Flying Start @ Cornwall College - Camborne

Flying Start has been awesome with my daughter from day one. The staff are friendly and polite and all seem to have a passion for children. My daughter has had some hearing problems and the Pre-school key workers have all worked with me and my daughter to make things easier for her. My daughter has been at the nursery since just before her second birthday and she has loved every minute in each room. Pre-school is definitely her favourite room though. The staff all do a fab job and I would highly recommend the nursery as a whole.

Our son has been attending this nursery and preschool since he was a year old. The standard of care and the facilities have always been fantastic. The staff are friendly and my son looks forward to his time there. There is lots of space indoors and outside and he really enjoys the food.

My son has attended this site weekly since he was 7months old, he is now nearly 2yrs. He gets excited about coming here in the mornings. The staff are approachable, friendly and genuine. The setting is clean, meals varied. Lots of variation in activities, I love finding out about all the fun he has had when I pick him up. And the use of eylog to me has been exceptional. Love the whole team I'm in contact with - great bunch. Seriously wouldn't want him anywhere else.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Flying Start nursery at Camborne College to any parent. My son has been attending for almost 2 years and he loves it there. As all working parents understand, we hate leaving our kids while we go off to pay the bills but with this Nursery as soon as the girls open the door my mind is at ease that my son will be well taken care of.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough! they have been outstanding with my son. Every single one of the girls makes you feel welcome, my son adores all of them and they are like extended family as he goes there every day. The nursery is always clean and buzzing. When you enter first thing or last thing, there is laughter and chattering to be heard and they are all as happy at the end of the day as they were at the beginning. Nothing is too much trouble, they will help with any milestones you are trying to reach and the key workers go above and beyond. My daughter went to a different nursery and without a doubt, Flying Start is so much better. There are so many chances to be included in your child's day, from stay and play to sports days. The cards that come home for birthdays, mothers/fathers day and Christmas will melt your heart! It will be a sad day when my son has to leave..... it almost makes me want to have another baby so I can still be part of the Flying Start family!

My little boy has come on leaps and bounds while being at Flying Start at Cornwall College. When I saw the amount of space the nursery has for both inside and outside play, I instantly wanted him to here, along with the amazingly friendly staff. He just loves going to "school" and has developed great social skills. The daily feedback is great as well as the regular reviews of his progress. My boy has had so much support with his speech therapy at nursery and continues to do great. The transition from toddlers to pre-school for him was smooth and well supported by all staff. I love the EYLOG updates so much, being at work and getting pictures and updates of his day so far make my time away from him so much easier. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

My daughter's key worker is a lovely girl. If it wasn't for her being so caring and being so nice I couldn't leave my daughter. She's brilliant at her job I am very happy to leave my daughter in her care. I feel she's safe when I'm at work

Such a big open nursery, good space and staff so friendly my child loves it. They took a while to settle but the staff really tried lots of ways and now she absolutely loves going and has lots of fun.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for just over a year now. She absolutely loves it and she really looks forward to coming every week! I am kept informed of everything she does and she is learning so much. The facilities are great and all their activities keep her occupied and interested. I cannot recommend the staff highly enough. We always receive a positive and happy welcome from each member of staff and they couldn't be more helpful and approachable. They are very much engaged with the children and their enthusiasm and dedication is second to one. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough.

My son is so happy going to this nursery, his speech has really developed from the help the staff give and I love seeing his learning on EYLog through my phone. The staff are so lovely here I feel confident leaving him and knowing he is being well cared for.

Great environment for my son to be in on a daily basis - he really enjoys the cooked lunches and can't wait to go in the mornings. Staff team are very friendly and always accommodating. Would highly recommend.
