Knowle Green Day Nursey

Knowle Green nursery is wonderful, set in scenic environment, with enthusiastic, passionate staff. I am impressed with the level of service and care provided to my daughter who started at 14 months. She has now settled well into the Ladybird class. As a part-time working mother, the transition to the life of nursery has been eased by the professional manner conducted by all at Knowle Green Nursery.

My son is being cared for in the nursery very well. He has been happy from the start. We started nursery when he was seven months and I must say that the staff are very friendly, caring and have always made sure they tell us what happened during the day (no matter how many times you call them when you are worried). I strongly recommend Knowle Green to any parent. Also, they have many activities that encourage them to explore the world around them.

I've used this nursery for the last six years for my three children. The kids have loved every minute of their time here, and I think that reflects on the staff who are excellent and happy to go the extra mile for the kids. The management team also deserve praise for their leadership of the nursery, and their desire to see that each child achieves its potential.

My son has been at Knowle Green for 3.5 years and has grown into a well rounded and polite little boy who is ready and excited for 'big school'.

My son has settled into the nursery very well, the practitioners have been helpful with this process. He has become more vocal since starting nursery and gets so much enjoyment from the activities and stimulation throughout the day.

The staff at Knowle Green Day Nursery (Staines) have been amazing with my son settling in. They have contacted me a few times throughout the day to reassure me that he was fine. I have found ever since my son started nursery he has become more social with other children and adults and his speech has progressed and has become more confident.

We are extremely happy with the care our son receives. He really enjoys the nursery. The staff are very kind and caring and really nurture and develop the children. He is really thriving in this environment.

We've sent both of our girls to Knowle Green and can honestly say we have loved the experience. The girls have attended every room from Caterpillars all the way up to Pre-School and each key worker has looked after the girls as their own.

The care Knowle Green takes to develop the children truly stands out and each room has been designed carefully to engage and grow the children appropriately.

The girls also loved the school trips and always talk fondly of their adventures on the train to the theatre or green grocers! Thank you Knowle Green team - we won't hesitate to recommend you!

This is my daughter's last nursery experience and she has settled very well and is now very ready for school life. She has learnt many new skills in Math and can now write her name. Her interest in writing has greatly improved.

Knowle Green Childbase Nursery has been fantastic for our daughter. We are in our 4th room and the support and development have been excellent. The facilities are very good and the new and improved garden is lovely. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough.

So far I have been so impressed with the care my daughter has received. Everytime I leave the nursery I feel 100% comfortable that she ie looked after and safe. She loves her key worker and it makes me happy knowing she has someone there who she feels comfortable with. All the nursery workers/nurses seem gentle and happy toward the children.

Great, happy light nursery. Always welcoming, makes my children and me feel welcomed. They settled very well in the morning and enjoy their time at nursery. Have sent all my children here.

I couldn't recommend it enough.

Always receive a friendly welcome from all staff. Staff/management always go out of their way to assist/help with anything that is asked, always accommodating. When visiting the nursery, all children appear happy and content. Food choices are nice and varied. Need to ensure children are offered plenty of water throughout day. The new online parent zone system is great- lovely to be able to keep regular track of your child. At times may need a slightly more detailed handover of your child's day when picked up. Overall very pleased with Knowle Green Day Nursery. Thank you.

We have always had a good service at Knowle Green Nursery. My son enjoys his time here. the staff are well trained, professional and friendly.

Lovely people, professional, the nursery itself (building, grounds) is excellent. Overall very good nursery. I would recommend this nursery to friends and family. Improvement needed on - breakfast could use more variety, a lot of staff turnover lately, feel like the staff have a lot of paperwork etc as sometimes busy doing that instead of engaging with the children.

Overall good service. We have had questions and given feedback and on a couple of occasions, the result of these questions had been slow. Workers are friendly. Don't like the fact that feedback forms have stopped.

My son really enjoys the nursery, engages well with the staff and children. Staff are really caring. Occasionally management updates (via letters) are not always in sync with our wishes for our son, e.g. approach and timings for room changes. Other than that we are happy with our son's learning and emotional development.

Excellent support and encouragement from all staff in the development of my son's learning.

My daughter has started the transition to pre-school and she has been very happy. Almost every day she tells me how much fun she has been having. The difference as well in her development over the past months has been great.
