Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Penair

Our little one loves it here, every day she comes out knowing something new and has made lots of friends. The staff are so friendly and warm and the manager is an angel, walked us threw everything we need to know and really going the extra mile. Can not recommend enough.

Since my two children have started at this nursery after relocating from up country all staff have gone out of their way to support them in settling in. Both kids love every day they spend here and every evening they are happy and content after a full day of fun. Staff are also extremely friendly to both my husband and I and communication is second to none. The amount of time they spend outside is a definite perk to this nursery as well as the relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Our daughter seems to love her time at Happy Days Penair. She normally kicks her legs in excitement when we arrive! We are always greeted with friendly staff. Each day she gets to engage in a wide range of activities and is fed a variety of main meals and snacks. We are very pleased with their service.

This nursery has a lovely atmosphere, relaxed and happy. My grandson is always keen to go and happy when he leaves. I always feel welcome when collecting him and the staff are always friendly, professional and informative. My grandson loves playing outside and the forest area is ideal for him.

Amazing nursery and staff. The manager has done an amazing job, any problems or questions I've had she happily answered and made me feel at ease. The nursery staff in my daughter's room are 10/10, always been so helpful with my daughter's needs and brought her out to be a happy confident little girl who loves to learn. Can't wait for my little boy to join in September!

Happy Days Penair have been so accommodating and helpful even from before our twins started there. They got back to me faster than any other nursery I enquired about and were so kind and helpful. Then when our twins started we were delighted with how well they got on there. The staff are wonderfully caring people and our twins adore their key person. They really look forward to going to nursery. The manager has been so kind and flexible. Our circumstances changed soon after our twins started going to Happy Days Penair, but the staff have been supportive and flexible to enable them to continue to enjoy their days at nursery.

My son has attended Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Penair since last September and he has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are amazing and truly invest in helping Henry develop and create a truly engaging environment. They work with me to help my son in areas when needed and he has especially improved in his curiousness of trying new foods. His key worker feels like an extension of me and I couldn’t be more grateful of the continuity in her approach especially when I work full-time. Truly grateful for the full team they have all been wonderful in different ways.

My daughter really loves going here, it's such a lovely nursery. Such a good range of food on the menu and lots of different activities to do. She always comes home with lots of positive things to say about her day. The staff and management are amazing too!

There are always lots of activities on offer to do. We love hearing what they’ve been up to all during the day and seeing the crafts they’ve made, which my daughter is always so proud to show us at the end of the day.

I can not thank Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Penair enough for the support and care they have shown me and my family. They have gone above and beyond and I can not fault them one bit. How friendly and supportive the new manager is has made it all so easy.

Really impressed with all the new activities which are taking part in the pre school room at penair happy days. My little boy has come home with lots of home made biscuits and crafts. They had a tractor visit the setting which he was really excited about and all the little extras for the parents in the mornings; cups of tea, breakfast biscuits and other snacks.

I am absolutely over the moon with Happy Days Penair! As a first-time mum, I was very anxious to leave my 14-month old and I just did not know what to expect. What really impressed me from the start was how the manager took us around the nursery on an open day and answered all of our questions. The settling in sessions were great and my mind was put at ease as there was not a single thing I disliked about their approach and ethos. Everything is baby led (exactly how I had done things for the last 14 months) and my baby has been thriving there. I feel calm and assured that my child is well looked after whilst I am smoothly transitioning into the life of a working mother. My childs communication skills have improved massively, as well as his eating and sleeping. He absolutely loves the food there. My favourite thing is the outdoor area where my child spends considerable time exploring and learning. I am extremely happy with our choice and look forward to seeing how my child develops.

Happy Days Penair is a wonderful place for children to learn and grow as little people. The staff are friendly and compassionate. They ooze enthusiasm and energy. They really know the children in their care. We have detailed debriefs about the day and activities. The outdoor area is exceptional. It is wild and engaging and the children can roam free and learn in a woodland setting unlike any other in any nursery in Truro. Our daughter loves this magical place and we cannot thank the staff enough for all their hard work.

Staff have been great! My child has really developed her speech within the last couple of weeks. They have put all in time and effort with her. She always has a smile on her face when I pick her up.

I am very happy with this nursery! My daughter loves coming, she has been coming since she was 8 months old, now nearly 2 and she still loves it. She gets so excited walking there every morning. I have seen such an improvement with her learning and socialising. Staff are always friendly and caring. And will always accommodate a little cuddle time if my daughter is feeling under the weather. I really feel she gets what she needs at nursery, which makes it a lot easier on the mum guilt of having to leave her and go to work! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery.

Our daughter has been at Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Penair for two years and has really flourished and thrived during her time there so far. The staff are so friendly, kind and supportive, offering a range of engaging activities every day as well as providing lots of learning opportunities both inside and out in their wonderful wooded area attached to the nursery. We are so pleased that we chose to send our daughter to Happy Days - Penair. She always comes home with a smile on her face - full of enthusiasm about her day and excited for the next. The communication from all staff is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. We are now so pleased to be sending our second baby to Happy Days.

My daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery every day. I’ve seen such a difference in her learning and see new things that she’s learnt every day. The staff are always more than happy to accommodate my daughter and I, in any way that we may need. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone that is thinking of sending their child here.

At Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Penair the staff are amazing, very friendly and supportive. My child gets very excited, they love the nursery and can't wait to go in every time. Great outdoor space for the children to run around and explore.

All three of our boys have been really happy at Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Penair over the last 6-years. The staff are so caring and kind to them, from the baby room right through to the preschool room. They have happily cuddled and helped to settle at drop off when it's been needed and every time we've picked up, the boys have had a great day. We get lots of information at pick up about what they've been up to and even when it's busy, the handover doesn't feel rushed. It's clear the staff really care about and take the time to know all the children in the nursery, not just the ones in their room. The setting itself is lovely, the indoor rooms are well organised and feel calm and happy, the outdoor space is amazing and they spend so much time out there. My youngest is so proud to be part of the eco council and talks about what they've been doing all the time at home. I absolutely recommend Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Penair, we have been so happy with them for six years now!
