Bright Horizons Teddies Woking Day Nursery and Preschool

My son adores going to Bright Horizons Teddies which makes my life as a mum a lot more guilt free! From the moment he started, the staff have been welcoming, kind and nurturing. They empower him to make his own decisions, from being creative at playtime, to how much he eats. Within the last month, he has gone up a class and the transition has been amazingly smooth as it was gradual and involved several visits before he officially started. He has embraced all the new challenges he's faced head-on and is making lots of new friends, something that I would attribute to him feeling so comfortable in the setting. The staff have also been fantastic at supporting his potty training journey, and within three days at nursery, he was dry and now has very few accidents. The other aspect I love about this nursery is the ample outdoor space, perfect for kids to use their copious amounts of energy! Overall I'm very happy with the nursery, the staff and most of all, I love seeing how much my son is learning.

A friendly and caring environment. The staff are helpful and informative. My child loves going and loves the food that is prepared for her, it's a great environment for the young minds to learn and develop in.

There is a really warm, caring atmosphere here, which is only possible with the staff and management being so child focused and inclusive. This shines through in the children, for example when I collect my daughter the other children are always very friendly and polite, often coming to say hello to me and bye to their friend.

We have had a great experience with Teddies, Woking. The staff have been fantastic and we have seen massive development leaps with our son. The app allows us to monitor progress weekly/ daily and our handover sessions always provide visibility on anything we need to know including funny stories. Although more expensive, the nursery provides good value and unlike some are more understanding with illness. Great team, great experience. I would recommend.

Since joining the nursery, both of my children have settled in well. They are able to join in with a variety of activities during the day and staff keep me updated via the app with photos, where I can see they are clearly very happy and having fun. I receive a handover at the end of each day and know I can discuss my children's development with their key workers. I am very pleased with the food on offer and can see via the app what my children have had to eat. The nursery is always clean and inviting, I know that the older children are encouraged to be independent and are encouraged to wash their hands to prevent germs. It has been lovely to see both my children settle and make friends as well as become confident in a new environment.

Teddies, Woking, is such a warm, welcoming nursery, which provides more than I could ask for. From my son's special moments shared at thorough handovers, daily, to the genuine care from the staff team. My son skips in every day and it is a struggle to get him to leave at the end of the day! The nursery use an app, which is updated throughout the day, which as a mum, I love. I can see sleep times, meals, nappies and also, observations! We love Teddies, Woking and would recommend any parents their way, as a first-time mum leaving my son in childcare, I can't thank the staff enough for the reassurance and for allowing me to feel so comfortable.

My younger son has recently started in the baby room, the staff have been really nice helping us with the settling in period and he comes out happy, well-fed and messy - the sign of a good day! The managers are always really professional, kind and helpful and willing to work with us.

Both our children have attended Bright Horizons Teddies Woking Day Nursery and Preschool. They love the staff and the facilities. They always have such a broad range of activities for the children, making great use of the indoor and outdoor space. The staff have all been fantastic and really get to know each child well. I was especially impressed with how well our eldest was prepared for school.

I had two daughters at this nursery, the big one from one to three and a half years old and the little one between eight to eleven months. Afterwards we relocated to EU so we had to leave. The nursery and the personnel is great. Very supportive during the learning process and capable to handle any situation. They are exactly what a parent is looking for, they are reliable, flexible, professional and very skilled. Both kids found themselves very well, very quickly and they were doing a lot of activities both indoor and outdoor. The most important bit is how happy they were about their day when they came home. I definitely recommend this nursery, the management is great and the teachers are outstanding.

Our child is very happy at this nursery. For me, the most important part of childcare is the staff and we have found everyone we have met to genuinely care about the children. We were very impressed that the class made cakes on her birthday and we were given photos afterwards of our child to keep at home. The garden is spacious, particularly for a town centre location and we're very happy that she gets time to play outside whenever possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery.

I cannot recommend Bright Horizons Teddies Nursery highly enough. Both of my children have been here for the last few years and during that time have been very happy but also have grown and been loved and nurtured fantastically well. Thank you.

My daughter enjoyed coming to play at Bright Horizons Teddies Woking Day Nursery and Preschool. I've been really happy that she was encouraged to try new foods by not being to bring foods from home. It got her eating carrots for the first time! All in all, it's been a good experience.

Friendly staff, very encouraging when settling. Great facilities and activities for the children. Really appreciated receiving updates on each pickup.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since January and has grown in confidence since starting. The environment is always friendly and welcoming when arriving and staff are always willing to help in any way they can. They always give us a detailed hand over of what she has been up to for that day. They have fantastic resources available to them on a daily basis and she is forever coming home with exciting stories of what she has achieved that day. She has made some fantastic friendships within her room and her learning and development has soared since attending. Me and the wife are blown away every weekend by the things that she comes out with. She really enjoys being outdoors and this nursery has a lovely outdoor environment.

Our experience at the Bright Horizons Teddies was great for us. The relationship with the teachers was very important. They are all professional and loving with the children. Our child was happy, motivated and encouraged. My child was very important to her teachers, not only at the nursery but also at home and on holiday during the summer. The name of her key person was present when she was doing a drawing or learning something. My daughter and our whole family will bring this place to our hearts, which for us was like a second home. My son and daughter have been at Bright Horizons Teddies Woking Day Nursery and Preschool for 3.5 and 2.5 years and I couldn't be happier with this nursery. Kind and patient staff work hard with children keeping them safe and happy. There are daily updates on how your children did and a review at any time you wish. The management team are great and always updating on staff and updates to the nursery. The new refurb looks fab and my kids have loved the new outdoor space. The chef makes great meals every day fresh and shares the recipes which is always helpful. Great staff, great nursery!

My son has recently joined the nursery and we were a little worried about the transition. However, the care and support he has received in preschool has been excellent. The staff in the class have been most welcoming and my son loves coming in every day. Thank you!
