The staff and management are always approachable and mannerly; great effort is put into creating a stimulating and warm environment and it is clear my daughter feels safe and supported there.
The outside facilities and outdoors-learning ethos are outstanding.
Both of them have always been extremely well looked after by the team there.
The outdoor space is particularly good.
The manager is always very supportive and I always feel confident that my daughter is in very safe hands.
She is always learning new things and developing socially there. The team are so caring and my daughter has a lovely relationship with her key person.
He learns table manners, how to play with his friends nicely and to look after smaller (younger) children.
Some of the teachers have their children at Happy Days. I think it's a good thing. They know what 2 to 3-year-old children like and how to treat them.
2 to 3-year-old children are the hardest.
My daughter, 11, still tells me about Happy Days lunch. She really enjoyed it. So does my son.
We expected to only be using them for our 4-year-old, but when we encountered limited options for after-school care for our 6 and 8-year-olds, Happy Days came to the rescue.
In all our years, we've never once worried for the safety or attention offered to our children.
They've been flexibly supportive and considerate at all times.
Even now that 2 of our 3 children have moved on to school, they still enjoy going back, and that's the greatest testament we can give.
My child loves his day at Happy Days and always has a fun time, is well fed and looked after.

Donna has worked within early years for 28 years and 20 of those years have been with Happy Days. Donna started out as a nursery nurse and has progressed through to management level. Donna also holds a Level 5 in ILM Management.
