Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Burgess Hill

My grandson attended Kiddi Caru from July 2021 until September 2022. He absolutely loved his time there - not once did my grandson leave at 4pm unhappy. The care team are kind and considerate and always took such care to ensure that my grandson's needs were met. Such an outstanding environment to send your child. I would recommend Kiddi Caru to any parent who would like their child to thrive at their own pace without any pressure or upset (coming home totally happy with their day).

My daughter attended the nursery since January 2021 after turning 3 years old. The preschool team have been great and my daughter really enjoyed her time here. I know my daughter loves to write/draw and I have seen a huge improvement in her skills since joining pre-school.

My daughter started at Kiddi Caru at 14 months old and now has left to start school. She has flourished at the nursery, she enjoyed going and loved the staff who have taken very good care of her. She had fun every day with the activities and her learning has exceeded my expectations. I would, without hesitation, recommend Kiddi Caru Burgess Hill. The staff working at this nursery are a huge, huge credit to this company. Thank you for all you have done.

My daughter has been going to Nursery here since March. I was very worried she wouldn't take to it as she really didn't like new faces, but she has taken to it so well and now she's so much less concerned with new people day to day. She has come on leaps and bounds here and it is all down to the staff and the fantastic ladies in Swan. I am so comfortable leaving her in their care and I appreciate everything they do. Even down to the small things like calling to mention she had been bitten by a bug and they were monitoring it.

Our daughter has attended Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Burgess Hill since September and she loves it. The staff there are fantastic with her. She's always coming home with positive stories about what she has done during the day. She loves the art and craft and the making table. When we drop her off in the morning she is literally buzzing to get in and play with her friends and she sometimes meets some at the door and makes the introductions. The staff are excellent, everyone from the office staff to the nursery staff. They're always polite, engaging and happy to discuss our daughter's development and involvement in activities. Our daughter loves them. It was important to us to find a place where our daughter could be herself and Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Burgess Hill really provides this in abundance. We are very happy with her care here and would recommend it to others.

My daughter is always happy to go to nursery and always returns home happy. This really is the most important thing for me. The nursery communicates well and has accommodated me when I have needed it. The staff are friendly and engage well with the children.

I am very uncertain that my child is being given the attention that was promised when inducting to the nursery.

Our daughter loves attending and comes home with great stories of the fun she has had with the other children and people who work there! She has learnt a lot and has grown in confidence as a result of attending.

My son has been at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Burgess Hill for over a year now, and he has grown so much. He adores everyone there, and I couldn't ask for better people to look after him. I love that he gets so messy and dirty every day he's there, as it shows how much fun he has had.

I would love to be able to write a glowing recommendation, for Kiddi Caru, but I can't. They have a great facility, most, if not all staff are good, and my dealings with the on-site management are usually good. But it is a big chain and is there to make money, so everything is cut back to bare bones. They struggle to retain staff, due to the terms and conditions the staff are given, which means high turnover, which means disruption to our children. They have the bare minimum of staff to cover each room, which means if someone goes sick, which they do regularly, especially in the current climate, our children are moved from room to room causing much disruption to their routine. The "can you keep your child off" emails are becoming way too regular. They have also changed the way the school is catered, a cost-saving exercise, and my son has regularly said he didn't eat lunch, not sure if that is the standard of the food or just my son.

Very friendly staff and always doing great activities with kids. One staff member is fantastic, and always feel my boys had a great day - given updates of what's he's done, what foods he's eaten, etc.

My son joined this nursery as a 6 month old so I could return to work and our experience has been good. They are all fond of him, he is excited to see them when I drop him off and he comes home tired and ready for bed. He does long days 07:30-18:30. He naps with them. He struggled for a week or two to adjust to napping in a room where there is other noise but the staff got to know him and now they’ve cracked it and he gets plenty of sleep most days. He’s a laid back baby but he is obviously comfortable here. He struggled with first foods and the guys again got to know him and tried new ideas and he’s now eating well (turns out individual veg isn’t his thing he prefers meals) the food is good and varied. I get pics and videos every few days via their online portal. I’m very happy with them and the price is pretty comparable to other nurseries.

They have a separate garden for each age group and they are outside a lot which my boy loves. Good separation of ages too with lots of space.

Our son has been at Kiddi Caru for almost a year now and has come on leaps and bounds. When he started in the 2s room he was non-verbal and very socially removed due to his ASD, the wonderful SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and staff have worked with us to get our son talking, playing, and most of all comfortable in the setting. Nothing is ever too much to ask of them, they report back about his day and we have seen how their dedication and expertise have really made our little one feel at ease and come out of his shell. Not only are the staff in his room amazing but those that are are in other parts of the nursery are too, they are all so kind, cautious, fun, and well trained. I honestly can't recommend the nursery enough!

My daughter always gets so excited about going to nursery. Her keyworker and staff are wonderful and very friendly, my daughter loves them. They are amazing and doing a brilliant job especially now, through the pandemic. They worked hard to keep the nursery open and all kids safe. There are very good safety measures in place. This nursery is great! Both my 2 year old daughter and 1 year old daughter attend and love it. The staff are lovely and their development has come on leaps and bounds thanks to them. In particular, one member of staff in the Geese room has helped my daughter resettle in since lockdown and has helped her speech so much.

My son attends Kiddi Caru and it's the best choice we've made. He only goes two days a week but each day he gets so excited to go and always comes out with such a smile and always tells me he's had a good day. Would certainly recommend to anyone contemplating or looking for their kids as they will be in safe hands.

We were apprehensive about our son starting in October when he had not long been 2 years old and he is still non-verbal however the staff at Kiddi Caru have all been fantastic with him and he always gets so excited about going back each week. All of the staff are very polite and take an interest in our son's development and wellbeing. We cannot rate them highly enough especially one member of staff who he has already developed a real bond with. We cannot rate the team highly enough!

She loves going to nursery and it makes my job as a working mummy so much easier!

We are over the moon with how our daughters first 7 months have been at this nursery and look forward to watching her grow and develop further with them.

My son has been going here since he was 8-months-old and he loves it. He really thrives here and has made some good friends. He has liked all of his carers and is now in the pre-school room. The food is varied, they do lots of fun activities. The nursery is open long hours/during holidays which really helps working parents and he learns new things every week. My second child has recently started in the baby room and it’s reassuring to know he will be in good hands.
