At Little Pioneers Chichester they make parents a partner as they know you're the most important person in your child's life. They have regular parent/carer forums, so you can learn all about upcoming events and activities and provide valuable feedback too.

They have an app, ParentZone, which keeps parents/carers updated about their little ones day at nursery, from photos of their day, assessments, meals eaten and even toilet training progress! They also have 5 Little Pioneers to help share their core values with children such as encouraging them to make their own decisions to expressing their feelings.

They are big on safety which is why ALL their staff are paediatric first aid trained. They also hold the prestigious Green Flag Status Award (the highest possible), which is an internationally recognised award for a programme that sees children lead the way in making little changes that deliver big environmental differences.

They are big on happy children as they have areas for growing food (and eating it), regular visits to local care homes and a focus on looking after each other and the world.

All the staff at Little Pioneers really care about the children in their care, my toddler loves playing with friends and especially enjoys being outside in the garden when the weather allows. The staff try to make learning fun so even though the children are learning the alphabet or numbers, it feels
more like games and having fun.

Absolutely amazing place full of patient, loving and caring teachers. My son has been attending Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-School since he was 11 months old (now he is 4 years old). His days are full of great activities. The outside space is lovely. The staff is experienced and trained and responds

Lovely nursery, I feel safe leaving my little girl there. She enjoys going and playing, they have lots of stuff to do. The staff are so friendly. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. It’s always clean and the meals they prepare are always healthy.

Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-school I would say is the best nursery in Chichester. All staff are so amazing, caring and helpful. Everything they do is for the best interest of your child. Since my child has attended this nursery he has just excelled he suffers with his hearing and speech they have
gone above and beyond to help him and he has made so much progress attending nursery there. Also for parents communication with staff is so easy if you have any worries or concerns they are always there for reassurance and always so lovely. I am very grateful for Little Pioneers I couldn’t recommend a better nursery.

Cannot recommend it highly enough. My little boy started aged 15 months and is now nearly 2yrs old. The team know him really well and are so caring and thoughtful in how they look after him. I trust them immensely and he is clearly very well looked after. He is excited when talking about going to nursery
and the team gives him a varied and stimulating day. They are very open and honest with us (will call me if he has a bump whilst toddling) and the safeguarding procedures are robust. The hours are super - I am an NHS shift worker and this is one of the few nurseries that works for us as a family. Thank you to everyone at Little Pioneers for the great work you do!

My daughter has been attending Little Pioneers for 2 months now and is clearly enjoying her days there. She loves the girls that work in her room and it’s clear to see that when I drop her off. The nursery have been great at keeping us updated on all activity throughout the day and we love seeing the
pictures of what she gets up to. Each week we receive an update on what activities the children have enjoyed that week and it’s so heartwarming to read and see the care and effort that goes into it.

My daughter started at Little Pioneers just before her 1st birthday and always seems happy to be at nursery. The staff who work with her are so nurturing and clearly work hard to create a calm, engaging environment for the babies, full of exciting things to explore. One of the reasons we chose the nursery
was the amazing inside and outside space. The communication from when she started has been great, and the settling in sessions really helped her (and us as parents) to feel comfortable. We are kept informed about her days at nursery and are given regular updates about her progress and next steps.

I couldn't have asked for a better nursery for my daughter. The staff are wonderful, they are always friendly and welcoming. My 4 year old has learnt so much over the last year and has made the best group of friends, she truly loves going there. The class sizes are very reasonable and there's so much
space for the children to move around. They all play so nicely together, it's comforting to see them all so happy. The longer opening hours are convenient and the children are well fed. Since starting nursery my daughter has been more adventurous with her food choices and increasingly less fussy over trying new things. I highly recommend Little Pioneers and thank them for all they do, they are a truly wonderful team.

A really great nursery. Staff are all very friendly and they get to know you and your child so it feels more personable. Communication is great and we always know what our little one has been up to during the day with notifications on the parent app. Right from day one I have felt more than comfortable

We are so pleased we chose Little pioneers for our son. As soon as you walk into the nursery you get a feeling of warmth and kindness. The nursery is so well equipped and clean right from the off. The staff are always smiling and stop for a chat. Drop off and pick up are seamless and the security of
the nursery is very good.
Our son's room is lovely and well equipped for his age. The added touches of a ‘quiet corner’ and reading corner really give it a homely feel. I instantly had a positive vibe from the nursery.
Our son has settled really well and the staff were amazing in helping him do so. Communication between parents and staff is excellent and the added bonus of the app means we can communicate throughout the day and we can see what our son has been up to, what he’s eaten, nappies and sleep etc alongside all of his developmental reviews. The food is fab and all locally sourced.
We are so happy with everything and highly recommend!

My little boy loves attending nursery at Little Pioneers. He has been there since he was 7 months old, he is now 3 and has really developed so well. His speech was slightly behind thanks to being too stuck at home during the first lockdown. After he returned to nursery it really came on.
Also would
like to mention the extra care and support we received following the death of his grandma (my mum) which was incredibly hard for us, but they helped so much with his emotions, it meant a lot to me.

Our twins have attended this nursery since they were 10 months old and are soon to start pre school. The staff have always been so good with the little ones and go above and beyond. They are friendly and professional and it feels like dropping them off with family.

Fantastic nursery, with amazing staff and a pragmatic attitude.
My daughter (lockdown baby) started here at 10 months and the staff were really good at reassuring me about how she was settling in. Not only her amazing key worker, but all the staff in her room seem to genuinely care for her and love
seeing her develop which is just the best thing for a full-time working parent. My daughter is happy to see the staff when we drop her off which is so reassuring.
In terms of practicalities, the app is used now to update parents on their meals, sleep and nappies, and observations about what they are playing with each day. And although there is no requirement they do also give a verbal brief at the end of the day, which shows how much they care.
Nappies, wipes, antiseptic cream, suncream and food are all included which makes it good value for money compared to many others. And the long hours means that I can be flexible with work and know that my daughter will be happy.
