The staff are very caring. My children live it there. They eat a varied and healthy selection of food.
Constructive criticism would be that I would like their nursery fees to be more itemised as they sometimes do extra sessions do not attend sessions due to bank holidays etc which can be confusing
sometimes.

Happy Days Nursery is a fantastic nursery. I have no worries about leaving my son with them.
All the staff are friendly and helpful.
I love that they do a daily diary saying what my baby has done and ate/drank throughout the day.
He loves it when he attends nursery and loves all of the sensory activities.

During my sons time at the nursery, he has flourished under the care and guidance of all the staff. After relocating, they took on board my concerns and worries about my son settling and reassured us a family with detailed handovers and an open door. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for anyone,
instead of childcare, it has felt like leaving him with family.

My two daughters have flourished since joining the nursery in March. The staff have gone out of their way to help them settle in. The facilities are wonderful - I particularly like the outdoor free flow space and garden where the children help grow vegetables. My youngest has down's syndrome and the
staff have worked hard with her signing and helping her. They both love being at nursery.

A wonderful learning environment for my children to develop and grow into independent young learners. It offers the perfect stepping stone from home, as staff have an understanding approach to settling children in.
The rooms offer a well catered age range of activities which teach valuable skills,

My son loves nursery. He is greeted every day by friendly, caring staff who take the time to speak to me and to help him settle. Staff provide a stimulating environment, taking into account his interests and encourage him to explore and discover.
I can't think of a better place for him to be while
I am at work.
When I collect my son at the end of the day, I have a full report of his day. He is always smiling and full of excitement. He doesn't always want to leave and that's the best review for me!

Nursery good.
Just the food they offer, it isn't really a tea, it's a snack, so when you pick up your child they don't want a cooked meal when they get home. More water to be offered to children on hot days as they have 2 cups in the 5 hours they are there.

Treloweth is a wonderful nursery for our son. he thrives in this environment and has come such a long way since September 16, when he first started. The team are incredibly supportive and nothing is too much trouble. Our son is being prepared to transition to reception in September and Happy Days are
really assisting with this. We wouldn't put our son anywhere else!

I have always found the staff approachable, friendly, caring and knowledgeable regarding my children's care. The staff are supportive of my child and any of my wishes regarding comforters, bottles etc. Both my children have attended and I strongly believe it did/does them the world of good. It sets
them up and prepares them for school life and both of my children have strong friendships with others at nursery.

All 3 of my children have attended this nursery and it is by far the best nursery we have used (out of 3). The staff are kind and caring - my children have all bonded and settled quickly as a result. They really enjoy it there. The home-cooked food is good and they always eat it all. They always seem
happy when I pick them up having had lots of fun. I have no complaints at all!

Jo has worked for Happy Days for 18 years, with the last 14 being at Treloweth. She has worked in a variety of roles with all age groups of children. Jo has an NNEB Level 3 qualification and has just completed her Level 3 SENCO qualification.
