My son has almost finished his time in nursery now and it hasnt always been easy for him, but the staff have always been amazing. Special shout out to Suzi, she is an absolute diamond and her patience and understanding with my son has been absolutely second to none. Fantastic placement, wonderful

My young baby started as an under 1 year old. Although the nursery is big with multiple rooms and lots of families, she has been really well settled in with key people who have got to know her really well. She loves going to nursery, she is excited to see the familiar baby room staff and the photos
on her learning story show her exploring lots of different types of activities inside and outside. She has an allergy but has been well supported to wean and to carefully explore new foods and textures as she gets more confident in her weaning, whilst supporting her safely away from her allergen.
She has been tricky to get to sleep but the baby staff have supported using her sleeping bag, and trying different methods to build her sleep times, giving clear feedback always.

My son has been going to Flying Start at Cornwall College for over 2 years now and he absolutely loves it there! All of the staff are absolutely amazing! They're all so kind and caring and my son has absolutely adored all of the staff and his key workers as he's moved up through the rooms as he's
got older! Could not recommend a better nursery and I will be putting my youngest son there too when he's ready to start!

Absolutely fantastic setting. Always friendly welcoming faces when we turn up each morning. It would be hard to just choose one person to thank because they are all just fantastic! A very well run environment. My daughter absolutely loves it and although she may not speak when she's there through
shyness, she fills me in and tells me all of the stories when I pick her up. She always comes out so happy after a fun-filled day. Thank you team. You're the best!

If I could give this nursery 10 stars I would - they really are absolutely incredible. I have 2 children attending at different ages, and they are both thriving here. The nursery is always clean and tidy, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. They are always
comforting my children where needed, and are happy to work with me and my specific routines at home to make things easier. One of my boys had quite a significant speech delay and I can't even explain how far he has come on since being at this nursery - the effort that the staff put in to help him with this has been incredible. The activities they do are great fun, educational and different every day - the food is also lovely. Their nursery diaries are always updated so I know exactly what's been going on in their day. Thank you guys honestly you're amazing!

Excellent purpose-built stimulating facility with easy parking for drop-off/pick-up. The staff genuinely care about our child who has settled in wonderfully, loving his time there. The progress reports are very thorough. It's a full 5 stars from us.

My two children love Flying Start @ Cornwall College pool and are doing really well with their learning. They also both look forward to nursery their days. Both go twice days a week. Such lovely staff as well.

A fantastic nursery, spacious and clean. Nice big garden for the children to play in with plenty of toys/activities. The staff are so lovely, kind and friendly. Each day is different with different activities to do/help them learn. My son comes home each time he goes with a big smile on his face and
says he's had a great day. I can not fault this nursery in anyway, my son will leave here in the summer for school and I will then put my unborn baby's name down to start when it's his time. Highly recommend this nursery. All the staff are amazing and work so hard.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Flying Start @ Pool, nearly two years in and our girl is flourishing, the environment is brilliantly child lead, her confidence is growing all the time and she adores all her grownups and has formed wonderful relationships with her peers. The admin and
organisational side is also top notch with wonderful communication and updates, you can see that they all simply love the children and that was always the most important thing to us.

Both my children attend this setting and they both absolutely love it there, always so happy to go in. They have grown in leaps and bounds since being there. They are always busy doing fun/interesting/educational things that will help them grow as a person and prepare them for school. The staff are
all so friendly, very happy to help in anyway. Would 100% recommend.

Both children now attend and we couldn't be happier with their progress. Our eldest daughter has been attending since she was 1 and has always enjoyed it! The staff are good as well as the activities and all elements of the nursery!

Flying Start Cornwall college have been an excellent foundation for both of my children over the past 3 years. All the staff are always friendly and welcoming and there to answer any questions. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking to place their child.

Flying Start Pool is a truly wonderful nursery and preschool, staff can't do enough for the children and also support parents. My son went to the preschool and had a fantastic time made friends who he still has and my daughter has been through the nursery and is now in preschool loving every minute.
Great environment for learning with loads of space and clean and tidy.

Our child attends this nursery and they love it. They have been in since 9 months old and the transit for both of us was made super smooth. Since then they have thrived, physically and fundamentally! The app they use is very good, communication is great between us and them. Really would recommend
this nursery!

Every single member of staff is so kind and lovely. Whenever we've needed extra support you have all done what you could to accommodate. The reports on daily activities are so thorough, I love seeing what my daughter has been up to through the day and hearing about her activities with her little
friends. I know she's in safe hands with you all and she is really thriving here.

Staff was so helpful when my little girl started for obvious reasons clinging to myself ect come the end of term she was happy to go in with staff members. Always welcoming happy to see you my daughter made really good relationships with the nursery staff and children

We find Cornwall College Flying Start consistent and always willing to do what they can to help both parents and children. Our daughter settled in well from day 1 and has never had any issues. The regular feedback is great and our daughter is progressing beautifully. Thank you to all.
