We are very happy with our experience at Truro City Nursery. Individual needs and circumstances are considered and met. The nursery staff and particularly the management take time to get to know the kids, and they are welcomed warmly at each visit. Any issues we have had have been immediately and
professionally dealt with and resolved. Our son really enjoys his time at nrusery and we can see the positive effect on him. Would recommend this nursery and will be sending our younger child there next year.

We feel our daughter has/is thriving at nursery. She loves going and is always happy dropping her off - which is down to the friendly, approachable, enthusiastic staff. Staff & management have always been so helpful and supportive whenever we've needed it. Our daughter has developed in so many ways
since starting nursery, educationally/eating/character. We cannot fault Happy Days in any way.

Lovely nursery with lots of great learning opportunities and different programmes. My son loves coming to nursery, and watching him grow and learn new things is lovely to see. Staff are warm and attentive, and my son has made great relationships with them.

The staff are welcoming, kind and understanding. Always met with a smile. They stick to my home routine. The managemnet are welcoming and accommodating. When I collect my daughter, the staff in the room are open and are easy to converse with, and anything I ask, they try to answer as best to their

We have a great experience with Happy Days Nursery Truro. The staff are all nice and lovely and my child enjoys going to nursery. I love how they give you an update through the app where you can see pictures and videos of your child singing, dancing and playing.

I wanted to take a moment to tell you just how incredible I think your nursery is. Happy Days Nursery has exceeded my expectations in every way.
My daughter has been attending since she was one year old. Before enrolling her, we visited several nurseries, but none matched the warm, welcoming
environment at Happy Days. From the very first visit, I knew I wanted her to be part of it.
Every member of your team has been so kind and caring toward both her and our family. Each morning, we are greeted by smiling faces from people who clearly care deeply about the children. Leaving your child is never easy, but I have complete confidence that she is happy, safe, and well cared for.
When I was pregnant with my second daughter, the nursery was incredibly supportive. My daughter has developed beautifully-socially and emotionally. Despite moving house and facing a 45-minute drive, we chose to stay because no other nursery compares. Thank you for the love, care, and joy you bring every day.

My experience at Truro City Happy days has been so positive. My daughter settled in so well and the girls in preschool room work so hard to bring the best out in every child. We have only been in the preschool room but all of the girls throughout the nursery are friendly, always say hi as you walk
past and make you feel welcome. No doubt they are amazing at their jobs too. The office ladies will do anything to help, they not only know all of the children but have gone above and beyond to make drop off's and pick up's easier with a baby. I would 100% recommend this nursery.

The amount of love and support I have not just myself but my son is unreal. The manager is well and truly a star. She helped me out when needed and the support and love that we get from her.It's fantastic. I for one can definitely a recommend happy days nursery at city road Truro Cornwall. My son's
graduation was absolute unbelievably incredible.They put so much effort and so much love into the kids graduation day. This has bought me tears to my eyes but happy tears for sure. Thank you once again. I just find it a little bit hard when you're a single parent, not working.And have to pay quite a lot of money for those days but because he is my son , I will do anything for him and pay anything for him.

As a mother I am delighted to see how my kids learn whilst having fun in the nursery.
I've seen their improvement particularly on communication, life skills, motivation, and resilience.
As soon as my children stepped in the explorers & discovers rooms, my kids felt their warm welcome and passion
to care. I have confidence that under your care, they'll be prepared once they'll go to the bigger environment because you're learning pathway is excellent.
Again, thank you for all your hard work, time, unmeasurable patience, and compassion with my children.

Amazing experience in this nursery for the last 2.5 years. From manager to key teachers of my two girls. Our children are very close to their key person, they feel safe and they have been amazing in our kids personal development. Our girls always are happy to go, never a fuss, so definitely they
enjoy. We are very happy with all the activities that they do there, such as painting, playing in garden, singing, reading stories... All these push the creative side of our children and we can't recommend enough the place.

They are a very kind and supportive team and managers, my little one grew up with them and she did start at Happy Days Nursery when she was 6 months old until school age. They were lovely, amazing staff and my daughter misses them a lot. Definitely, I would choose them again for the next baby.

Would highly recommend. Listens to our needs and they are always accommodating.
Our little one started when they were 9 months. We used glass baby bottles and cloths nappies and they worked with us to keep other children away from our bottles but allowed us to still provide what we wanted to for
our child.

This nursery for us as a family has been amazing! Our little one has been going from a young age and the bonds she's made have been amazing she is supported and encouraged to achieve and thrive daily! She loves her time there and we have never had to worry as we know she is safe and happy there. The
app allows us regular essential daily updates while she is there. We have also formed great relationships with the staff through open and regular communication!
The manager for us has truly gone above and beyond with nothing ever being too much and ensuring we always receive important updates!

My child was very welcomed, everyone in Happy Days had to put in all their best in making sure my little one settled well in preschool, showing him all the love, care and support anyone could ask for. Now I have a little man that always looks forward to going to preschool which is a good one.

I can not praise the team at Happy Days Truro City enough.
I was originally very nervous about sending my child to nursery. "What if she doesn't like it? What if she doesn't make friends? What if she cries all day until I come and pick her up?"
Well, I can safely say that all my fears have come to
naught. My daughter absolutely LOVES being here (So much so that I have to wrestle her out the arms of the staff to bring her home!).
The manager is absolutely second to none and if my child ever has to change nursery, I want to take her with us! The staff treat my daughter as if she were their daughter, and it really puts my mind at rest knowing she's being well cared for. I cannot praise this nursery enough. 5 stars simply isn't enough!

Overall, we are very happy with Happy Days and the way they look after our daughter. The staff are very friendly and professional. Their facilities are good and our daughter enjoys the variety of entertainment they provide.

We are very pleased with the care that our daughter receives at Happy Days Nursery. The ladies in the baby room, and now the toddler room, have been absolutely amazing.
Our daughter only attended for a short time before the new manager started. However, in my opinion, there has been a clear and
dramatic improvement since the new manager started in her role.
Nursery really is like a second home for our daughter and we can't thank everyone who works there enough for the care, attention and fun they provide.
I know it must be incredibly difficult to juggle everything, but if possible it would be lovely to have more weekly pictures on the app as we love seeing what she gets up to!
