I am incredibly thankful to the entire team of Teddies Woking Bright Horizons for the care, support, and wonderful experiences you guys have given. It has truly been a nurturing environment, and I appreciate everything you've done to support my child early development.

Our daughter joined Teddie's when she was two having spent prior year with a childminder. I was worried she would take a while to settle, but the welcoming nature of everyone at Teddie's made my worries disappear. Our daughter was cared for in a way that made us feel so safe about leaving her daily. The communication from the staff to us has always been clear and transparent. We have seen our daughter grow in confidence, with manners, respect and kindness and as much as we make a point at home - we know that the team at Teddies have continued to instill also. We are so pleased she had this experience and would absolutely recommend this nursery to any other parent.

Both of our children have attended Teddies since they were one, up to starting school, both four days a week. (That's totalled seven years.) It's been a tremendously supportive and nurturing part of their childhood. All milestones, challenges and transitions through those years have been managed in partnership with the staff and we owe them a lot. Our daughters have loved being there, loved their teachers, and have thrived in the environment - we feel it's the right mix of free flowing and playful, but with structure and learning that's set them up with a confident start at primary school. We can't recommend Teddies enough and we miss it already!

I gave only 4 stars on facilities because on the drop time we are not allow to get into the nursery to drop the kids to the room so we have to wait until someone come to the door to pick up the lids and sometimes it takes time specially when you are in a morning rush, but the rest is excellent for me. well done Teddies Woking!!

My 3-year-old boy has been attending Teddies Day Nursery full time, for the past months. Teddies has a very supportive and understanding team. My son had returned from some time off with family during Christmas and was struggling to get back to the routine. Teachers have been very understanding and patient. Very professional team, I recommend this day nursery. Thank you Teddies for your continuous support!

Lovely nursery with well trained, loving and caring staff. My little one looks forward to nursery every morning. Staff are courteous and give a good summary of how the day was and gives reasonably frequent updates on progress.

Excellent services provided by the lovely team. All staff are lovely and caring. My daughter laughs on our way as we walk towards the nursery and easy handovers in the mornings. My daughter is a fussy eater but all staff have been supportive and kind to offer alternatives when needed. A variety of activities for children are always available and the nursery invites parents for lots of events to join. She definitely loves the nursery and I would definitely recommend this nursery.

My son has been attending Teddies Nursery for nearly 2 years. I've found the staff to be very friendly and professional. Any concerns that I've had, they've been so helpful to resolve. I feel very confident dropping him off, knowing he'll have a great day and be well cared for. At every pick up they hand over his day and always include small details of what he's said and done in the day that's personal. My son loves the garden with the mud kitchen and various toys outside but is also equally happy in the reading corner with the books. They have a great app to track during the day as well as upload photos and reviews. I'm planning on sending my mother and son there when I restart work after maternity. The only thing is that I wish they did a sibling discount, but that's a wider bright-horizon policy and doesn't relate to the nursery or care.

I am very pleased with the nursery and I'm happy to see my son grow in confidence, be very independent, and learn the social skills necessary for him to form friendships. The staff is great, very approachable, always happy to answer any questions, and very hands-on. My little one moved here from a different nursery and I could immediately see the difference. He learns to be independent without being forgotten about and he formed a lovely relationship with his teachers. Food is balanced and appropriate and I'm happy to see my son be receptive to trying new foods. I take this to be entirely thanks to the nursery, as my other son refuses anything new. The only thing is that although the nursery uses the parent app, there is little uploaded in terms of activities done during the day, or any photos of children playing/learning. Overall, I'm very happy and recommend this nursery to everyone.

I have always found the staff so caring and friendly whenever I pick up my grandson. He is a happy, chatty, inquisitive and confident little boy, and I am sure that this is down to the care, attention and activities he does at nursery. I would happily recommend the Woking Bright Horizons nursery to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their child to be in.

The nursery have been amazing with both of my children, they have gone above and beyond with their needs. They really take the time to get to know each child individually. They have also been amazing with me, offering me a lot of support to help with personal matters. I can’t thank the nursery enough.

Bright Horizons Teddies Woking Day Nursery and Preschool has been a fantastic nursery for our two children over the last six years. Our children have built strong relationships with their carers and have felt cherished. They have surprised us with the learning they received and skills developed. There has been strong and constant leadership and a great team. The facilities have been perfect for them with enough room to play. As parents, we’ve found the nursery to be flexible and accommodating. We’ve valued the regular updates and pictures via the app. We loved the graduation ceremony. We are sad to be saying goodbye to the team.

Our daughter has been at nursery for 5 months now and she loves it more every day! Everyone at Bright Horizons Teddies were so caring and supportive in getting her settled and they make you feel like they are providing really personalised care. All the staff are friendly and clearly love what they do - you can see their passion feed through to their care. The food on offer is fantastic and so nutritious and she always eats so well there - her eating skills have come on leaps and bounds from being at nursery as well which is amazing to see. So many other things to complement including their detailed handovers, frequent updates via the app, encouraging her to walk early on and providing lots of outdoor play in their lovely garden! Our daughter is flourishing at nursery with everything she is being taught and through all of the experiences provided. Thank you!

Friendly and caring staff who encourage lots of activity and play. It would be good to know a bit more about what they are learning, how they are doing in their learning, but the fact that my son is happy is the main thing.

Both our children are happy at nursery and it is clear they are developing their skills with help from the staff. The staff clearly care for them and our children talk about them with fondness. The updates received are really helpful to see how our children are learning and playing day to day but it would be useful to have more individual feedback (especially for our child in preschool) to get a true idea of their behaviour and development in the nursery environment. It would be great if it was possible for excursions to maximise time outside, especially with the common so close as the outdoor space is limited.

Bright Horizons Teddies has been absolutely amazing from the very beginning when my daughter joined. She was 2 years old at the time and joined the baby room where all the staff were super caring about her and the settling-in sessions. From the time my daughter moved from the baby room to the Preschool room, the staff handled it with so much care and love. It’s a big transition and they did wonderful with settling her into her new class. My daughter has shown all the relevant learning that has taken place and has progressed at an impressive level thanks to the amazing team and teachers. My daughter often talks about how wonderful her teacher is and how happy she is when she goes to the nursery. Thank you to the team for making her feel safe, loved and happy during her time at the nursery. She will miss you all! The nursery has well-balanced food, great diet across the menu and is a well-run and organized team. They also have a beautiful garden which the kids love throughout all the seasons.

My son adores going to Bright Horizons Teddies which makes my life as a mum a lot more guilt free! From the moment he started, the staff have been welcoming, kind and nurturing. They empower him to make his own decisions, from being creative at playtime, to how much he eats. Within the last month, he has gone up a class and the transition has been amazingly smooth as it was gradual and involved several visits before he officially started. He has embraced all the new challenges he's faced head-on and is making lots of new friends, something that I would attribute to him feeling so comfortable in the setting. The staff have also been fantastic at supporting his potty training journey, and within three days at nursery, he was dry and now has very few accidents. The other aspect I love about this nursery is the ample outdoor space, perfect for kids to use their copious amounts of energy! Overall I'm very happy with the nursery, the staff and most of all, I love seeing how much my son is learning.

A friendly and caring environment. The staff are helpful and informative. My child loves going and loves the food that is prepared for her, it's a great environment for the young minds to learn and develop in.

Bright Horizons, Teddies Woking have been extremely helpful and caring with my son and is very attentive to his needs. They go the extra mile in trying to help him achieve his speech and language goals. They were patient with his hypermobility and delayed walking, but again, helped him do all the activities the physiotherapist suggested. We are very happy with the care and effort they provide.

We have been really impressed with Teddies Bright Horizons. The staff have taken a lot of effort to help my very shy daughter settle in and ease her worries about a negative nursery experience from her previous setting. They have listened to my concerns and identified solutions to make this transition easier for her and she now goes in very happily and sees all of the staff as her friends. If she has another slip, I know they are prepared and will put her at ease quickly. There is a really warm, caring atmosphere here, which is only possible with the staff and management being so child focused and inclusive. This shines through in the children, for example when I collect my daughter the other children are always very friendly and polite, often coming to say hello to me and bye to their friend.
