The staff at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Exeter, Sowton are beyond amazing. We've had to change the odd day and they have been so accommodating. Both my daughters love attending and there seems to be a wonderful atmosphere there at drop off and pick up. Highly recommend this nursery.

My son enjoys coming to Kiddi Caru so much! He always comes home full of smiles and tells me how much fun he’s had that day.
He always tells me how much he loves the staff and I really like hearing his appreciation for the adults taking care of him.
All the staff pay special attention to his needs
and go above and beyond to ensure they’re catered for. They always have good feedback at the end of day handovers and I feel they really encourage him in the areas he needs it.

My son has been attending the preschool room for a year now, it took a while for him to settle in but the staff have all been excellent, supporting his needs, he now enjoys his time there. They are very good at catering to his dietary requirements. The online parent system works well, it is always nice
to see photos and updates of what he has been up to. I would highly recommend Kiddi Curu.

We have been so impressed with the nursery team at Kiddi Caru Sowton. Since the moment our child started to settle to now they have provided fantastic care and learning opportunities. Communication between key worker and other members of staff has been excellent, we are well informed of progress and
have seen our child's confidence improve. Staff have supported with providing a stimulating environment with a variety of activities and we have seen our child's development come on so much since they have started to attend Kiddi Caru Sowton. The facilities are great and the food provided is varied and suitable. It is lovely to read the comments each day and see photos of our child enjoying activities. Fantastic care and staff!

Staff are very friendly and my daughter bonds well with the staff.
Since the pandemic, communication in the child's diary has reduced such as photos of key events. Delayed response to emails.
Prices have significantly increased - new weekly fee for extra curriculum? Flexibility is now poor - difficult
to get additional ad-hoc days. My child has been in Kiddi Caru since 5 months of age and unfortunately no longer given availability for a day of the week despite requesting a year in advance. Need to cater for existing children.
Unfortunately, Kiddi Caru has not been as great as previous experience with other children who attended 2-years ago.

An amazing nursery. My little girl has been there for 8-months and loves it, as soon as we arrive she tries to get out of her car seat before the car has even stopped. The staff are amazing and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. They are also happy to answer any questions and give advice if
needed. The nursery is clean and well set out. My little girl is always doing different activities and coming home with lots of artwork.

My son has thrived at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Exeter, Sowton and I've really seen him develop over the last few months. I had so much guilt returning to work when he was just six months old but the team, particularly two members of staff, make me feel so relaxed and he is so comfortable with them already.
The parent app updates and notifications make my day and I love seeing the huge smile on his face at the end of every day.

My child spent 6 months at Kiddi Caru and really enjoyed it. However, we decided to change nursery because the staff was calling me frequently and asking me to pick my child up when there was no need and was unsustainable with work. The staff were good and very friendly but probably too inexperienced.
Also,
we found another nursery that is very good but cheaper.

Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Exeter, Sowton have been brilliant, my daughter seems really happy there. The staff are all really friendly and she seems comfortable with any of them at drop off. The activities and areas they are learning seem really varied from week to week. They’ve been really good, especially
during covid, at providing as much support and as little disruption to the children as possible which would not have been an easy situation for all staff.

Good nursery but the staff sent our child home regularly for teething symptoms and other minor issues. A baby gets teeth as they grow. Was not sustainable with work. Also more expensive than other local providers and no flexibility in the hours you pay for.

As any parent would know, it is often a daunting experience deciding to leave their children at the nursery and is no different for myself! However, my son has had an amazing time since spending time at the nursery. The team and his assigned carers have been so supportive with us throughout his journey
at the nursery. The ladies who look after him in his naught to two year old room have been nothing but amazing! They have been so patient with my son during drop off as he still gets upset some days. They have been informative on my son's progress, his development and I have noticed over the months how quickly he has grown. His key worker is absolutely brilliant and had also been very supportive with his dietary requirements and adapted to the specific requests. The team at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Exeter, Sowton have been brilliant, provide an excellent service and show a great attention to detail.

We are so happy with the care our child is given and within days of starting at Kiddi Caru she was settled. Her key worker is amazing, addresses our child first and has built a great relationship with her. We have complete peace of mind. The office staff are also brilliant and respond quickly. We've
only been using Kiddi Caru since December so have only known it during Covid times but it all runs seamlessly and apart from the small wait at some time to collect you really wouldn't know it's any different from the norm.

My son has advanced incredibly since attending Kiddi Caru, the staff have picked up on things regarding his learning and pushed it all through. They are amazing at handing over what my son has done during the day, what he’s eaten, if he’s napped and how long for ect. I am happy going to work knowing
he is very happy there. All staff are so helpful, welcoming and happy. I would recommend Kiddi Caru to anyone and am so happy my son attends nursery there.
