Young Sussex Nursery (Shoreham)

Even the school that my oldest goes to said they love having kids from young Sussex because they are well mannered and you can tell they had great learning skills from going there, with this it shows that not just parents see the benefits of this nursery but also local schools see it too.

I have 4 children who have all attended young Sussex in shoreham spanning 15 years.

They have been amazing from my 1st child through to my 4th.

If you are looking for a home from home nursery for your child then Young Sussex is perfect and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

Young Sussex nursery has been amazing for my children. My youngest left in August to start school and he's more than ready to be at school and this is down to the nursery and the teaching they give them. Both of my children started from age 1 until they left for school and I have loved them being at young Sussex I would highly recommend. The staff are very kind and professional and the environment is great for the kids. Any incidents were dealt with so well and made me feel so comfortable. My youngest needed cream applied to his skin daily and they did this for him and he was very comfortable having this done. Thank you for helping my children thrive ready for school!!

I was amazed by the structure and fun activities they have planned every week. The staff and management are so professional, happy, helpful and welcoming. Making the whole atmosphere a homely lovely place to be, they actually welcome you into the nursery which I think is lovely not just door stop pickups. Highly recommend this nursery the best for the best in Shoreham for sure.

I would just like to say how wonderful Young Sussex Nursery in Shoreham is, my son was at Young Sussex since he was 1 year old. He really strived so much since being there and built some lovely relationships not just with the key children but with the key workers too as they do such a magnificent job! My son has now graduated and has started reception, and he misses it so much already. I really do recommend Young Sussex Nursery in Shoreham as they care so much and are a wonderful team. From the moment our daughter started at Young Sussex we knew we'd made the right choice. For the whole time that she attended there they showed nothing but love, care and attention for her. The variety of activities, crafts, play and outdoor time provided on a daily basis is great and our daughter thoroughly enjoyed her time here, she would always have so much to say about her day when she got home. All staff were amazing and you can tell they really do care for all the children there. They were all very knowledgable and would happily help with anything I asked and would put things in place to help our daughter with things if needed such as growing confidence to try new foods. They were great on the lead-up to her leaving for school and handling all the emotions that come with that too. It was a sad time when she left for school and she already misses it but I would happily recommend this nursery to anyone!

We moved our children to Young Sussex last summer and we have been so pleased with our decision. We have noticed a significant change in our daughter's confidence and social skills. She is very happy to go into nursery and always seems happy at pick up. She is always talking about her friends and the activities they do at nursery. When I have had concerns her keyworker and other members of the team have been very responsive. The staff always organise wonderful activities for the children that engage them and I really feel that my daughter is now ready for school.

We are so pleased that we chose Young Sussex Shoreham for our daughter's nursery. She started at 9 months old and only left to go to school. Her teachers comment on the excellent behaviour and manners of all the children who went to her nursery. The care for her was amazing there. She developed so well and we were kept up to date all the time on how she was getting on. The feedback was always really detailed and well-informed from all the workers there. We have already enrolled our 4-week-old daughter!

We've had only one year with Young Sussex and what a year it's been. Everything at this nursery is exceptional and hand on heart it's been wonderful. She's had the best year with them and they have helped her become school-ready in time for September. I can not thank them enough for all their hard work, warm, kind and wonderful attitudes with the children, myself and my husband. We feel a big part of the Young Sussex family and will always remember our time with them. Everything is what we wanted in a nursery, brilliant inside and outside space, parking, staff, activities, facilities snacks just everything is fabulous. Just go and see the nursery for yourself and you'll see how wonderful it is. Thank you Young Sussex you have been truly amazing to our family and we will miss you.

She has made such a lovely group of friends there and is so excited to go to school with them! I would highly recommend Young Sussex Shoreham to others - they have been very reliable and supportive with us, and have looked after her amazingly.

My two children attended Young Sussex Nursery Shoreham and the experience has been fantastic. Key points being: Easy to drop off and pick up with plenty of parking near by. Flexible with swap days. Very interactive sessions throughout the day and quick updates on the web portal for me to view. Kids enjoy turning up to nursery in the morning. Variation of food is excellent. Access to Buckingham Park for little adventures. The most important factor is the staff who are very attentive, informative at pick up, have helped with personal development, and genuinely care about the kids. Our eldest who left the nursery 2 years ago always looks forward to seeing the staff when we drop off her younger sister. Highly recommend to others and appreciate it is a daunting task when looking for a nursery for your little ones - ours have really enjoyed the years they have spent there and it has put them on a good track for on-going education.

My son will be leaving Young Sussex Nursery Shoreham at the end of August and will be so sad to go. He has had a brilliant time at the nursery. He joined when he was just 11 months old and it has been a joy to see him grow and develop with the help of the amazing staff at Young Sussex. He has formed some wonderful friendships and been able to try so many new things. Young Sussex Shoreham is a caring and nurturing environment and we are so grateful to the staff for the wonderful experience our son has had with them over the past 4 years.
