Flying Start @ Cornwall College - Camborne

Our little one is so happy and excited to come to the nursery. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, not only to our child but to us as parents! Our daughter has shown such a big change in her speech, communication and social skills since coming to nursery. We cannot recommend little ones coming here enough!

Amazing nursery, and amazing staff. My little boy loves coming to pre school and they've really helped him come out of his shell. He never said a word when he started and had a speech delay but after all the great work they did with him he is no a chatterbox! Couldn't recommend them enough

What a bunch of superstars. They have looked after our daughter for nearly 2 years and have nurtured her out of her shell. She's now a happy, confident, and friendly child who is very ready for her first days at Primary School. We can't thank the team enough for their support and will miss them all.

Most of the staff are so lovely and my daughter loves going! Had a few issues which have been dealt with very well. Special shout out to two nursery ladies as they seemed to stand out for my daughter!

My daughter has just left Flying Start to commence primary school. She started the nursery at just 10 months old, after spending most of her life so far in lockdown! My two-year-old boy also started at the same age. Both have thrived and it filled me with comfort knowing I was leaving them with such lovely people. I will forever recommend them as a nursery. The manager has always been so accommodating and approachable and is an asset to Flying Start!

20/10 for flying start at Cornwall College. Very friendly and helpful staff, couldn't ask for a better start in learning life for my son. Massive thanks to everyone! Highly recommend. Nothing is ever a problem.

Well, what can I say......This nursery over the past few years has played a monumental part in both my and my sons' lives. The Manager and her amazing team go above and beyond to make sure the children have the best knowledge and tools for starting out at primary school. The bonds the kids make between them and their keyworkers are unbreakable and I am so privileged to say my boys went to Cornwall College, and Flying Start Nursery. We will all miss all the staff there but I will always highly recommend this nursery to anyone who needs childcare.

I have sent both my children to Flying Start (with my youngest leaving this year for primary school). Flying Start has been amazing, the staff are incredible from the babies right through to pre-schoolers, they are thoughtful and build meaningful relationships with all the children. Activities are well thought out and encourage children with their development both mental and physical. I couldn't recommend enough, if you are unsure or worried about leaving your kids rest assured the staff here will take fantastic care of your children.

My daughter has been going to Flying Start Cornwall College since she was 11 months old. I cannot recommend this setting enough! All the staff are so supportive, kind, and dedicated to helping all of the children in their care shine. There are a wide variety of activities and fun educational learning on offer, she always comes home having had the best time. They also have regular updates, pictures and reports so you know what they have been learning and developing. Food has always been provided to be inclusive for her allergies, ensuring she never feels left out. The Manager and her team are all absolutely amazing and we will miss them all! We can't thank them enough for all that they have done to help our little girl be prepared for big school.

Overall experience since our daughter started has been great. Any issues that have arisen were sorted quickly. Our daughter is very happy and staff are very good, including the manager. I think a few more meat options with lunches would be good.

Our son moved from another nursery to Flying Start and he settled in so quickly. He spent 17 months here but our only regret was we wish he had been with Flying Start much sooner. Our son would run in everyday so happy. He loved his days here. All of this is down to the amazing staff. Such a great team. I cannot recommend this nursery enough! Keep doing what you do!

My two and a half year old son attends Flying Start at Camborne College and has done since he was nine months old. The team are wonderful, professional, kind and hard working, above all else you can tell that they genuinely care about each child and work hard to create a bond with them. The day-to-day activities for the children are fun, engaging and creative. For us, our son attending Flying Start isn't just about a childcare option whilst we work but a real investment in his education, social skills and wellbeing. This week has been his first one back after the summer and every evening he has come home happy and buzzing with excitement after his day. I highly recommend this childcare setting and can't thank the team enough for the impact they have already had on my baby.

My son absolutely loved his time at Flying Start and really missed it when he finished. I would recommend Flying Start to anyone who's child is starting nursery.

My daughter hasn't properly started yet but has had her first settling-in session. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the manager has been so helpful with the process of booking my daughter in and all that comes with starting nursery. As a first-time mum I have really appreciated the time and help I have been given. It's a lovely place with lots to offer young children.

He will be sad to leave, but now into his next journey.

All of the staff at Flying Start in Pool have been amazing. Our son went to this nursery for his final year prior to starting school which he does next week and he has had the best year. He loved going, learnt lots and had some great adventures there. I can not recommend this nursery enough, the staff are lovely, professional, knowledgeable and experienced and I am very grateful to them all for giving him the best pre-start to school he could have had.

A fantastic nursery and pre-school. Never had a bad experience and always felt I was dropping my kids off in safe hands. The staff are super friendly and brilliant with the kids. The confidence that I've noticed in my kids has been the biggest reward, and the fact they always ask to go and look forward to going every time says a lot. Would recommend this nursery/preschool to everyone.

The manager is fully involved in the running of the nursery and is friendly and approachable. Nothing is a problem. We have now left for big school, but wish we could have stayed!!
