Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Truro City

My little one loves coming to Happy Days Treliske and I feel 100% confident leaving her there. You guys were the first people I left my girl with and I have absolutely no regrets!

I feel at ease leaving my little girl knowing that she is cared for greatly. Truro City has also been great with me as I'm quite an anxious mummy.

Staff are very friendly and reliable and very flexible. They offer a vital service that reassures me. I know my daughter is safe and happy and does not need a family meal when I pick her up because of the nutritious snacks/food available.

The Pirate Club is a service that I highly recommend to other families.

Every time I need to rearrange dates, Happy Days Nursery - Truro City have been very accommodating.

The staff are very helpful and friendly and always offer extra help and flexibility. My child feels supported and enjoys the activities.

My daughter has attended this nursery for over 12 months and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants their child to attend a nursery that nurtures each child and encourages individual growth and achievement. Prior to this, he was in another nursery. He is so much happier and loves going to nursery. He has made great connections with the staff and other children and loves the outdoor spaces and toys. The nursery puts on lots of special days and events and in the run-up to Christmas, the Polar Express days, carol singing and arts and crafts sessions were so much fun. We wholeheartedly recommend Truro City for the outstanding service they provide.

This is a fantastic nursery. My daughter has just returned to it after we temporarily moved away. They have been amazing looking after her as first a baby and now as a 3-year-old. All staff are caring and nurturing. There are so many activities for her to do and the staff are all so encouraging her to learn and be creative through play. She loves the meals which are varied and healthy.

Our little girl has been attending Happy Days since she was 16 months old and absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly and go to great lengths to ensure that the levels of care are excellent. I have trouble getting her to leave at the end of the day! Cannot recommend them enough.

My daughter has been attending Happy Days since she was 10 months old, now almost 3 years. The staff are all amazing and provide excellent care to all the children! It is a friendly welcoming atmosphere and most days I can't pry her away!!

This truly is a fantastic nursery and a credit to the manager, they have provided the best start for my daughter.

When I drop my child off at nursery, the staff always enquire about how she slept and if she has had a good morning. They consistently show lots of care and interest in my child's needs. When I pick my daughter up from nursery I am always provided with an overview of her day. This will include activities she has participated in, what she enjoys, how she has been and what she has eaten.

We have been very happy with happy days nursery. The staff are lovely and caring. They have willingly provided a vegan diet for my child and used cloth nappies at my request. My child is settled and happy at nursery, thank you very much.

Lovely staff who promote learning and seem to focus on making the children and parents happy. Clean nursery with a nice outdoor area and many varying toys and activities and a lot of time and support spent on settling the children.

I have been very happy with Treliske Happy Days so far. The staff are welcoming, friendly, caring and seem to be extremely competent. They are always polite, approachable and organised. They always have the children's best interests in mind. The nursery is clean, tidy and conducive to both play and learning. My boys eat well and always have something interesting to tell me/show me at the end of the day. The only thing that bothers me about the nursery is the restriction of its outdoor space. This is not something that the nursery can do much about, given its location. I do like how the nursery has set up its outdoor space and think that they do well with it despite its small size, the kids love it. Overall, my children get excellent care at Tresliske. They are never unhappy when they come home.

A wonderful nursery with caring fun staff who have helped our son integrate into nursery care in an entirely positive way. The staff are lovely and our son always looks forward to his days at nursery with his friends and the people who work there. It would be great to see improvements / expansion to outdoor space but this is a minor point
