At Little Pioneers Chichester they make parents a partner as they know you're the most important person in your child's life. They have regular parent/carer forums, so you can learn all about upcoming events and activities and provide valuable feedback too.

They have an app, ParentZone, which keeps parents/carers updated about their little ones day at nursery, from photos of their day, assessments, meals eaten and even toilet training progress! They also have 5 Little Pioneers to help share their core values with children such as encouraging them to make their own decisions to expressing their feelings.

They are big on safety which is why ALL their staff are paediatric first aid trained. They also hold the prestigious Green Flag Status Award (the highest possible), which is an internationally recognised award for a programme that sees children lead the way in making little changes that deliver big environmental differences.

They are big on happy children as they have areas for growing food (and eating it), regular visits to local care homes and a focus on looking after each other and the world.

I moved my daughter over to the Co-op Childcare Chichester nursery in April 2021 and she settled in so quickly, all the girls are amazing and welcoming. Mu daughter has really built a bond with her key person who is always honest with letting me know how my daughter's day has been. I would highly recommend
Chichester nursery to anyone looking for a nursery that feels like a home from home for the child.

All the staff are helpful and allow me to comment on my son's care needs. All the staff are really friendly and make us feel as comfortable as possible. The food is to a good standard and I know that they don’t force things on my son.

The team at the nursery are excellent and have provided fantastic care for our son over the last 2 1/2 years. The team really get to know each child and tailor their approach to suit them. He’s very happy there, which is obviously the most important consideration.

I have recommended this nursery to many friends and colleagues. Lovely friendly staff, great open hours and accessibility, flexible team.
I have 2 children now at the nursery and I only have positive experiences. They have been excellent during the pandemic!

Fantastic nursery. I have sent both my children here from around 6 months of age and they have loved it, plus I have felt confident and comfortable. If there are ever any concerns, this has been dealt with very efficiently and with great care. My children have developed wonderful relationships with

My son started here when he was 11 months old. The settle in sessions were brilliant to get them used to new surroundings especially after the first lockdown. He has gained so much from this nursery. Development wise - he's grown so much through the staff engaging, the activities, the social side and
new experiences. The children have regular assessments that are sent to the parents through the parent zone app. I love these updates and pictures of him playing in the nursery garden. He's very content there and loves going in and seeing the ladies that work there, like a second family to him. Thank you each and every one of you for your ongoing support and hard work in the pandemic. You're all superstars.

Our daughter has been attending the nursery since September 2020. I can honestly say she absolutely loves it! It took her a couple of weeks to settle in, but since then she runs to the door every morning eager to go in. The nursery staff have been fantastic and always give you a detailed brief on her
day when we go and collect her. This is extremely important to us as it reassures me that she is having a good time while socialising and learning. I was extremely nervous about sending my daughter to nursery for multiple reasons, especially as she has allergies. The nursery has dealt with her allergies amazingly, and we never feel like a burden when she has had other medical issues. Another big bonus is that the nursery are happy to use our cloth nappies! Overall, I couldn't be more happy with the care my daughter has received. Thank you so much!

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 18 months old. She is now 4 and will be leaving for school in September.
The nursery is nothing but fantastic. My daughter has learnt so much while there and the staff have encouraged her every step along the way. Nothing has ever been too much
trouble.

I cannot praise this nursery enough. My little boy was at another nursery for 2.5 years, it went downhill and he was really unhappy going in. I moved him to Co-op Childcare Chichester and what a difference. He is so much happier and has made lots of friends. I was previously worried about how he would
cope going to school but due to the support of the staff there, I now think he’ll settle just fine. The staff are brilliant and the communication is excellent. I would recommend this nursery to anyone!

Absolutely fantastic setting for early years. Fantastic welcoming staff who go above and beyond for each child. Really impressed with the progress my son is making in his preparations for big school! Always clean and welcoming.

Fantastic. Staff are lovely, my son frequently talks about them and what he’s done. He has a great time and is always happy to go inside. They post regular updates of activities done including pictures. Would 100/% recommend.

Sending our daughter here was the best decision we made!
She was settled within a week and loves going here every day.
The staff are so good at making you feel like an individual family, and really care for the children who go here.
Our daughter has made such good friends here and loves her key
workers.
We started a few weeks before the pandemic and the staff were so brilliant with communication of allowances, rules and how they can help us if needed.
I have recommended this nursery to several friends and will continue to do so!

My son has always been and probably always will be painfully shy. He's slow to make friends and very nervous about being left. We've had so many tears and struggles, but his key worker and the nursery have completely accepted him just as he is, and gently encouraged him, going at his speed. They're
not afraid to give him big cuddles and be there for him. We're now at a point where he will (mostly!) go to nursery happily, he's made special friends and he's absolutely in love with his key worker. He's also vegetarian and a bit of a fussy eater. But nearly every day he comes home having eaten everything! Overall, couldn't be happier.

We are so glad that we chose this nursery for our son. First and most importantly he absolutely loves it there - he is greeted each morning with a smiling face and can't wait to get through the door. The staff are fantastic and as he has progressed through each room it has been lovely to see all of
the progress he has made. The staff know him as an individual and even create learning activities for him based on some of his favourite things. We love seeing pictures of him having fun during the day - this week he has been planting seeds and dressing up! He loves the food and it's great to know that this is cooked fresh on site. Overall it's lovely to see him welcomed into such a caring and fun environment.

My children are both attending Co-op Childcare Chichester and they absolutely love it. The staff are so kind and understanding of personal circumstances and easily adapt to children's individual needs. I love receiving updates through the app and both my kids have bonded really well with their key workers.
It's
really nice to know the key worker has a deeper relationship with their keyworker children and that it's not just a "glorified title".
Communication with nursery is very easy and efficient and any concerns are very efficiently sorted out.
I count not recommend them highly enough.

My little boy has been at the nursery since just before he turned one. He is now eighteen months. He has thrived so much in the space of just six months. He has started talking and using simple sign language such as please, more of which I know has definitely been taught by the nursery staff. Since
we have also been living in the pandemic it’s nice that he has still be able to interact with other children in the nursery due to me being a key worker. The nursery staff have been amazing throughout. My little boy had a strong bond with one member of staff, as he took at least a month to settle in but can now say her name. Also a special thanks to two members of staff in the butterfly room for helping him settle in well. He has started to put words together and I get regular updates and photos. I am so happy with this nursery and I know that he really enjoys his time here. He also eats all the food they give him so must also be good food. Definitely recommend it.

My son has been here for five months now, he started when he was ten months old and absolutely loves it. From day one we were made to feel so welcome by all the staff, making a nervous mum much more relaxed about leaving their son. He has developed so well and has great relationships with the team in

My twins go to the Co-op Childcare Chichester and have been going since September, it is the best change I could have asked for from their old nursery. They’re thriving and so, so happy. They actually cry on non nursery days and ask “why can’t it be a nursery day mummy?”. It breaks my heart that I can’t
afford to send them more often but they absolutely enjoy every second of it. Through their experience they have tried new foods, formed new friendships and learnt new things. The staff have been attentive and have been amazing managing one of my children’s behaviour, they have gone out of their way to make sure their time there is important and to prepare them for school. In September we will miss the nursery and only wish we’d discovered it sooner. Massive thank you to their key worker who sadly left but was taken over by another amazing one. I feel so happy leaving them in her capable hands. The staff are caring and have a loving approach to my kids and that’s all I could ask for.

Both my daughters have attended the nursery from ten months to four years and I have been delighted with how they have supported the growth of both of them. Everyone is very kind, thoughtful and I feel the key workers are an extension to my daughters family. In preschool they have supported the girls
in preparing them for the transition to school. The hours the nursery offer are great for work and offer great flexibility. The food choices are great with food made fresh on site and all the children know the chef by name. Each day a range of activities are available and at home my youngest always talks about her day at the nursery. I will be sad to say our last goodbye!
