Welcome to Bright Horizons Banstead Day Nursery and Preschool. In this vibrant and supportive environment, the team is committed to providing exceptional care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Recognising the importance of these formative years, they focus on laying a strong foundation for lifelong learning and development. Conveniently located off the A217 with ample parking, within walking distance of Banstead High Street, and featuring a buggy park, the nursery is perfectly situated for both local and commuting families.

The age-specific rooms offer a stellar start to education through the Bright Beginnings Curriculum, designed by Early Years experts. This comprehensive and individualised approach supports each child's well-being, growth, and advancement, whether they are transitioning between rooms or preparing for school.

At the nursery the children can enjoy the spacious free-flow garden, which includes a nature trail and forest area. From playing in the mud kitchen to experimenting with sand and water, there is always a new adventure awaiting them outdoors.

As children engage in these activities, parents can stay informed via the Family app. Available to all Bright Horizons parents, this app provides updates on daily experiences and progress.

Settling-in Sessions tailored to meet individual family needs are also offered. For more information, parents are encouraged to contact the nursery manager.

My daughter attends Preschool and she is developing at a fantastic rate. She comes home everyday having learnt something new and I am confident that she will be fully prepared for school when she goes in September. The staff are friendly and are always available to answer any questions I have. Brilliant!

My daughter has been coming to this nursery since being in the baby room, she has come on leaps and bounds, her speech has come along well and she enjoys her time at nursery. She has bonded well with the other children and especially with the staff. All staff do a fantastic job and I couldn't be anymore
happier with the service I receive.

Great nursery, great facilities and great staff - one daughter came here and loved it now two years old and my youngest daughter loves it.

My 1 year old has been going to Wishing Willow for a few weeks now and after the initial settling down period, he seems to be really happy and well cared for. It's great to see him enjoying the toys/ activities on offer and coming home tired, but happy.

Wishing Willows is a fantastic nursery which I would recommend to all parents. I have two children at Wishing Willows and I know when I leave them they are cared for and loved by the staff. From the moment my children started at the nursery I have always felt happy that they are in a place where they
are getting amazing care, loads of stimulation and lots and lots of love and attention. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the care my children get.

Our son joined Wishing Willow in April 2016 and has settled in so well. We put this down to the incredibly friendly and approachable staff, who have made our son's transition to this nursery so easy and stressfree - for both him and us. We can't thank the staff enough for creating such a great atmosphere

My elder son went to Wishing Willows 4 years ago and it was amazing. When I returned to view it for my son who is now 2 it's all the same lovely ladies. He has been going since last year and absolutely loves it. His adores his key worker. Would highly recommend.

Both of my children have attended the nursery, on a full time basis and then 3 days a week. I have been very happy with the level of care. Both my children have always been very happy. My daughter has enjoyed her time at Wishing Willows. I am very pleased that they have recently moved to a bigger room as I do think the previous preschool room was a bit small for the number of children. I do sometimes find the meals are a bit unusual while it is good for her to try new things I think
that occasionally the combinations are even a little too adventurous for adults.

My daughter has attended the Wishing Willow since she was 4 and a half months old. She is so happy here and has developed so well. She is very sociable and loves all the activities she does whilst here. The staff are incredible, I feel 100% happy in the knowledge my daughter is extremely well looked
after. The Wishing Willow provide a very safe and caring environment. The girls here are great, they provide lots of fun activities that help with her educational needs and are aware of things they can do to help my daughter to develop.

A very warm and welcoming atmosphere, all staff are extremely friendly care a great deal about all the children within their care. We get lots of feedback on how our daughter is progressing and could not be happier with the care and education she is receiving.
She has gained so much confidence within
herself since being at Wishing Willows and are extremely grateful for all the hard work of everyone involved. Could not have picked a better pre-school.

My daughter has now been at nursery for 6 months and loves it! It did take her a while to settle in as nursery was new to her but now she asks to go everyday! The staff are fantastic and I know her days are filled with fun and learning. The facilities are great and food varied. Would highly recommend.

Job Title: Deputy Manager

My name is Amba and I am the Deputy Manager at Banstead. I joined the company in June 2021 at the Epsom Branch as Third in Charge and was working on the Pre-School floor as well as supporting in the office. I transferred to Banstead in August 2022. Before I joined Bright Horizons I worked at a nursery where I started back in 2013 as an apprentice and worked my way up to Third in Charge. During this time, I completed my level 2 and 3 qualifications in childcare and level 3 in Leadership and Management. I most recently completed a Foundation Degree in Early Years and then progressed to complete a BA in Education Studies. I am looking forward to joining the team here at Banstead and meeting all the families.
