Thank you to everyone at YS Brighton for giving both our girls such a happy, start. We'll always be grateful and would highly recommend!

Both of my children attended Young Sussex Nursery and thoroughly enjoyed their time there. Staff have always been friendly, helpful and fully focused on helping children and families through each transition of life. Classes have good ratio between children and staff.

As our daughter gets ready to move on to Reception, we'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone at the nursery for the wonderful care, kindness and support you have given her over the 2 years.

You have created such a warm, safe, nurturing environment where she can learn, grow and be happy. We have watched our daughter becomes more confident, happy and excited to learn. We are very grateful for all the love, patience, encouragement and hard work that goes into making her feel valued and cared for. Thank you for giving her such a positive start to her learning journey and making her early years so special. She will miss you all so so much!

We'd like to give special thanks to the office team and management. Communication has always been excellent, every interaction has been friendly, professional and supportive. Whether it was answering questions, providing updates, or helping with administrative matters, everything was handled so smoothly and efficiently.

The team at Young Sussex are fantastic. If you are looking for down to earth but interstellar levels of care, choose young sussex. I have 2 boys attend, the eldest is leaving for school. Honestly, i put a large proportion of his good behaviour and attitudes to lessons they have instilled. They have high expectations for the children, but set them in the kindest way. My boy thinks the world of all the staff and really respects and admires them. They have been great role models. It is so important who you leave your children with for the most important part of their development and i feel blessed we were lucky with the nursery we chose. The facilities are good and the staff and team are just wonderful.

As our little one now moves on to Reception, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone at the nursery for all their hard work, kindness and support. We will always look back on our time here with fond memories and would highly recommend this nursery to any family.

Even the school that my oldest goes to said they love having kids from young Sussex because they are well mannered and you can tell they had great learning skills from going there, with this it shows that not just parents see the benefits of this nursery but also local schools see it too.

I have 4 children who have all attended young Sussex in shoreham spanning 15 years.

They have been amazing from my 1st child through to my 4th.

If you are looking for a home from home nursery for your child then Young Sussex is perfect and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

We moved from another area of the country and therefore had to move nursery for our son - this made me feel anxious but the staff at Young Sussex on Dyke Road made the transition smooth and were very caring. Our son really enjoyed his time at Young Sussex - we had to move him again due change in living circumstances and he still talks about the "old nursery". The staff were particularly supportive through a new medical diagnosis and engaged in learning about this and how it might affect our son. The timings and flexibility of attendance was also fantastic, especially for our shift work pattern. I would highly recommend Young Sussex.

We recently moved our daughter to Young Sussex after moving back to the area. It's been a fantastic decision to send her here and we're delighted with how she's settled. The staff are professional, kind and caring with our daughter taking an immediate liking to them. We love how much they go outside and the group seem very tight.Very happy with the decision!

I'd have no hesitation to recommend them and will feel sad to say goodbye when my daughter moves onto school.

I'm thrilled with the sense of family environment and care we feel at Young Sussex. My toddler has been thriving and so enjoys going in to nursery in the mornings. She sometimes doesn't even bother waving goodbye as she is so excited to get in to the room with her friends. The communication has been fantastic and I truly feel like I have been included in all aspects of her development since she started. Thank you to the Ladybug team!

My son arrived without speaking a word of English and with special dietary requirements (celiac disease). The staff he has been with every day have made him feel more and more comfortable until he has developed his English perfectly to communicate with them. Not a single day has he gone to nursery feeling sad or worried; he has always told me nice and funny stories about the staff, he has never felt uncomfortable or misunderstood, and for that I will always be very grateful :) I would also like to point out that they have been able to perfectly manage my son's special dietary requirements, taking into account not only gluten-free meals, but also play items that may contain gluten, changing some ingredients to make gluten-free crafts. I am extremely grateful for this. As for me, communication with Daniela and the staff has always been fantastic, very close and accessible, and always willing to help with any circumstances that may arise. For all this, thank you very much!

Our daughter went here for 3 1/2 years and was extremely happy! She also attended another two nurseries so we have a good comparison and she really loved Young Sussex. She made absolute best friends, she came out of nursery completely school-ready and all-round happy. She has brought home some lovely arts activities that have been really thoughtful and I'll keep as a very treasured memory. I also loved the extra activities that were on offer (e.g. when external visitors like musicians came and engaged the kids) and I was extremely grateful for the extra requests I was able to make, for example, my daughter and her two besties had a brilliant little photoshoot on their last day together before starting school - another really precious memory to treasure and keep. We also made the staffs' lives extra difficult by asking them to use our cloth nappies which I am sure was an additional challenge but they took it on and tried to accommodate which I was very grateful for!

Both of my children went to Young Sussex and thrived in their care. The staff are professional, kind, creative and supportive. My children learnt so much, and as parents we felt very confident that they were safe and cared for. I fully recommend the nursery and cannot thank them enough for their role in my children's development.

We have had an absolutely fantastic experience at Young Sussex Brighton. We moved our daughter aged 1 from another nursery at which we'd had a bad experience and immedialtey found them to be kind, well-led, organised and extremely supportive as we navigated having a young child in day care as I returned to work. There is a low turnover of staff which makes sense with a stong and commited leadership team. The staff all wear uniform which really helped our daughter understand who she could go to and the setting has great toys, activities and a lovely garden. She's been very happy their since day one and has moved up to the toddler room which she skips into most days. When she does get upset going in occasionally, staff are brilliant in knowing which activity to suggest to make her enthusiastic! She talks constantly at home about all the things she gets up to. The office staff have been extremely supportive and flexible, always available via phone, email or popping in.

Couldn't thank more for all the care, love and attention this nursery gave to my son.

He's in reception now but still passing nursery gates by saying Hi and with joy chatting to stuff.

It was amazing experience with professionals working in this nursery.

We had lot's ups and downs with speach delay and easily getting overwhelmed or too excited but thanks to experienced and loving professionals working here my son learned a lots how to deal with his emotions and not only.

Would recommend it over and over again.
