Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Treloweth

I would like to thank Happy Days Treloweth for such an amazing service. They truly made the settling in for my child as smooth as possible. Since she didn’t go to nursery until a bit older she was a lot more unsettled with the initial process but the staff at the nursery have been very patient, caring and accommodating. Now my child is excited for her nursery days. It’s lovely getting all the updates on the app. Staff make each day different and interesting with various activities. Being a picky eater she even enjoyed lunches at the nursery now, which is mind-blowing. I would not hesitate to recommend Happy Days Treloweth to any moms looking for a new nursery.

The staff were very patient settling my granddaughter into the school. She started off very reluctant to be left and they offered several different ways until she was happy. She now has bonded really well with one nursery staff member and is keen to go to school. When she doesn’t eat her lunch offered they always offer an alternative (sandwich etc) so she can eat something familiar and have encouraged her to try new foods. They have managed to introduce several new things.

My son has been at Happy Days Treloweth for 6 months now and he absolutely loves it. The staff are all super friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I am confident that my son is in great hands and is learning, socialising and thriving in the nursery environment. My son loves the food provided and is always full when he comes home, meaning less worry for me! The app is great for updates on nappies, meals, and updates on their development.

Our son has been with the nursery for over 12 months since he was one. We couldn't be happier with his time there. The staff clearly care - he has formed lovely relationships with many of them and is always excited to go in. The feedback we get each day is really useful, as are the updates on the app. He gets to take part in lots of diverse activities and is always talking about his day when he gets home. We have total confidence in the staff and there are always happy kids running around, which tells us everything we need to know. Very happy to recommend it to other parents.

My son joined in May 2023, he was 11 months old. He settled so well, happy to go to his key person and other staff who work in the room. They care so much for him, good at communicating with me about his day. I love the new app, nice to read reports, observations, and photos of his day, what he has eaten and how much, nappies and sleep are recorded. My son really enjoys his days there and has developed so much. I am so happy I chose happy days. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was very anxious when initially having to send my little one to nursery but the manager and her team put my worries at ease. The manager is very responsive answering any questions quickly. Very pleased with how my little one is progressing there.

The team are genuinely kind, caring and just amazing. I could go on.

Our little one loves attending Trelweth. The team are amazing and takes the time to bond with all the children and parents. They learn so much and come home tired and happy. We would highly recommend Happy Days!

I feel happy in the knowledge that my child is provided with nutritious and delicious food that they actually eat, no mean feat with children!

The staff at Happy Days Treloweth are so welcoming and always open the door with a smile. It is comforting leaving my daughter with caring and passionate childcare providers. My little girl loves coming and is always excited to tell me about all of the activities she has done throughout the day. She also loves the dinner at nursery which smells delicious! Would highly recommend Happy Days Treloweth.

Very good. The staff are very kind, friendly and attentive. The children are very happy to attend and have a lovely time.

They also supported him to be more independent with daily tasks and smash potty training. I have my daughter enrolled, my second child, and I have no doubt that the fabulous team here will help her develop just like they did with my son.

Our third daughter now attends Treloweth Happy Days Nursery and loves every moment of being there! Having had two other children previously attend, I can confidently say we certainly chose the best setting. The staff are very kind, caring and compassionate. The children are very well looked after in terms of not only day to day care, but including a great early years education. Parents are well supported in helping their children through those final stages of preschool and school preparation too. We would thoroughly recommend the Happy Days Treloweth team!

He gets nutritious food every day made by the in-house nursery chef. He has made great friends and learns a lot each and every day. His activities include foraging flowers, growing seeds, baking, dancing and helping with his speech development.

They always do lots of activities and bring home lots of crafts.

I cannot praise Happy Days Treloweth enough! Having had to very quickly find alternative childcare due to our first nursery being closed down without notice I was incredibly nervous about finding somewhere new! However, it was clearly meant to be as my son (clingy lockdown baby) was happier here than he ever was at the first one! The staff have been amazing from day one, always happy to take the time to answer any queries or concerns and take the time to get to really know the children and parents/carers. My son had the most wonderful bond with his first key worker in particular, who is now a key worker to my daughter who now also goes to the nursery with my son five mornings a week. My son has moved through up to the preschool now and is doing brilliantly and again the staff at each stage have all been wonderful and he’s continued to make such lovely bonds. I would recommend this nursery to everyone. I go to work each day knowing that my children are in great hands and having the best time!

My son has attended the nursery since he was 9 months old. The care he has received has always been amazing. The staff are all so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. They genuinely care about each child as an individual. My son is happy and cared for just like he was being looked after by a family member. They put you at ease when leaving them to return to work. I cannot recommend Treloweth Nursery enough!

Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Treloweth have made my son's nursery start very smooth. Despite the challenges of the Covid pandemic, they allowed us to visit the setting and stay with our son until he settled. The staff all seem genuinely caring and are always professional. He loves going to nursery and particularly enjoys the sing and sign sessions.

The nursery have been fantastic in helping my baby to settle into the baby room. He is very shy due to Covid and I was very anxious to leave him. The settling in sessions were phenomenal and the staff and customer journey we have experienced have been outstanding. Nothing is to much trouble and they always have a smile to greet us. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.
