I highly recommend Happy Days Nursery. The entire team are fantastic. When I was due to return to work after maternity I was extremely apprehensive of leaving my son. The team made both my son and I comfortable and reassured. My little boy has developed hugely by attending Happy Days. The staff have
worked hard to keep things as normal as possible whilst maintaining government guidelines and the smile on my sons face when I drop him and collect him is testament to the team.

My almost three year old twins absolutely love their nursery! They have transitioned from baby room to toddlers and will soon be ready to join the preschool room, all transitions have been amazingly smooth and carried out with the child at ease. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and brilliant
with the children. There is always a huge range of activities to help the children develop and broaden their knowledge and skills in a fun and creative way. We receive regular updates of their progress and are always able to discuss any questions with their individual key workers. Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Treloweth has continually exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe and fun environment for their little ones.

The nursery staff have been amazing, particularly with my child that has SEN needs. The nursery have really taken into account his needs and supported him to become settled and happy. He still has his difficult days but I am confident that the nursery staff will help reassure him. They have even been
very proactive in setting up targets and putting in place support for him. Due to this he is really coming on. All of my children have really enjoyed being at the nursery.

The staff at Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Treloweth have been really accommodating, particularly as my child started with them during the pandemic. When safe to do so, settling sessions were allowed and I believe this made a big difference to my child’s start at the nursery. My little one has been
really happy there from the day he started, the staff are always very reassuring, lovely and my little boy has bonded with his key workers absolutely amazingly.

Happy Day Nursery & Preschool - Treloweth is very friendly and professional. They were very accommodating in allowing us a settling in session just before Christmas and very patient while my daughter settled in during January. All of the staff are lovely and the staff in my daughter's room have been
especially helpful in helping to potty train my very stubborn daughter! Even through lockdown, they have managed to keep things feeling as 'normal' as possible while still making you feel safe. Could not expect more from a nursery.

Fantastic support to our son to prepare him ready to start school in September after a long time at home in lockdown. The staff have a happy welcome ready for him every day and he has grown in confidence and is full of fun and stories about what he has done during the day.

The nursery has dealt very professionally and responsibly for all COVID-19 restrictions. We feel our daughter is being well looked after and kept safe during this very difficult and testing time. She is extremely happy and pleased to return to the nursery and I cannot recommend and praise the staff

Couldn’t be any happier. Our daughter absolutely loves the nursery and all the staff. She’s genuinely excited of an evening when she knows she has nursery the following day. All the staff are amazing and although she blatantly has her favourite, as I’m sure all the children do, every one of them makes
a joke of it and still put in 100%. I look forward to picking her up and hearing what fun they have had in the day, along with the lovely meals they are served which I usually get jealous about!
Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds and I’m very certain Happy Days Treloweth has a massive part to play in that.


10/10 and highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Happy Days so far. Staff are friendly and always have time for a chat to make you feel at ease. Our daughter started from a very young age, but we always felt she was safe and well cared for and most of all happy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
to other parents.

Reception/front desk is cheerful and helpful. Management is approachable, helpful, non-judgemental and down to earth. My daughter is always warmly welcomed, and they always take the time to see how she is. The manager is a genuinely warm person who goes the extra mile to help. Staff in the rooms are

Happy Days at Treloweth is the best nursery I've used for all of my four children. The care and knowledge of my child, ensuring their care is second to none, is clearly evident through the records they keep but most of all through my happy, settled children, one of whom has just transformed into school
very successfully.
I can't recommend them enough.

My children are always happy to attend nursery. I have used Happy Days Treloweth for years and never had anything other than an outstanding experience. All the staff are excellent and nothing is ever to much trouble. The variety of learning activities is always engaging and challenging, which is noticeable
in my children's happiness and development.

On returning to work after maternity leave, our 11-month-old child had never been left with anyone before so we were anxious about starting him in the nursery. We visited lots of nurseries before choosing Happy Days because we liked the friendliness of the team, the activities we saw children taking
part in and the menus. Our son took quite a while to settle down, but the team were really patient and compassionate towards him. The manager never got irritated with me ringing to see how he was getting on and also, suggested that we extend his settling in sessions by another week, just to get him used to it a bit more before he started full days. Three and a half months later, there are no tears, we’ve got lovely artwork decorating our fridge, our little boy comes home full of chatter and smiles and we’ve just enrolled him to do an extra day a week, as he loves it so much. I never thought we’d be doing that when we first started at nursery. I can’t recommend the team at Happy Days enough.

At every stage, the staff have been excellent. They were all very helpful and open when we were trying the nursery and helped to make the transition to somewhere new seamless. My daughter has grown in every way by making friends, gaining confidence, learning patience, how to play with others, how
to explain feelings, how to help others...the list is endless. We are leaving with a heavy heart as the staff have given her the very best care and me the peace of mind knowing she is so happy every day. Thank you team, you rock!! x

Jo has worked for Happy Days for 18 years, with the last 14 being at Treloweth. She has worked in a variety of roles with all age groups of children. Jo has an NNEB Level 3 qualification and has just completed her Level 3 SENCO qualification.
