My daughter has attended Kiddi Caru Nursery since she was 11 months old and is about to transition to the Teal room for 18-24 month olds. As she's my first baby I was quite anxious about her starting nursery and me returning to work but the settling in sessions provided me with the assurance that she would be happy there and she is! Since my daughter started the staff have been fantastic, they really care about her and her development and I get a brilliant summary of what she's been up to during the day when I collect her. The nursery is really responsive to queries, the app is great, there's lots of activities throughout the day and the food my daughter is provided is varied and she is able to have more if she wants it. Overall we're really happy with Kiddi Caru and we recommend it.

Great variety of learning and development activities. Very friendly, helpful staff, who listen carefully and have spent time getting to know my child. Excellent catering for all dietary requirements.

We now have two girls attending Kiddi Caru, Burgess Hill, and they are both very happy there. The best thing about the nursery is the staff, who make our girls feel so welcome and loved. They put a lot of effort into ensuring that the girls are kept entertained and have a variety of experiences. However, they do have to do their best with not a huge amount of resources. Unfortunately, the gardens are very lacking and are in desperate need of attention; some play equipment and plants would be very beneficial.

Teal Room - the team have been so amazing with my little one. They are always ensuring updates are kept on app, my little one has everything they need and is happy to be with them on a day to day basis. They all seem to enjoy spending time with my little one and help them with their development whether it's leading to stand, walk, eat with a spoon or drink from a sippy cup. The team is always happy, positive, helpful and willing to do what is best for the little ones they take care of. Big thank you to the team.

We previously had our daughter in another nursery and found she was not thriving or bonding with any of the staff or children there. She was so distressed when we dropped her off. So we moved her to Kiddi Caru and honestly it is the best thing we have ever done. She has bonded beautifully with her key worker. She has lots of friends and enjoys being with the other children. Everyday she does something different and she is learning so much and is always coming home with new skills she has learnt while being there. She is so happy when we drop her off. The staff keep us updated and we love the app and the photos of what she has been doing that day and when she is achieving. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. We are so pleased she is there!

Best thing we've done for our little girl is to move her to Kiddi Caru. She's progressed so much and always enjoys her time there. Lots of playing and the carers are so attentive. Couldn't be happier.

My son is so happy to go into nursery three days a week. He is picking up lots of new skills and the staff keep him engaged with lots of different activities. He particularly adores one staff member who is always so approachable and caring and I feel confident leaving him in her care. The team always keep us informed of any issues and highlight little wins he has had through the day. He is happy when we drop him off and pick him up which is a great comfort and we are very grateful he has settled in so well to Carolina. Thank you all so much!

Our daughter has thrived at Kiddi Caru from a baby to someone ready and equipped to leave for primary school. The caring nature alongside educational learning has been first class, and we can't thank the whole team enough.

My daughter has been going since January 2025 and she absolutely loves it. The staff are so caring and do a wonderful job looking after her. She has developed so much since going and the staff are always encouraging her development. They do fun activities such as water play and playing with flour, and even learning about different cultures. They've gotten to know her so well and I absolutely trust them to look after my baby. I cannot recommend Kiddi Caru enough.

I've got two kids at this nursery, 4 and 2 and we've been really happy with the care they've both received here. My eldest can sometimes struggle with her emotions, and the team have been really caring around supporting her whether she gets overwhelmed (thank you to a particular staff member :) ). My youngest seems to be really enjoying herself, sometimes it's a struggle to coax her out of the nursery she's having such a good time! There was a change in management last year, but I haven't noticed much change for the worse. Whenever I have queries, a particular member of staff is really quick to respond to them. No complaints from me, would happily recommend.

Great room staff who take care of my child well, know them well and takes their preferences into consideration when planning activities. Very happy with my nursery choice. Feel listened too when I have brought up concerns and actions put into place.

A truly excellent nursery , very helpful and the staff are incredible, two in particular. They have both been so caring in the journey that both of our children are taking through nursery. Highly recommend.

Kiddi caru have been amazing for both my children. The care and teaching they give our children is amazing. To know that when I can't be there they are so happy and safe is great. They take time to know all children individually and adjust to their needs. I would recommend Kiddi caru to family and friends.

My twin boys attend Kiddi Caru in Burgess hill 3 days a week and they always run straight into nursery with smiles on their faces and adore the staff members. When dropping off and picking up the twins, the staff always say hello. The garden has great space for the children to run around and like that the children go out in all weather's. The twins has recently moved from Geese room to Carolina and the transition was great, the twins already mention their new teachers at home and bring lots of artwork home!

Fabulous nursery with lovely helpful staff. Daughter has recently started with Kiddi Caru and the staff are very understanding and answer any questions I have. My daughter settled in well and loves being there.

My son loves the team in Carolina room and is always excited to go in and see them. We always receive updates on the app of how he is developing and interacting with the different activities and event days that the Nursery put on for the children. Great outdoor space and onsite chef.

My son has been attending the Carolina room for over 6 months and his progression has been nothing short of impressive. His interaction with other children is great and the skills he is picking up through daily activates laid out by the minders has blown me away. His minders never seem to be short of creative and interactive ideas designed to improve motor skills, literacy and social/ interactive ability's. Very impressed so far.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was a year old. The staff are lovely and helpful. She loves going to the nursery and look forward to all the activities they do there. They keep us posted with everything. Good care overall.
