At Little Pioneers Chichester they make parents a partner as they know you're the most important person in your child's life. They have regular parent/carer forums, so you can learn all about upcoming events and activities and provide valuable feedback too.

They have an app, ParentZone, which keeps parents/carers updated about their little ones day at nursery, from photos of their day, assessments, meals eaten and even toilet training progress! They also have 5 Little Pioneers to help share their core values with children such as encouraging them to make their own decisions to expressing their feelings.

They are big on safety which is why ALL their staff are paediatric first aid trained. They also hold the prestigious Green Flag Status Award (the highest possible), which is an internationally recognised award for a programme that sees children lead the way in making little changes that deliver big environmental differences.

They are big on happy children as they have areas for growing food (and eating it), regular visits to local care homes and a focus on looking after each other and the world.

Little Pioneers Chichester Nursery's indoor learning environment consists of 3 rooms split into the following age groups: 3 months to 2 year olds, 2 to 3 year olds, and 3 to 5 year olds. This nursery is amazing. My child loves to go to nursery. They supported him when he first started after a bad experience at another nursery. He learns so much as well as having fun. All the staff are lovely, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent nursery. My daughter has been at this nursery since she was 11 months old and now she is in preschool.
The staff have been kind, friendly and very helpful. My daughter and her key worker have a lovely bond and my daughter's other teachers are fantastic as well. The nursery has very good opening
hours.

Great facilities, fabulous range of toys and engaging activities for the children in all age groups. Lots of different activities each week, daily reports on my child’s day eg sleep, meals etc. A rotating meal plan with healthy snacks in between which keeps my kids well fed. My only negative comment
would be there are often several staff changes at once where staff seem to change career, go on maternity leave etc - out of the co-op's control mostly and the constant yearly hike of fees with no loyalty reward for parents who put several children through the nursery. Chichester's manager is always on top of things and very easy to communicate with, always gets straight back to me if I ever have a question. Head office, on the other hand, I’ve never had a good experience with!

Wonderful staff who care for the children like their own in a lovely family type environment. The nursery has fantastic direct outdoor access allowing the children to be outside as much as possible. Our daughter loves it and is happy and relaxed there.


Our son also went there at preschool age and

we have had a very positive experience at every stage of their development with a great balance of nurturing education and free play.

The entire staff are fantastic with the children, building a great rapport and taking personal interest in them all. Being all pediatric first aid trained, you know they are in safe hands and feel safe leaving your child with them.

Absolutely love our nursery! Our son has been going there for about 18 months and I don't have a single bad word to say about the nursery. The staff are lovely, very friendly and we feel our son is in incredibly safe and competent hands when we drop him off there. He has come on leaps and bounds with
his speech (he has been seeing a speech therapist up until recently) and we have really appreciated the time and effort the nursery staff have put into helping him with this development. I have recommended the nursery to several friends and colleagues and if we have any more children, I wouldn't hesitate in sending them to this lovely nursery :-)

My nephew can be extremely shy and often does not want to separate from his carer at drop off. The staff do an amazing job at settling him in and making drop off time easier.
His confidence has grown since being here and he always talks about the staff and children when at home. The staff are always
available to listen to any concerns and go above and beyond to correct them.
We have a daily update when he is there about his day through an app called parent zone. This helps to reassure us that he is happy and settled when in their care.

My son has been at this nursery since he was 9 months old. The staff have been extremely friendly, kind and supportive. I feel confident and happy when I drop my son off and know he will have a great day. My son was diagnosed with autism in August 2017. The nursery has been with us every step of the
way and has adapted and met our needs as a family. His key worker is just amazing and has a lovely bond with him.

This nursery go above and beyond to provide extra special care for our children. They ensure each and every child is treated and cared for as an individual, rather than a 'one size fits all' approach, which is incredibly important for our autistic son. The children are spoilt for choice when it comes
to indoor and outdoor activities. We never worry about leaving our son here and we're just about to start our 11-month-old too. Thank you for all your hard work!

My son thoroughly enjoys his time at The Co-operative Childcare Chichester Nursery. Both my partner and I work full time, so our son spends a lot of time there. Staff are great! They are friendly and approachable. They have been a great support and play a fantastic part in my son's development.

Our daughter has been attending this nursery for 18 months now and she is very happy there. This is the most important thing for us as parents.
