Bright Horizons Banstead Day Nursery and Preschool

Cannot rate this nursery highly enough. I changed jobs which means I have to detour in order to send my son here but it is totally worth it. Staff are super friendly and know him really well. The updates that you get each day really add to peace of mind.

My son absolutely loves going every day.

My daughter, who is one, started at Bright Horizons Nursery in Banstead in October 2025, and the experience has been wonderful from the very beginning. The staff have been incredibly warm, patient, and nurturing, which made a huge difference in helping her settle quickly.

The baby room offers a lovely balance of sensory play, and gentle early learning activities that suit her age perfectly.

Communication has also been excellent. We receive daily updates, photos, and notes about her meals, naps, and activities, which gives us great peace of mind. We truly feel that she is safe, supported, and happy every day.

Such a wonderful nursery, both my children attended here, with my daughter shortly going to school next September. The staff are super lovely and attentive, the nursery itself is full of colour and my daughter loves going in. She is always baking, painting and learning, doing far more interesting things than she would at home. She has made some lovely friendships too. We will be sad to say goodbye to the team who have been a very special part of both my children's early childhood years.

My daughter started the nursery in Sept and I was very anxious about leaving her with people other than family. The staff, especially her key worker, has such a amazing job helping her settle in and reassuring her after a tearful drop off. She absolutely loves going and the girls that work in her room are always so friendly and supportive so I know she is well cared for!

We have been so happy with Bright Horizons Banstead since our son has been there for the last year. The team have been brilliant and feels really good to know that our son is being looked after so well. The regular updates with photos throughout the day have been a great way of staying connected. Each day we can see the great activities in place and have had a direct impact on our son's development. We are confident that our son is in the right environment right up to him starting school.

We couldn't be happier with Bright Horizons, Banstead. Our child felt welcome from day one and always goes in with a smile on her face. As parents, we're kept informed about the activities our daughter has taken part in, along with next steps to work on. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and always make time for us. I know our daughter is having the best start by being in their care - thank you.

The daily updates about the children's activities are invaluable, keeping me connected even when I can't be there. It's clear that the environment is designed to be welcoming and nurturing, and the activities are always engaging and fun. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough!

Our son has been at Bright Horizons Banstead for over a year now and it is amazing! He is so happy there and developing so much. The staff are all wonderful, they care so much and they all seem to know the names of all of the kids. They do a great range of activities, lots of outdoor time, and the food is healthy and balanced. A brilliant nursery, we couldn't be happier!

I cannot recommend this nursery enough, my son loves his time there, it is a lovely environment for children to thrive and make new friends, the staff are amazing and always very kind, we will both be very sad when his time finishes there.

Our daughter has been attending Bright Horizons in Banstead since April. We were initially nervous about sending our daughter to nursery as she was born extremely prematurely but the staff are incredible and really understand our daughter's needs. We have seen her develop our daughter's confidence and skills develop quickly, she has even learnt how to feed herself using cutlery. She has the best relationships with her key worker and other staff members, the pictures we receive each day confirm she is having the best time. We would highly recommend bright horizons Banstead to anyone in the area looking for childcare for their children.

Our son has attended Bright Horizons Banstead for little under a year and it's the best decision we made. The staff are incredible and have made it like a second home for him. He settled very quickly and his development has been excellent. The communication through the app and in person is so informative and reassuring. The staff are so professional whilst making you feel part of the family - cannot recommend this childcare setting enough.

Great nursery with caring, friendly and patient staff. The app is fantastic as I can check in and see how my child is doing throughout the day, with lovely photo updates when the children are involved in activities, this makes me feel involved and gives me peace of mind. I would highly recommend Banstead Nursery as my child seems very happy here.

The nursery and preschool are absolutely fantastic. My 3 year old goes here and is so happy. The staff are all amazing and we feel so lucky we have this nursery close by and have already booked a space for our newborn. Would highly recommend this nursery.

Our son loves coming to this nursery. The staff are amazing. As a two dad family, we have been warmly welcomed by the staff. Also as a teacher I have been really impressed at the learning opportunities provided and how his language skills have improved. Highly recommend sending your children here. Our son has come such a long way since being there. The communication is great. We love seeing photos from each morning/afternoon session to see what he has been up to. He eats well, sleeps well and is so well cared for. Never had any problems with him wanting to go in. Always so happy when we pick him up.

I would 100% recommend Bright Horizons Banstead. My daughter loves the nursery and has settled in well with the staff. We get lots of updates on the app each day of how she has been and what activities she has been doing. The nursery is very clean and well organised.
