My daughter started nursery at the beginning of 2018. I am very happy with my child’s development. She is more confident, she learned so many new things. I can see on her face that she is happy and that is the most important thing to me. She enjoys going to the nursery! Fantastic friendly staff, they
are doing a wonderful job! Very clean, beautiful garden, lovely food.

Mama Bears Crews Hole is an absolutely fantastic nursery. My daughter started in the preschool room and my son has gone all the way through from the baby room right through to leaving for school!
It is a brilliant place in a great setting with the loveliest staff.
I have only the best things to say
about this lovely nursery and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nursery for their little ones.

My child has been attending full time for over a year, Babies through to Bouncies. She enjoys her time at nursery and the carers are always welcoming and happy to discuss any concerns or issues with my child's wellbeing.

My daughter loves attending this nursery and I know that she is in safe hands when she is there. All the staff are lovely and greet us warmly whenever we arrive. There are lots of toys for the babies/children to play with and the activities they do are great.
I really love receiving updates about
what my daughter has been up to via the eylog and appreciate the feedback form about what she has eaten, how long she has napped etc at the end of the day. We couldn't have picked a better nursery.

My daughter has attended this nursery since 6 months old and loves it. We have a fantastic relationship with all staff who are extremely friendly and enthusiastic! There are always different activities for the children to do and also my daughter enjoys playing in their lovely garden, I would 100% recommend

My daughter has been going to Mama Bears for over 2 years and she has excelled in every area. The staff there are educated, kind, friendly and always know the best way to handle
Each child’s different needs. I continue to be thoroughly impressed with every member of both staff and management at the
nursery and would recommend the setting to anyone. I cannot thank each and every member of staff for the help and care they give my daughter on a daily basis and I will be sending my youngest daughter there too from January 2019.

We are delighted with the childcare for our son, who is just about to move from the under 2s to the Bouncy Bears. The staff are excellent at their jobs, genuinely caring and plan a wide range of stimulating activities.

The staff are friendly and welcoming at Mama bears Crews Hole Road, my son is so clearly happy there and feels safe. It's very easy to approach staff and you always get a good update about little ones day on pick up.
The rooms are open plan but always have different activities set out with a member
of staff available to guide their learning through play. The preschool room has direct access to an amazing outdoor playroom with trikes, sand/water play, large woven branch teepee and floor bridge, always looks like great fun for the little ones

I am very happy with Mama Bears Crews Hole, the staff are lovely and always so warm with me and my child. He loves it there and has learned so much through play, exploration and song. His day is so full, he eats well and has a mammoth sleep what else could you ask for? The garden is a beautiful feature
and I like the open plan layout for visibility of the children. The fees are a little higher than some other nurseries but the quality of the facilities, the staff and their care and the food served is excellent.
I had been to see other nurseries in my area and wasn't impressed. The moment I walked into crews Hole I knew it was the right place for my child and for my families needs.

My son loves it here as did his elder brother. The team work well together and keep to a routine which I think is important for little people. There are always lots of variety in the activities set out. The team keep me up to date on what my son gets up to throughout the day and genuinely love looking
after him for me. The facilities are good and I see evidence of good cleaning routines. There always seems to be plenty of food at meal times and it's prepared on site. The team are always happy and display energy and enthusiasm I have never seen anyone of them being grumpy! My eldest son loves coming with me to drop off or pick up his brother as the team still make such a fuss over him too.

Currently, my youngest child attends this nursery. However, my eldest also attended from 20months old until he started school at 4 years 8months old. We moved house and there are plenty of closer nurseries that my younger child could have attended instead, however, we love Mamas Bear Crews Hole Rd.
Every single member of staff puts in 110% with every child. You can see that they really enjoy their jobs. They are friendly and promote education in such a way, I can see new attributes to my son's behaviour and knowledge every week. (Same as when my eldest attended). Both are confident boys and I believe that a lot of this is down to the way in which they are guided through their early years learning at Mama Bears. I cannot thank Mama Bears enough for helping mold them both into happy, high achievers that are loving every aspect of life :)

Our 2-year-old daughter attends one day a week and has done since her first birthday. We have always been pleased with the level of care our daughter has received, the communication about her time there, development and daily planning, the online observation tool is engaging and interactive. The setting
has clear policies in place such as sickness, medication, lateness, etc that make issues transparent.
I have complete faith in the staff's abilities and enjoy seeing them and knowing they are keeping by daughter safe, engaged and developing her understanding.

The staff are all really friendly and helpful. My daughter really enjoys going and my son also went here up to school age. The setting feels nice compared to some of the other nurseries as it isn't overlooked and doesn't feel like it's in the city. I like that staff make sure they talk you through your
child's day and useful to have it all written down for you as well.

My son has been at Mama Bears Crews Hole for just over 18 months. He started it in bouncy bears and has moved up to pre school. He is a happy, confident and secure little boy who really enjoys nursery. He has made lots of friends and has developed some special relationships. The staff are brilliant
and really do care. There are a few members of staff who have been so patient and understanding they have made me happy to leave him. His numeracy and literacy are coming along nicely and we always get lots of feed back. The staff put links, pictures and updates on the interactive app meaning I can see he's having a good day whilst I'm at work! His brother will be starting at Mama Bears just as the eldest child leaves, as a parent I don't think there's a better endorsement than sending a second child happily!

Mama Bears at Crews Hole have been utterly fantastic in helping our 3-year-old son settle in after a difficult period of change due to our childminder giving notice with immediate effect. Our son is very happy at the nursery. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.
The nursery uses the eyLog
system so we can see what he is up to throughout the day which is lovely.
I would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to friends or family in the area. He always eats all his food and often has two helpings. He comes home completely tired and often falls asleep straight away. Thank you Mama Bears.

Both my husband and I have been extremely impressed by Mama Bear's Day Nursery (Crews Hole) since my child joined 9 months ago. The staff are wonderful and highly attentive to my child's care and development. We love the daily updates and regular pictures and she seems to thoroughly enjoy her time here.
Would definitely recommend this nursery!!
