I highly recommend Kiddi Caru Sowton. Our child really enjoys going to nursery and they have come on leaps and bounds from attending the nursery. The range of activities are excellent and the staff are wonderful and genuinely care about the children.

We love Kiddi Caru Sowton. The team have been incredible from our initial enquiry right through to caring for our baby twice a week. They work closely with home routines if needed, and the progress and development we've seen in our daughter since attending has been amazing. In particular, Andrea,
Jodie & Kayleigh have played a huge part in making our experience so positive.
Our little girl is now moving up to the toddler room, and while we're gutted to be leaving Bluebell, we're confident we'll build equally great relationships with the next team.
If I were to make any recommendations, it would be lovely to see more photos uploaded, particularly on the days our daughter attends, or even more occasional individual photos. I completely understand how busy the staff are, but as a working mum it makes leaving her that little bit easier & lovely to see while at work .
It would also be helpful if direct debits could be set to a chosen date rather than only the 1st to fit in line with pay.

The nursery in every aspect is exceptional. Never had an issue with eve try thing and so happy with the care and attention they give. All the staff are excellent and go above and beyond, thank you so much!

We have been using Sowton kiddi Caru for three years. Our two children are very happy there. The manager knows all the children and parents by name, setting exciting monthly schedules, varied themes everyday. They go outside regularly and have fun filled garden/ do nature studies/ visit senior care
home. The menu of the food is good and considerate of any special requirements.

Kids love attending. Great setting with wonderful staff. Fantastic learning resources. Lots of opportunity to learn through imaginative play. Strong friendships built a peers. Very happy with the nursery an excellent management.

It took us a long time to find a nursery that felt right for us. But Kiddi Caru is that nursery for us! Our little one has been in attendance for just over a year, and he struggled to settle. The team in the Baby Room were amazing! My little one became attached to a member of staff and that really
helped him enjoy his days there!
He eats SO well, at nursery! The food is prepared freshly in the kitchen, and my little one loves everything! It's so reassuring to know he has home cooked meals (effectively)
My little one is receiving amazing support whilst he navigates Toddlerhood, learns boundaries. On every pick up, he is so happy after a fun day with interactive activities and garden fun!
Can't thank KC enough, for everything they do!

My little one has been here since 6 months old and we couldn't be happier with the care he receives. The team have been so friendly and supportive, he clearly adoreds them and is so happy and settled, its amazing to see his progress and relationships develop. We are very impressed with the menus,
they are healthy and yummy and give me peace of mind as a working parent that he's getting what he needs, he almost always has seconds! In his age group they plan the most amazing activities and do programmes with signing and dancing and I can see when I drop off or collect the other ages doing things like cooking and gardening which I know he will love. Any small concerns have been addressed and resoved by management when needed, who are very approachable and knowledgeable. We honestly feel safe dropping off our baby knowing he is taken care of and loved.

Kiddi Caru was frequently recommended when we were considering potential nurseries but regrettably cannot recommend this setting despite the change of management a couple of years ago.
Focusing on the last year, the pre-school experience has been disappointing. The observations and handovers
received haven't painted a picture of a particularly enriching experience that supports school readiness. These have become increasingly generic to the whole room. The personal progress reports we have received each term have been a copy and paste of the previous one.
There have been a few standout staff who have really supported my child over the years but wider staff retention and experience has undermined the overall quality of care, including adequately dealing with the inevitable behavioural issues that occasionally arise.

We are so happy with the care provided at Kiddicaru. Our daughter absolutely loves it there and we know that she is having so much fun and learning so much at the same time. All the staff appear to know the children as individuals and seem to genuinely care about and enjoy their job. I recommend the
nursery to everyone.

Our little one started at Kiddi Caru last Summer when she was about to turn 1 and attends 3 full days a week. I cannot praise the staff at the nursery enough- the activities they put on daily for the kids are wonderful, the variety and quality of the menu served is great, the running of the nursery
is efficient and smooth and everyone is always so positive and friendly. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent nursery, as a first time mum I found my child starting nursery so daunting but he's been at Kiddi Caru for over a year now and absolutely loves it there. I trust them with his care wholeheartedly and communication is brilliant, all on a regularly updated app. Followed by a chat about his

My 2 and 4 year old go to kiddi caru sowton at exeter. I couldn't have found a better nursery for them. They are so happy and love going there. The staff are kind, considerate and always so friendly and open to feedback. The meals provided are excellent keeping allergies under consideration. The
amount of learning through play is also fantastic and both of them have progressed so much. Highly recommend this lovely place!

We couldn’t be happier with Kiddi Caru Sowton; the team are always happy to spend time with us to update us on our little ones' day, which includes time indoors and outdoors. A nursery with outdoor space was very important to us. The team are all brilliant, and we receive a good amount of
communication.

We are very pleased with the service that we have received from our nursery - our daughter loves going and absolutely adores her key worker and all the other members of staff in her room. We are very happy to leave her in their care, which is a testament to how happy we are with them!

I have been over the moon with my experience with the nursery since my daughter started last year. She settled so well into her room, thanks to the care and compassion of the staff, and she always has so much fun with the activities they provide. The little touches of receiving photos via the app
and knowing what she has eaten/slept really make a difference. The nursery always seems clean, and everyone is always so welcoming at drop-offs and pick-ups. I couldn’t recommend the nursery more highly at making my transition to work that much easier knowing that my daughter is so well cared for.

Absolutely fantastic staff; they really care. My son gets so excited to go to nursery and play. He’s only just one, but he sees the doors and starts wiggling around and clapping. The app they use is fantastic and very informative. Can’t praise them enough!

My child has been at Kiddi Caru since October last year, and I have nothing but praise for the work all of the staff do. My child has settled in so quickly, and the staff's effort to make them feel at home is remarkable. Now on drop off, my child lunges out of my arms for a morning cuddle with the
staff in the room.
They regularly update the app, which is nice for me to take a look at during my working day to see how the day is going.
They also post regular updates about activities that have taken place.
I 100% would recommend it to anyone!

Very professional, supportive, kind staff and management.
Very attentive staff and all had a great understanding of my son's needs and parents' wants.
Nothing was too much trouble.
My son loved his time at the nursery and talks about it long after his departure.
