Our daughter has recently left Mama Bear's, after attending since she was 1 year old. We cannot fault Mama Bear's - Crews Hole. The staff especially have always been so kind and caring towards our family from the beginning. Daily updates are sent on the app, and thorough handovers are given every day.
Fun activities and outdoor time are offered. Our daughter appeared to enjoy her time at nursery. We would highly recommend. Thank you Mama Bear's!

I couldn't recommend the nursery and staff enough. My son is learning and developing so well during his time here. The staff are always so friendly and have already created great relationships with my son.
We get updates and pictures throughout the day and are always informed of any changes or issues
very quickly. The management team have always been so helpful with any changes that we have needed to make and have always tried to accommodate any of these if we needed.

My son loves going to nursery and is always happy going in and being picked up. From speaking to the staff you can tell that they really care about him and his well-being, which is greatly appreciated. We get daily updates about everything he has been doing and it's always useful to know how his day
has gone, whether he has eaten lots and how long his naps were. We love seeing the pictures of him doing all the activities. Due to Covid-19 and restrictions, I have only been in the nursery on one occasion. From memory they have great facilities available for the children and it's clean and well maintained, only going in once is the only reason why I have put good.

Mama Bear's Day Nursery is fantastic and they have very professional staff. I would recommend the nursery to all my friends and family. My son goes there who has some difficulties with learning. Mama Bear's staff have shown great professionalism and supported my child with all the support they could
provide, this includes making his personal development plan, referring us to professionals who could support him further as well as encouraging our child on daily basis. The work and commitment they have shown is great. No one can question their commitment to the cause. Thank you.

Been using the nursery for over 4 years now with 2 children from 9months of age until preschool. Staff are fantastic and always have been. For the outside space, they have they make good use of it all year round. My children have really loved coming here, would highly recommend.

Mama Bears Crews Hole is an awesome nursery. The team are always friendly, energetic and super engaged with the kids and really helpful with any queries you might have. Our little boy's development has been amazing since he joined at 12 months (now pre-school). He has a great group of friends. Loves
the practitioners and always comes home happy. When he moves onto school we will all be very sad as the team feel like part of a wider family than the staff at a nursery.

My child has been attending Mama Bear's Crews Day Nursery (Crews Hole) for just over a year now and he absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing, always there if you have any queries and my child really enjoys being with them and the other children, he has made many friends and looks forward to going
each time. Just over a year ago, when I was looking for a nursery for my child, I went with my gut feeling with this nursery out of the rest I viewed and I’m so pleased I did, I can’t recommend the nursery enough.

Both my children have gone to this nursery and it has always felt safe, nurturing and fun. I feel confident when I drop my daughter off that she will have a good day and be really well looked after. The manager has always been extremely helpful in helping us with different needs relating to my shift

The quality of childcare my children receive at Mama Bear's Day Nursery Crews Hole is outstanding. The staff are knowledgeable, caring, genuine and show a great passion for what they do. They make great efforts to have the children outside in the garden as much as the weather allows. They provide a
range of fun, engaging activities for the children and keep parents up to date on the children's progress in line with the Early Years framework via the Parent Zone app. It is a fantastic nursery due to such a quality team working there!

My daughter settled into nursery so well. All the staff are extremely caring and helpful. The activities she takes part in are really engaging and she’s always bringing home pictures and things she has made. I receive updates daily on her progress and learning. I’m really impressed.

Mama Bear's Day Nursery (Crews Hole) are a very inclusive and friendly nursery. My child (and his older sister) have been well supported and looked after during their time there. My son is very sad to be leaving his friends and keyworkers behind this month. The staff really take the time to get to know
the children and their families. I have heard some lovely nursery tales at collection time which I think reflects how much the staff enjoy being with the children. A lovely friendly bunch of people, we will all miss them.

Both my children have been to this nursery and all staff have been amazing. My youngest started at 10 months old and I did worry as leaving him at a young age but the staff were amazing sending me pictures and videos every week. Both my boys loved it here and become close to certain members of staff.
My youngest has now had his last day there and we will miss it very much thanks Mama Bear's for being part of their lives.

My son started at this nursery in August 2016 when he was 15 months, they have been amazing from start to finish, so good at settling him in as he was very clingy, all the staff are just fab, so kind, patient and caring. My son has been so happy there and made lots of friends. He does such a variety
of stimulating activities, inside and outside, and in such a relaxed, happy positive environment. When he didn’t get his 1st choice of school the staff were so supportive and helpful and when we had a tragedy in our family, again all the staff were so understanding and caring. Honestly, love this nursery so much and will be so sad to say goodbye in August, but they have done all they can to prepare my son for “big school” and I’m so grateful for that. Thank you.

Mama Bear's have played such a vital role in both of my son's development in early years ed. We have been attending Mama Bear's Day Nursery (Crews Hole) 6 years. My eldest joined at 16months old and youngest 12months. They’ve both experienced each stage room and have both been led through each stage
without a hitch.
Every member of staff greets us with a smile and they all clearly genuinely enjoy their roles.
Staff turnover is v low, meaning the children are settled, also highlighting the excellent working environment and team.
If either son expressed an interest in a certain topic, this would become part of a group task for all to learn more about e.g. Trains.
I have entrusted my sons into their care for the last 6 years and would continue to do so for many more if I could. We will all truly miss each and every staff member at Mama Bear's. I can’t thank them enough for encouraging both my son's learning and social skills. Both were/are more than ready for school life, much owed to the team.

My 3 children have attended this nursery over the last 5years. Myself and my children have built very stable and amazing relationships with the staff members over this time period. When my daughter leaves this August to start primary school we will all sadly miss the nursery and staff. They have been
amazing to myself and my children especially in dark personal periods. When my youngest gets older he will also attend this nursery.

Stacey has been managing Crews Hole since 2013 and loves every aspect of her role.
