Kiddi Caru Sowton is such a lovely nursery and preschool. Our son has come on leaps and bounds there, and he always comes home very happy, chatting about the staff and the things he has done that day.

He has suffered a few injuries which were avoidable since he started attending at 8 months old. Changes have been made following these injuries but in my view, the hazards were obvious and it was shocking to me they were not considered a safety risk until my son was hurt. Other than this, the staff
are lovely and he has a good variety of food.

I feel extremely lucky for our child to have a place at this nursery - the staff are fantastic and take care of our child like they are one of their own. They are gentle but set clear boundaries and our child is constantly stimulated by their endlessly organised activities. There is a fantastic garden
area open to all ages, which gives a great opportunity for them to mix and it’s a huge space. There are some fantastic toys available to play with both indoors and in the garden and I’m always overjoyed to hear what our little one has been up to in the day via the app. We’re constantly kept up to date with activities and meals - also sleep and nappy changes. The meals are nutritious and they provide fantastic options for different dietary requirements.

Fab nursery and all staff show genuine love and care for the children. Love the updates as well via the app - so lovely to keep in touch in this way. It’s just a shame that childcare in the UK is so expensive but still worth it in summary.

Wonderful staff and facilities.
The staff really took the time to help my daughter settle after a real struggle with separation anxiety following Covid.
She has grown in confidence, is happy to go to the staff members, has made friendships and most importantly, enjoys her time at nursery.

An amazing welcoming nursery - the staff are lovely and excellent at communicating about our daughter's day. Our daughter is very happy at this nursery which speaks volumes - happy child happy parents!

We have two children currently at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and both of them love it. The staff are fantastic and the environment is really welcoming for children and parents. We've been delighted with the care our children have received and feel they are very well supported when at nursery/preschool.
They have been able to develop fantastic relationships with their key workers and with other children in the setting.

I was nervous dropping my 3-month-old baby for his very first day of nursery - but the team at Kiddi Caru baby room immediately made us feel comfortable. They give us daily updates, including lots of photos, and my boy absolutely lights up when we walk in the door and he sees them! I'd recommend this
nursery to everyone, you can tell the staff care very much about each child and their development!

Great team. My daughter has been in the nursery since we moved from Northampton when she was 1 and a half years old. The transition was brilliant, she didn't have any problem adapting at all and the staff was great with her. This has continued through the years she was there and she has made some
really good friends with who she is still very close too.

I literally cannot thank Kiddi Caru enough for the experience they gave my daughter from 10 months old right up to her starting school. She had such an amazing time every day she went in, she made loads of friends - children and the staff - and made so many memories that will last a lifetime. Thank

My child loved attending this nursery. There were always plenty of activities to take part in. All the staff are brilliant. My child was very sad to leave as really enjoyed her days here. Food is also excellent. Overall a very positive experience.

My son started at Kiddi Caru in March. He has been at Kiddi Caru over a month. It has been a positive experience and he has already settled in well. The staff are welcoming and attentive. I like that the nursery does extra activities for the little ones and encourages messy play. Also, I like that the
nursery is consistent, my oldest son went to Kiddi Caru for around a year and he loved his time there. The only thing that is missing is updates during the day (I know some nurseries have phones and apps where they can update the parents in the day by sending photos/videos etc) understandably money is a factor.

I couldn’t recommend Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Exeter, Sowton enough to any parent. Our daughter joined when she was 20-months and the care and support offered by the team in the sunflower room was outstanding. They were always so happy to see our daughter, share her day and support us as parents as she
grew. Nowadays, our daughter has moved up to the two’s room and we are just as well cared for upstairs. The photos we are sent via an excellent online platform that shows the range of stimulating activities that are on offer each day. This nursery is an extension of your family and you will be so glad you chose it!

Our daughter loves nursery and the staff always knows what’s going on with her. The activities seem varied and my daughter mixes with all the other children. I love the reporting on the day so whilst I’m at work I can see she has been well looked after.

My son's favourite day of the week is nursery day! At drop off, the staff are always so welcoming and ensure to greet every child individually. I love knowing that at pick up I will hear amazing stories about my son's day and what he's been up to.
