Kiddi Caru Burgess Hill, a GrandirUK Day Nursery

My daughter has been at Kiddi Caru almost a year and will soon be going up to the next stage. She has thrived since being there. Very engaging, entertaining and well fed. She loves the outdoor area and is regularly changed due to all the fun and messy activities they carry out. Although it seems like a large and 'industrious' nursery, once they are within their rooms it is personal and has a more inclusive feeling. The benefits of being a larger nursery is they cater extremely well to dietary requirements, they have a very large, well equipped and varied outside space, and in addition, they have access to a large pool of staff whom have many creative ideas and fun activities for the kids.

Both of our kids have been to this nursery. It is more like a family. Our older one still loves visiting and sharing his school experiences with his nursery time carers. Love the outdoor space they have and fun activities they arrange for kids. Highly recommend this nursery.

Our child started in the baby room and progressed up to the 2yr to 3yr old room.

The staff were always very friendly and helpful, even when she was under the weather. The first two rooms were excellent and provided fantastic care, since moving up to the larger age group, we felt there has been less structured learning within the room and too many children in a smaller area.

Overall Kiddi Caru is a nice nursery and we were very happy with the service they provided.

We are extremely happy with the care our two daughters receive, 4 year old and 1 year old, and the staff are all very friendly and caring. We definitely made the right choice!

My daughter has attended the nursery from April of this year and I have been extremely happy with the care she has received. My daughter has some medical issues which the staff in the Swan Room have been amazing with. Every time I pick her up she is happy and I’m sure if she could talk she would say so herself! The nursery is also very very clean and they have an in-house chef which is amazing as my daughter eats all her food! The Swan Room have their own baby garden which is great, they get to take part in sing and sign and they have a great sensory room! One other thing to top it all off, she never comes home dirty! They clean their clothes when necessary and wipe their hands and faces. The best nursery I’ve experienced so far.

Just attended the Open day and my daughter's nursery graduation. Was very well run and staffed and the kids really enjoyed it - well done!

The Nursery is extremely professional in many areas such as cleanliness, security, amazing staff, constructive and differentiating activities for the children.

My son has been going here for several months now. I’ve seen such a massive difference in his social and motor skills. The staff are lovely and so caring. I am very happy with the care and attention they provide my son.

Both my boys love Kiddi Caru! They go off happily in the morning without a backwards glance and when I pick them up in the evening it takes ages to get away from playing. One of my favourite aspects is the amount of outdoor space and time the kids spend outside. All the staff are wonderful and have made really strong connections with them both and I am amazed by the progress they are making.

My daughter has thoroughly enjoyed the past 3 years where she went in as a little shy girl but has blossomed into a confident young girl. Thank you to all the key workers who have taught my daughter so well.

Such lovely staff, my son took to them all straight away. They comforted him when he started and was unsettled and by the time he left he was sad to go. He’s learnt so much and has come on with play and speech in leaps and bounds.

The activities throughout the day are varied, as is the food. We never worry about our son's safety and are always informed if he bumps his head etc. Kiddi Caru are able to administer Calpol which is a massive help as some nurseries don't. Their opening times are brilliant and the Newsletter and Parents Evenings really help keep us in the loop. The facilities are wonderful and I can't ever imagine the children getting bored!

Overall I would rate this nursery 10 out of 10. A big thank you to all the wonderful staff. You certainly have a tough job but you do it so well!

My daughter really enjoys the days at Kiddi Caru. She has developed many skills, including reading and listening, and has gained lots of confidence. The provided services are a good value for money.

My son is very happy at Kiddi Caru and I am happy with the care he receives. The outdoor space is excellent and definitely one of the reasons we chose the nursery. The staff are friendly and caring. Definitely, recommend the nursery.

The excellent caring attitude shown by the staff has impressed me very much alongside the impressive outdoor facilities which are so important to small children. The overall impression is very good with lots for the children to do, both on their own and together with the staff either on an individual basis or in groups. My son only goes to Kiddi Caru one day a week and almost always seems to have enjoyed his time there at the end of the day when he is collected.

A very warm and caring nursery which genuinely focussed on the welfare and development of children. Staff are very professional, empathetic and conscientious. It’s been wonderful to have had a place there for my son.

Very pleased with how the team have developed and continue to develop both of my children. Wonderful environment for them to learn in and have always been very pleased with their key carers in each class they have been in.

We love that the children go outside every day and the outside space is excellent. The inside spaces are bright and clean and our daughter looks forward to her time there so a thumbs up from her!!

Our daughter loves Kiddi Caru and I'm often impressed with the range of activities that the team provide. The team are all kind and friendly. There is a good range of food available, and differing dietary requirements are catered for. There is also a large outdoor space available. Recommended.
