so friendly and welcoming there and my daughter had so much fun every day learning new things. I would definitely recommend this nursery. I'm looking forward to sending my son there in a couple of years!

My child enjoyed her 2 years at this nursery and still talks about it now. Fantastic staff and manager. Accommodating last-minute changes. Setting is let down massively by admin teams. Retain your staff Tops!

I can't express enough what an excellent setting this is for a nursery. The team are amazing and my little girl had the best bond, not only with her key worker but with all the staff. When she finished at Tops, she was more than ready for school. With the flexibility in booking as an added bonus, I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I have been very happy with my son's progress at Tops Day Nurseries. There have been times when I have asked about my son's safety due to some safeguarding concerns that I raised; the manager managed these well and reassured me the issue was dealt with. My son is always happy to attend Tops, and he is always met at the door with a big smile and lots of enthusiasm. I know and feel that my son is cared for and supported in the best possible way.

The staff are always very supportive and attentive. The booking system is very good.
