Such a wonderful nursery, both my children attended here, with my daughter shortly going to school next September. The staff are super lovely and attentive, the nursery itself is full of colour and my daughter loves going in. She is always baking, painting and learning, doing far more interesting things than she would at home. She has made some lovely friendships too. We will be sad to say goodbye to the team who have been a very special part of both my children's early childhood years.

Our daughter started in October 2025 & we couldn't have been happier. All staff are welcoming, friendly & supportive. We are always greeted with a smile at drop off & pick up. Our daughter settled so quickly & smoothly due to the great care, interaction and activities set out for her to discover & she has developed so much in such a short space of time. There are a great variety of meals & snacks provided. We receive continuous updates throughout the day which is so reassuring whilst we are at work. Highly recommend. Thank you Team Banstead!

My daughter started the nursery in Sept and I was very anxious about leaving her with people other than family. The staff, especially her key worker, has such a amazing job helping her settle in and reassuring her after a tearful drop off. She absolutely loves going and the girls that work in her room are always so friendly and supportive so I know she is well cared for!

We have been so happy with Bright Horizons Banstead since our son has been there for the last year. The team have been brilliant and feels really good to know that our son is being looked after so well. The regular updates with photos throughout the day have been a great way of staying connected. Each day we can see the great activities in place and have had a direct impact on our son's development. We are confident that our son is in the right environment right up to him starting school.

We couldn't be happier with Bright Horizons, Banstead. Our child felt welcome from day one and always goes in with a smile on her face. As parents, we're kept informed about the activities our daughter has taken part in, along with next steps to work on. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and always make time for us. I know our daughter is having the best start by being in their care - thank you.

My daughter absolutely loves her days at Bright Horizons! The staff are second to none, genuinely care for and want the best for all the children. We received compassion support when my daughter needed a bit of extra help, which we are exceedingly grateful for. They do a broad range of activities which incorporate different skills and learning opportunities, in a fun and no pressure environment. There is a varied, healthy menu and daily snacks. I really like the app, which details your child's day from nappy changes to how long they've napped. There are pictures/videos uploaded at least twice a day, along with your child's learning journey which is updated periodically with accomplishments. It's a fantastic nursery, what sets it apart is everyone who works there.

I can't say enough good things about this nursery! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making both me and my child feel right at home. Many of them truly go above and beyond, offering individual care that has been outstanding. I've seen such positive growth in my child's development thanks to their dedicated approach. The daily updates about the children's activities are invaluable, keeping me connected even when I can't be there. It's clear that the environment is designed to be welcoming and nurturing, and the activities are always engaging and fun. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough!

Our son has been at Bright Horizons Banstead for over a year now and it is amazing! He is so happy there and developing so much. The staff are all wonderful, they care so much and they all seem to know the names of all of the kids. They do a great range of activities, lots of outdoor time, and the food is healthy and balanced. A brilliant nursery, we couldn't be happier!

Brilliant nursery and pre-school! From the very first day, the team made us feel welcomed and reassured, taking time to get to know both our children and us as parents. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about each child's wellbeing, which gives us complete confidence that our children are safe, happy, and well cared for at all times. The atmosphere is nurturing and positive, and it's clear that every child is encouraged to explore, learn, and develop at their own pace. The variety of activities is great - creative, engaging, and thoughtfully adapted for different age groups - which means our children are always excited to go in. Communication is excellent. We receive regular updates and photos, which help us feel connected to their day even when we're not there. The team are always approachable and ready to answer questions, no matter how small, which makes us feel truly valued as parents. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I cannot recommend this nursery enough, my son loves his time there, it is a lovely environment for children to thrive and make new friends, the staff are amazing and always very kind, we will both be very sad when his time finishes there.

Our daughter has been attending Bright Horizons in Banstead since April. We were initially nervous about sending our daughter to nursery as she was born extremely prematurely but the staff are incredible and really understand our daughter's needs. We have seen her develop our daughter's confidence and skills develop quickly, she has even learnt how to feed herself using cutlery. She has the best relationships with her key worker and other staff members, the pictures we receive each day confirm she is having the best time. We would highly recommend bright horizons Banstead to anyone in the area looking for childcare for their children.

Our children have had a great experience at BH, with the staff very caring and genuinely keen to learn about each individual child. Food is great there with brilliant homemade snacks and lots of outdoor space compared to our old nursery in London. Team there are so responsive to any queries we have had.

Our son has attended Bright Horizons Banstead for little under a year and it's the best decision we made. The staff are incredible and have made it like a second home for him. He settled very quickly and his development has been excellent. The communication through the app and in person is so informative and reassuring. The staff are so professional whilst making you feel part of the family - cannot recommend this childcare setting enough.

Great nursery with caring, friendly and patient staff. The app is fantastic as I can check in and see how my child is doing throughout the day, with lovely photo updates when the children are involved in activities, this makes me feel involved and gives me peace of mind. I would highly recommend Banstead Nursery as my child seems very happy here.

The nursery and preschool are absolutely fantastic. My 3 year old goes here and is so happy. The staff are all amazing and we feel so lucky we have this nursery close by and have already booked a space for our newborn. Would highly recommend this nursery.

Our son loves coming to this nursery. The staff are amazing. As a two dad family, we have been warmly welcomed by the staff. Also as a teacher I have been really impressed at the learning opportunities provided and how his language skills have improved. Highly recommend sending your children here. Our son has come such a long way since being there. The communication is great. We love seeing photos from each morning/afternoon session to see what he has been up to. He eats well, sleeps well and is so well cared for. Never had any problems with him wanting to go in. Always so happy when we pick him up.

I would 100% recommend Bright Horizons Banstead. My daughter loves the nursery and has settled in well with the staff. We get lots of updates on the app each day of how she has been and what activities she has been doing. The nursery is very clean and well organised.

My daughter recently started at the nursery at 6 months old and absolutely loves going to nursery each day. The staff all do an amazing job. Each day my little one takes part in a range of activities and the staff go above and beyond to ensure her needs are met. The nursery environment is very clean and well-resourced. I love that the app provides updates of how she has been throughout the day, including photos throughout the day.

I cannot praise this nursery enough! I was very nervous about sending my son to nursery because he is very clingy and gets upset in new environments - he would cry and cry. But the whole team at Banstead Bright Horizons have been absolutely amazing from his initial settling-in periods earlier this year to his transition to the preschool classroom this September 2023. My son, who used to cry and make himself sick in the car and stand by the door in the classroom now walks into the nursery independently, and talks about all his lovely teachers and the wonderful activities they do each day. I can really notice how his personality has blossomed, and the teachers are very caring and reassuring. The nursery itself is like one big family, and I am so grateful for all that they do. I would recommend this nursery to any parent and can guarantee you will not look back.
