Bright Horizons Banstead Day Nursery and Preschool

My child has always loved coming to Wishing Willow and I strongly believe the staff and atmosphere and opportunities the nursery provide have helped make him the happy confident and social boy that he is. The girls are amazing and know their stuff! I am more than happy trusting them with my little boy keep up the good work Wishing Willow you are the best! Management are also great at keeping us informed of what is happening.

Wishing Willow is friendly and a loving environment that I am happy to leave my daughter in a place where my little one loves coming. They are supportive and caring and encourage learning in a wonderful way. My little one has grown so well while she has been there.

My daughter attends Preschool and she is developing at a fantastic rate. She comes home everyday having learnt something new and I am confident that she will be fully prepared for school when she goes in September. The staff are friendly and are always available to answer any questions I have. Brilliant!

My daughter has been coming to this nursery since being in the baby room, she has come on leaps and bounds, her speech has come along well and she enjoys her time at nursery. She has bonded well with the other children and especially with the staff. All staff do a fantastic job and I couldn't be anymore happier with the service I receive.

My 1 year old has been going to Wishing Willow for a few weeks now and after the initial settling down period, he seems to be really happy and well cared for. It's great to see him enjoying the toys/ activities on offer and coming home tired, but happy.

Wishing Willows is very warm and friendly nursery. My 16 months old son loves being in there and sometimes does not want to go home. The staff is very friendly and I would recommend it to everyone. Very happy with this nursery.

The staff are amazing, take everything on board to do with the children and are just so lovely with them. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who was looking for a place for their child.

Wishing Willows is a fantastic nursery which I would recommend to all parents. I have two children at Wishing Willows and I know when I leave them they are cared for and loved by the staff. From the moment my children started at the nursery I have always felt happy that they are in a place where they are getting amazing care, loads of stimulation and lots and lots of love and attention. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the care my children get.

Our son joined Wishing Willow in April 2016 and has settled in so well. We put this down to the incredibly friendly and approachable staff, who have made our son's transition to this nursery so easy and stressfree - for both him and us. We can't thank the staff enough for creating such a great atmosphere and environment for our son each day he attends.

Excellent secure nursery, my girls are always happy here, would highly recommend. Facilities brilliant, always new toys, staff very friendly, excellent range of foods, very bright and clean with lots of pictures. Overall brilliant nursery.

My children have been attending Wishing Willow for 4 years. I have always been very pleased with the standard of care provided and the resources available. My children love coming to nursery and get on very well with their assigned keyworkers.

My elder son went to Wishing Willows 4 years ago and it was amazing. When I returned to view it for my son who is now 2 it's all the same lovely ladies. He has been going since last year and absolutely loves it. His adores his key worker. Would highly recommend.

Both of my children have attended the nursery, on a full time basis and then 3 days a week. I have been very happy with the level of care. Both my children have always been very happy. The staff are great and the nursery offers a brilliant range of paying and non-paying activities. Overall - very happy.

Varied activities and meals for the children.

My daughter has enjoyed her time at Wishing Willows. I am very pleased that they have recently moved to a bigger room as I do think the previous preschool room was a bit small for the number of children. I do sometimes find the meals are a bit unusual while it is good for her to try new things I think that occasionally the combinations are even a little too adventurous for adults.

My daughter has attended the Wishing Willow since she was 4 and a half months old. She is so happy here and has developed so well. She is very sociable and loves all the activities she does whilst here. The staff are incredible, I feel 100% happy in the knowledge my daughter is extremely well looked after. The Wishing Willow provide a very safe and caring environment. The girls here are great, they provide lots of fun activities that help with her educational needs and are aware of things they can do to help my daughter to develop.
