Magic Roundabout Nursery Bristol

My daughter is very happy there and has great relationships with her key workers.

We have had our son, now 10 months old, at the nursery for 2 months and so far we have been really impressed. The staff are lovely and our son loves them. We love the app they use to give us updates. The management are also really friendly and very happy to help with all questions. Had some issues with missing clothes but we haven't labelled them yet, so understandable. We had one incident where our son hit his head at nursery and they forgot to tell us at pick up. We did get an email later the same day. We have had no injuries or anything since. The security at the nursery is good and our son looks like he is enjoying himself.

We have been very impressed with the learning and activities set out by the staff. They talk to parents to understand the child's needs and adapt activities accordingly. All staff are friendly and attentive. We've been impressed with Covid measures put into place to make sure the nursery is safe for everyone, even though we can't enter the nursery, we still have an understanding of the room and the staff due to excellent communication.

The nursery continues to provide stability and a caring environment for my son to learn and thrive. They have been flexible with the days we needed. They appear to be implementing safe procedures to keep parents and children sage at pick up. I am really impressed that they have acted swiftly with new rules and kept us updated with any changes. Our son loves attending nursery and seems to have fun-filled, busy and interesting days where he is cared for and supported.

We can't recommend Magic Roundabout Nursery enough. Our daughter settled quickly into her extended family at Magic Roundabout Nursery and has blossomed into a confident little girl. The staff, management and communication are first class. We love the app and quality of food too.

Staff are king and my little boy always comes home happy, mucky (in a good way!), singing new songs and having learnt new things. There is lots of space for the children to explore and we are very happy with the care provided here.

Such a great place for little ones! Extremely nice and professional staff. Many interesting and developing daily activities, all recorded on the parents' app. Great menu for food. A well organised and managed nursery. It's been a third year with them and my child is waiting to go back in the next day. Very satisfied. Thanks.

Had to change at short notice from a great childminder and Magic Roundabout Nursery Bristol took our girls. It was a big adjustment from a cosy childminder to a nursery but the staff really care, it's very friendly and the nursery feels very transparent and honest with what's going on. The girls love going and have fun and are always learning new things. The staff listen to any special requirements (eg naps) and have been great at keeping in touch during lockdown. It's a very happy, friendly environment and we're glad we've made the change to Magic Roundabout.

Both of our girls absolutely love going to Nursery! We are confident that they are very well looked after and are provided with a variety of fun and educational activities. It is great that we can follow their learning journeys on the Parent Link app. Overall, we are very pleased with Magic Roundabout Nursery.

Our eldest son went through Magic Roundabout Nursery and our youngest son is currently attending. In the last five years, we've been very impressed with all that the nursery offers, especially when it comes to understanding individual children's needs. We're also impressed by the improvements made inside and outside the nursery, following consultation with the parents/carers.

They really take the time to get to know and encourage the children, treating them all as individuals and really nurturing them and their development. I'd certainly recommend the nursery without hesitation.

Great facilities, good location and dedicated staff. My daughter has a wonderful time; learning, having fun, playing with her friends and being outdoors. The team are approachable, very caring, friendly and treat children as individuals. My daughter is developing a lot through play and activities at nursery. I also feel that the team went above and beyond during lockdown; producing home packs with creative ideas, establishing a youtube channel and hosting weekly zoom sessions to enable the children and staff team to keep in contact. I couldn't be happier.

My 2 children have attended Magic Roundabout Nursery for the past 18 months, and have been in (nearly) every room at the school. They are excited every morning about going in and seeing their friends and teachers, and the staff have done a very good job at making sure they have fun every day. The kids especially love the large garden space which they use often. We are happy with Magic Roundabout Nursery because we feel that they are being well looked after and in an environment that is providing a lot of stimulation to keep them busy. The teachers and management have always been willing to listen when we have a concern and work with us to address any issues that have come up.

My son goes to this nursery and has done so since he was 11 months. He continued to go through lockdown and we have remained really happy with his care. The staff all seem genuinely caring and fun. He is always excited to go and looks happy (and tired) at the end of the day. I enjoy the feedback on the app. The staff have also been really accommodating with things like cloth nappies and diet changes. As we work shift work they have also gone out of their way to help with changes in schedules etc.

Our son has been going to the Magic Roundabout nursery in Bristol for nearly two years. Since the age of one, he has always been very happy there and we have always been so happy with the care they offer him. The practitioners always seem pleased to see him. The nursery has responded appropriately to the coronavirus risk and have put appropriate safeguards in place, so he has returned to nursery at the earliest opportunity. We intend for our son to remain here for his pre-school year and I have no qualms about recommending the Magic Roundabout nursery to other families.

The nursery has recently introduced a parent app for feedback and observation which is great.

Magic Roundabout Bristol is a lively, happy and caring environment where my son has thoroughly enjoyed himself since day one. The managers provide professional and dedicated day-to-day management and they are both extremely approachable and ready to discuss and resolve any issues as they arise. The room leaders are equally enthusiastic and on top of things, resulting in a strong sense of trust that my child is safe and well cared for as an individual. Excellent use is made of the large garden on a daily basis, in all weathers, and there are lots of craft activities as well as visiting music, PE and language teachers, all of which I value highly. Most importantly my son has made some strong friendships which is testament to how he has been thriving at this nursery. We have really missed the nursery during lockdown and cannot wait to return. I’ll also be sending my youngest son in to join his brother.

My little one has been at this nursery since she was about 11 months old. I have been extremely impressed with the nursery throughout the last two years. Every member of staff I meet is extremely friendly to me and to my daughter. My daughter talks about members of staff when she’s not there and it’s obvious to me how much she likes them. The activities they do in the day seem extremely well thought through, and they seem to do a real variety. I’ve been really impressed with how my daughter has developed in her time there.
