Our boy has been with you for almost 4 years! We have felt that he is quite clever and has learnt lots. He is is a very social and confident boy and very polite. We feel that a great part of his learning journey so far is down to the nursery. You've done an awesome job in helping us raise our son. From day 1 when our son transitioned to Bright Horizons Bury St Edmunds Day Nursery and Preschool, the care received and individualised learning and developing plan was outstanding. The staff are caring and know each child so well and is evident in the day to day interactions with them. The planned activities are thoughtful and enjoyed by the children.

We cannot fault their enthusiasm and passion and have found our experience to be excellent. The facilities are brilliant and the food is varied and nutricious. We have loved our time so much thst our daughter now goes as well. We couldn't recommend this nursery more.
Over the past three years, we have seen the confidence and ability of our child develop fantastically.
The staff have always been caring and despite the morning drop-off being a tearful experience our child now happily goes to play with friends in the morning.

My child has been attending the nursery for 3 years and I have been thoroughly impressed with every stage of my child's learning experience and care. With help from toilet training to speech therapy, every member of staff have been impeccable and I cannot thank them all enough.
When my child started nursery, he was quite shy but teachers helped him get over that.
My child is always happy when he gets home from nursery. He is going for half a day but he would be happy to come for a full day.

I am happy here with my child's experience at this nursery. She has been here since 8 months and is now leaving for school. I am positive she is ready with the brilliant staff that have achieved this.
I cannot rate this nursery highly enough. From the day my son started (at 9 months old) the compassion to my needs as a mummy and his needs as an inquisitive and active little boy have been met and exceeded daily.
The meals provided are never boring and always encouraged independence by self-serving and helping to clear up which my little bot insists on doing daily at home too.

The staff are welcoming and helpful and easy to talk to. There are always plenty of things for the children to do. He is now ready for school!
My daughter loves coming to nursery. She has built up brilliant relationships with all the ladies she has worked with from the baby room to the 2-3-year-old room. The communication has always been good and if I have ever had any concerns then they have been dealt with quickly. Rebecca has been a Nursery Practitioner for 20 years.
She qualified early on, gaining her NNEB and has continued to update her training throughout this time.
She has a Level 4 qualification in Childcare and Education.
She has always worked in the private sector and is experienced in all areas of development with children aged 0-8 years. Although being a manager of a busy setting is challenging and rewarding, Rebecca's favourite time of day is spending time with the children, be it joining them for lunch or taking small groups to the local swimming pool.
For the last 14 years, Rebecca has been in senior Nursery positions and has been involved in the setting up of two purpose-built nurseries.
Rebecca has said that she prides herself on the strong, professional and loyal staff team that they have built up at Tassel Road Day Nursery.
I started working in childcare in 1999 as a modern apprentice and gained my level 2 in Childcare and Education. I completed my Level 3 in 2001 and I started working with preschool children and moved into a Deputy Manager Role two years later. I joined Tassel Road Nursery in 2005 and three years later I qualified as a Level 4 practitioner.
I am also qualified Accredited SENCO completing my training in 2008. This role involves supporting children who require additional support within the nursery.
I enjoy spending time in all areas of the nursery, especially with the babies. I am passionate about supporting children on their journey of discovery and I have two children of my own.
