Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Burgess Hill

Putting our son into this nursery has been the best decision we've made - not only does he have fun and look forward to going there, but he gets the benefit of learning new skills and experiences on a daily basis - it's going to be excellent preparation for him to eventually go to school one day. All of the staff are excellent, professional and extremely friendly. The food is also outstanding, as is the variety. I've even borrowed one of the recipes for at home! The garden facilities are also excellent and our son loves playing outside as much as he does inside. I can "relax" at work knowing he's in safe hands!

My daughter has been welcomed to the Kiddi Caru nursery and she looks forward to her nursery days! Every member of staff I have met has been genuinely friendly and taken a real interest in the children. I love that they spend so much time outdoors and do lots of different activities including baking, sign+rhyme and messy art. My daughter happily eats all the in-house cooked food there and she seems really well looked after. The only reservation I have about increasing her hours is the cost, but otherwise, this is a great nursery and I would highly recommend it!

I can't fault the team at Kiddi Caru in Burgess Hill, each one of them that we've met has been absolutely fantastic. The development we've seen from our child has been excellent, and they've offered help and guidance through any problems that we've had that has been invaluable.

Our twin boys have attended Kiddi Caru in Burgess Hill since they were 6 months old and we've been impressed throughout that time. The children always have a good time and are exposed to new activities. The nursery provide good meals daily and the staff have really supported their development. We had concerns about the size as it is a large nursery but the building is broken down into small rooms for each age group which is great.

Both our children have had the best possible start for school. They are really happy with all their carers and have made friends with many of the children.

My son has just finished after starting at eight months old. He has received amazing care and thoroughly enjoyed his time but is now off to big school. As an August baby, preschool have done a fantastic job at supporting getting him ready for his next steps in leaving. A massive thank you to all the lovely staff there, they are a fantastic team.

My son has been at this nursery since the age of 9 months and loves it here. As we approach his last month before school, it is great to look back at all the fun he had, the things he has learnt and how much he has grown and developed. He loves the garden and forest school, the food is great and staff are attentive, friendly and helpful.

The only downside (and I'm reticent to comment since everything else is so good) is that they sleep in the same room as they play and there's quite a variation in the amount of sleeps that the age in his room needs. So he's often extremely overtired as he rarely gets the at least 2.5 hours he requires.

My daughter has been going to Kiddi Caru since she was 6 months old and is incredibly happy there. She loves all her carers and has made some lovely friends there. Every day she takes part in a variety of activities, from art to sport to play and loves it all. She is a very sociable girl outside of nursery with excellent language. More importantly, nursery is helping her to develop empathy, emotional intelligence and the ability to express her feelings. The food and forest school are outstanding too.

Both my son and I love Kiddi Caru, he has been going for about 2 years and he loves it. He regularly comes home and talks about the the people that work there and often talks about going to the forest school!

If you’re a parent don’t hesitate at all, our experience has been amazing.

My little boy has attended since he was 5 months and we have been happy every step of the way. Me and his dad are extremely thankful to all the staff who make every day just that bit easier with their support and care towards out precious son. He loves going out in the Kiddi bus and really enjoys the fab garden! With our son moving to his next room soon we can honestly say we wouldn't want him to be anywhere else. Thank you all the amazing staff!

I've been absolutely delighted with the care that my son has received thus far in Swan. The staff have been fantastic with both him and us and we couldn't recommend Kiddi Caru higher (actually I have done this via local selling groups/village hubs on Facebook when people have asked for nursery recommendations).

I really like the book and notes from each day so I know what he's been up to, what he's liked and what he's eaten.

He's always so happy to get there every morning which makes dropping him off so much easier.

My son is always happy when we pick him up and the girls that look after him are lovely. Even staff from other rooms all know him by name and always say hello! I like the element of security the nursery provides and the progress books are wonderful. He comes home with several new words a day and really absorbs what he is learning throughout his time at nursery.

We highly recommend Kiddi Caru day nursery. The staff have worked wonders with our son who has and still does find the drop off very upsetting. They have done an amazing job of settling him and helping him to gain confidence. He really enjoys his time at nursery and has learned so much since being there. It is a great opportunity for him to socialise with lots of other children and adults.

These guys are complete professionals, their approachable and friendly attitude to child care makes it an easy choice.

You can see the social and cognitive development with your child as they leave the nursery enriched from the day's activities.

Their debrief on the entire day from nappies to food to programmes show they care about both their delivery and your child.

I am very proud of what they achieved and am very happy to recommend using them - I wouldn't consider leaving my child with any other nursery, once you have seen the best it would be hard to get elsewhere.

My two have learnt so much even in a short time at the nursery and that is down to the hard work and dedication of the staff.

Very pleased with Kiddi Caru. My son likes it in the nursery he can't wait in the morning to go to Kiddi Caru, he is afraid to be late, shouts to cars to move so he is in time. Personnel is very friendly, food seems to vary which is good because children can try and learn to eat different food, events are exciting, activities are great. The most loved by my son is Forest School. He likes playing in the garden and in the sand pit. Highly recommended.

Very expensive, should have a way in which you are not charged if your child is on holiday if a certain notice period is given.
