Our third daughter now attends Treloweth Happy Days Nursery and loves every moment of being there! Having had two other children previously attend, I can confidently say we certainly chose the best setting. The staff are very kind, caring and compassionate. The children are very well looked after in terms of not only day to day care, but including a great early years education. Parents are well supported in helping their children through those final stages of preschool and school preparation too. We would thoroughly recommend the Happy Days Treloweth team!

He gets nutritious food every day made by the in-house nursery chef. He has made great friends and learns a lot each and every day. His activities include foraging flowers, growing seeds, baking, dancing and helping with his speech development.

They always do lots of activities and bring home lots of crafts.

I cannot praise Happy Days Treloweth enough! Having had to very quickly find alternative childcare due to our first nursery being closed down without notice I was incredibly nervous about finding somewhere new! However, it was clearly meant to be as my son (clingy lockdown baby) was happier here than he ever was at the first one! The staff have been amazing from day one, always happy to take the time to answer any queries or concerns and take the time to get to really know the children and parents/carers. My son had the most wonderful bond with his first key worker in particular, who is now a key worker to my daughter who now also goes to the nursery with my son five mornings a week. My son has moved through up to the preschool now and is doing brilliantly and again the staff at each stage have all been wonderful and he’s continued to make such lovely bonds. I would recommend this nursery to everyone. I go to work each day knowing that my children are in great hands and having the best time!

My son has attended the nursery since he was 9 months old. The care he has received has always been amazing. The staff are all so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. They genuinely care about each child as an individual. My son is happy and cared for just like he was being looked after by a family member. They put you at ease when leaving them to return to work. I cannot recommend Treloweth Nursery enough!

Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Treloweth have made my son's nursery start very smooth. Despite the challenges of the Covid pandemic, they allowed us to visit the setting and stay with our son until he settled. The staff all seem genuinely caring and are always professional. He loves going to nursery and particularly enjoys the sing and sign sessions.

The nursery have been fantastic in helping my baby to settle into the baby room. He is very shy due to Covid and I was very anxious to leave him. The settling in sessions were phenomenal and the staff and customer journey we have experienced have been outstanding. Nothing is to much trouble and they always have a smile to greet us. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

This is a wonderful nursery with lovely staff. They really care about the children and the children's future. My son has been attending the nursery for 2 years and will continue to stay another year until school. In that time, he has been in all 3 rooms and throughout they have supported his growth and development and built beautiful trusting relationships with various key workers in each room. When at home, he always speaks positively about his nursery experiences, enjoys telling me what activities he has been doing each day and talking about the staff and other children. It is clear much effort is put into ensuring the children are happy and that their individual personalities are cultivated in a happy environment. The management are excellent. I have always felt reassured that I can trust everyone at the nursery and that regular updates are available should I want them. They have always been incredibly accommodating and communication is strong.

Very friendly staff, quick to respond to requests, very observant which is good for safeguarding and informative to parents informing them of their child's progress throughout the day. They are extremely accomodating to last-minute requests and go out of their way to resolve issues quickly and as best they can. My son goes into this nursery and comes out always happy and with a smile on his face, this alone speaks volumes.

Happy Days is a lovely nursery. the staff is always polite and friendly. My son loves going to the nursery and loves his teachers and has made lots of friends. My son also loves the garden area.

Absolutely brilliant nursery. The team have been so supportive, both for my daughter and myself whilst working to get the right SEN support. A huge thank you to the whole team for the three years my daughter will have been there.

I highly recommend Happy Days Nursery. The entire team are fantastic. When I was due to return to work after maternity I was extremely apprehensive of leaving my son. The team made both my son and I comfortable and reassured. My little boy has developed hugely by attending Happy Days. The staff have worked hard to keep things as normal as possible whilst maintaining government guidelines and the smile on my sons face when I drop him and collect him is testament to the team.

My almost three year old twins absolutely love their nursery! They have transitioned from baby room to toddlers and will soon be ready to join the preschool room, all transitions have been amazingly smooth and carried out with the child at ease. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and brilliant with the children. There is always a huge range of activities to help the children develop and broaden their knowledge and skills in a fun and creative way. We receive regular updates of their progress and are always able to discuss any questions with their individual key workers. Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Treloweth has continually exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe and fun environment for their little ones.

The nursery staff have been amazing, particularly with my child that has SEN needs. The nursery have really taken into account his needs and supported him to become settled and happy. He still has his difficult days but I am confident that the nursery staff will help reassure him. They have even been very proactive in setting up targets and putting in place support for him. Due to this he is really coming on. All of my children have really enjoyed being at the nursery.

My son loves going to nursery and all the staff are lovely so he chats to them all happily. I feel like my son is in really capable hands when I drop him off and my wishes as a parent are always adhered to.

The staff at Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Treloweth have been really accommodating, particularly as my child started with them during the pandemic. When safe to do so, settling sessions were allowed and I believe this made a big difference to my child’s start at the nursery. My little one has been really happy there from the day he started, the staff are always very reassuring, lovely and my little boy has bonded with his key workers absolutely amazingly.

Happy Day Nursery & Preschool - Treloweth is very friendly and professional. They were very accommodating in allowing us a settling in session just before Christmas and very patient while my daughter settled in during January. All of the staff are lovely and the staff in my daughter's room have been especially helpful in helping to potty train my very stubborn daughter! Even through lockdown, they have managed to keep things feeling as 'normal' as possible while still making you feel safe. Could not expect more from a nursery.
