Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Truro City

Our daughter loves nursery, she has come on since a baby and is now four. We will be sad to see her go to school this September. The staff at Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Truro City and the manager and deputy manager are more like family to us. They have been fantastic, loving and she asks everyday to come! She has loved every second. She's always learning everyday and coming home telling us what she's learnt today and done. The food is very nutritious and helped her be more adventurous with new foods! She's made loads of friends and nursery has definitely prepared her for school. There are not enough words for this team.

It has truly been a joy to watch my children grow into the joyful souls they are, under the supportive and watchful care of familiar and loving faces.

My little man is ready for his next adventure when he starts school in September and a massive part of this comes from the Happy Days team.

Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Truro City has given us and our daughter peace of mind over the past few years, especially when faced with the uncertainty of the Coronavirus pandemic. The staff have done a fantastic job making the transition from Treliske nursery, and the facilities provide all of her needs. We receive regular newsletters and updates of current events and the staff are always happy to receive us whilst being flexible at the same time. I will be sad when our daughter leaves soon, the next chapter in her life will be to go to school and they have prepared her well for that. Many thanks, from us all!

Absolutely fantastic nursery. All the staff are friendly and helpful. My child has always been well cared for. Daily feedback is great and they always ensure I know how my child has been whilst in their care. Even in these uncertain times they have provided excellent care and provided parents with up to date info. Can not fault this nursery.

My little boy has been attending this Happy Days since he was about 18months old. We could not be happier with the care he has received. The staff have built a fantastic relationship with him and he loves being there. Because he has additional needs, some of his childcare professionals have also visited the nursery and have been equally impressed.

We always hear what they have played with and enjoyed, lots of variety to choose from inside and outdoors. My eldest two were perfectly prepared for school and excited to take the next step and we know the third will be too. I am more than happy with the nursery and the great staff, would highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, caring and a brilliant childcare provider.

Staff are very well trained. I felt very relaxed and happy to leave my son in there care.

I hadn't been to a Happy Days Nursery before, so it was a new experience for me and my two girls. Very helpful in moving my eldest from her old nursery to this one. My youngest is very attached and doesn't like to be left without me, so the staff were very helpful in helping with that. Also keeping me updated on their first days there.

Each time I pick up my little one she only has positive things to say about how much fun she has had, and more often than not she is bringing a drawing or craft home. I really like the themes they have every week. A lot of effort goes into the work the nursery does. Management are also super welcoming and very helpful with any changes required for days attending etc.

My little one loves coming to Happy Days Treliske and I feel 100% confident leaving her there. You guys were the first people I left my girl with and I have absolutely no regrets!

I feel at ease leaving my little girl knowing that she is cared for greatly. Truro City has also been great with me as I'm quite an anxious mummy.

Staff are very friendly and reliable and very flexible. They offer a vital service that reassures me. I know my daughter is safe and happy and does not need a family meal when I pick her up because of the nutritious snacks/food available.

The Pirate Club is a service that I highly recommend to other families.

Prior to this, he was in another nursery. He is so much happier and loves going to nursery. He has made great connections with the staff and other children and loves the outdoor spaces and toys. The nursery puts on lots of special days and events and in the run-up to Christmas, the Polar Express days, carol singing and arts and crafts sessions were so much fun. We wholeheartedly recommend Truro City for the outstanding service they provide.

I have now had two children in Happy Days Nursery - Treliske and couldn't be happier with them. The staff are amazing and so friendly and both of my children have loved being there. Would recommend this nursery to anyone.
