Magic Roundabout Nursery Bristol

My elder son was very well prepared for when he started school, and my younger son is enjoying his time there now.

Both of my children have attended Magic Roundabout from age 6 months right through to pre-school. The youngest is still there and there’s not really anything I can fault! The nursery have always worked with us as parents from getting a young baby settled and happy when first starting (no mean feat with babies who don’t like to nap!) to being ready for ‘big school’. There can’t be a recommendation better than how happy my two have been there and my eldest still loves coming along for drop off and pickups! I’ll be sad when the time comes for youngest to start school : )

We find Magic Roundabout to be quite suitable for our kids. The staff are friendly and caring and seem to follow all required procedures properly. Additionally, our kids are happy there and enjoy going each day. The garden is a benefit and they do sometimes go on excursions farther afield.

My daughter has been attending since she was a year old and absolutely loves nursery. The staff are all lovey and clearly enjoy the job and work well together. They do a good variety of activities and we've really seen her development come on in leaps and bounds.

Lovely dedicated staff. My son loves them. The only criticism I would have is that there have been quite a few people leaving and for a while there wasn't consistency in the carers, however this has now improved and we are much happier now. All in all a good nursery!

The nursery has made huge strides recently and although the building is awkward and the outside space dreary the staff are excellent and engaging and our children have thoroughly enjoyed their time there.

I'd like to get more involved though, with information sheets in the foreign language - as my boy is asking me to translate and I can't help.

Both my daughters have attended Magic Roundabout. They have always had fun, been well cared for, done a variety of activities and they learned loads. I would 100% recommend it as a nursery or pre-school setting. I cried when they left as the kids love it and the staff are so nice.

Both of my sons have thoroughly enjoyed their time at this nursery, all the staff are lovely and caring and really know my children. However, I feel staff are being let down by management at head office and not offered the support and investment that they need. Whilst it appears more money has been invested recently there is still a long way to go. Equally, management has decided to get parents to pay for this work in advance by increasing fees by up to 35% with a promise of future investment. Before this price rise, I would have recommended the nursery without question. Now I struggle to. Whilst I don't deter people, I also cannot recommend it.

My daughter (2years) has been going to Magic Roundabout Bristol since she was 9 months old. She is very happy at nursery and that's most important thing to me as a mother. Even during the weekends, she shows me dance moves, counting 1 to 10 or roleplay she has learnt at the nursery, or she makes a pretend phone call to her keyworker.

The staff are very lovely. Long opening hours. Lots of events are organised and lots of fun things they do with the children every day.

My nephew attends the nursery and since attending he has progressed so much. My nephew is always excited to go and never wants to leave, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, I would recommend this nursery highly to all parents looking for a nursery.
