Tops Day Nurseries - Muscliff, Bournemouth offers happy, nurturing care for the hours needed. They offer very flexible hours, and parents can book to the nearest 15 minutes, so that parents only pay for the hours that are required. The nursery also runs their Mini Beasts Club over the school holidays for children aged five to eleven.

The nursery recognises that every 15 minutes is important and offers parents flexible childcare so they only pay for the time they need. Tops Muscliff can offer 15 hours free funding which is available for two, three and four-year-olds.

This nursery is part of a group that provides the most eco-sustainable childcare and education in the UK, being respectful of the environment and acting to reduce, re-use and recycle resources is an important part of the culture and routine for the children and staff.

While each child is at Tops Muscliff, families are more than welcome to call as often as they like to talk to a member of staff about their child and their day at nursery.

Staff record important information to share with families about children during their time at the setting, such as sleep times, nappy changes and information about their milk and food intake. This information is added to a daily report which is submitted onto EYLOG.

Tops Day Nurseries has introduced a no-added sugar menu to all nurseries, ensuring children start their time at nursery with a nutritional, healthy diet.

We chose this nursery because our daughter who’s now 10 years old was here. She loved being here and learnt a lot. Also, the location for us was convenient and flexible booking system. Despite staff member's changes since then, they are still very good at their job, dedicated, patient, caring, supportive
and friendly. Our son is very happy here, learns a lot, makes friends, his speech develops, he’s a braver eater and tries healthier food. The nursery staff helped a lot with potty training which was a bit difficult for me. We enjoyed an event - lights in the garden, bonfire and marshmallows, it was a lovely occasion to meet all the staff, children and their parents.

My daughter started the nursery in September and has settled in really well thanks to the amazing staff. So far we have had a good experience with the nursery, I really couldn’t fault them!
My daughter enjoys coming here, always comes out happy and comes home chatting about how much fun she has had.
She
has the best bond with all the staff especially her key worker.
I feel happy my daughter is in good hands which was the main thing for me.
She has learned so much and really developed since starting this nursery.

This is an amazing place with great people, the current manager is a very organised person, from the day she is there, everything is spot on, from this year they have new equipment which kids love. We have had a good experience in this nursery so far. My daughter enjoys coming here, she always comes out happy. We receive updates and photos via the app which seem to go through phases of being frequent and then not any for a while. It would be nice if these could be daily where possible, but I do
understand the staff are busy. They seem to do good activities and recently more outings e.g. to the park or library. They have limited outdoor space but they make good use of what they have and go outside to play often. The menu is good, healthy and varied and I think she mostly eats it! The nursery responded to feedback and as a result, are now open for longer hours, which is really helpful as a working parent.

My daughter has been at this nursery for 2 years and has loved every minute of it. She is really confident and has grown so much since being at this setting. I can't express enough what an excellent setting this is for a nursery. The team are amazing and my little girl had the best bond, not only with her key worker but with all the staff. When she finished at Tops, she was more than ready for school. With the flexibility in booking as an added bonus, I

I have been very happy with my son's progress at Tops Day Nurseries. There have been times when I have asked about my son's safety due to some safeguarding concerns that I raised; the manager managed these well and reassured me the issue was dealt with. My son is always happy to attend Tops, and he

I am very happy with the nursery. The staff are caring and friendly and make all the children feel welcome. My son likes to go to the nursery and is always happy there. The staff give feedback to parents every day and are always happy to help. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone.
